Unprofessional and unpolite behaviour by the staff. Online ordering of medicines is much better than these local medicines shops.

IMPRESSIVE !!Thus far, I have ordered for medicines over WhatsApp, a few times - and they have always delivered. Absolutely no-nonsense transactions with a 10% discount. The interaction is very polite and often comes with a bonus smile.Once in a while, I have stopped by too, to buy OTC. Stocks are usually available and if not, they care to get it for you ASAP & deliver at doorstep in the neighborhood.The guys are GOOD !! Keep it up !

If you have other option go for that. Not a good experience. I have to return the few medicines and the store told me they will not refund the amount. The price for that medicines were high and it is difficult to find some other items in exchange

Had a worst experience with Rana Ramdev Medical in budigere cross in OMR, Hoskote Rd..Treating customers just like a money trees.. Unprofessional handling, Unethical behavior..Had purchased medicine which prices about Rs 82.50 MRP. But billed me roundoff figure for Rs. 83.00. However I paid it through phonepe amount debited but processing not credited to shopkeer account. So again I have made payment through Google pay debited second time for me and ensured shop keeper account also got credited.But however my account debited twice and second day I went for refund, they refused that theyd not received any amount from my account.. I was also waited for two days because phonepe shows itll take 24hes for clearing.So third day I went for the shop for refund, again the shopkeeper literally refusing to repay it and justifying that hed not received twice and showing me bogus messages not his transaction.. Then his worker out there try to convince me but I make them check their transaction infront of me.. It clearly shows that my money credited twice in their account.. Again he made drama forcing me to buy something as a compensation no money will be given.. Finally he told not having change but at last, after long debate he went inside took change of 84.00 & again he made me buy one rupee useless Chinese candy & I returned his one rupee in change..#ALERT #SCAM #CHEATING CUSTOMERS HARD EARNED MONEY..
