Poor service , made me to wait for almost 2 hrs for a Form c print out . Then I had come back home, took print out and submitted . (After submitting ppf partial withdrawal form) . I have been waiting for 3 days. . There is no proper response from the bank . Again asking me to wait one more day .

They have 1 person handling loan and people keep waiting for their turn . I tried to change my address where in one of the employee took my documents . Submitted my post paid mobile bill which is listed in icici website along with adhar card . My adhar had an old address and could not change it to current address. So gave adhar as ID proof and mobile bill as address proof . Some one from the bank phone me and says that address proof cannot be accepted as my address did not match in adhar . Then am not sure for what reason they have listed post paid mobile bill as one of the accepted documents in website and I was informed after waiting for more than a weeks time. My documents were verified by the bank employee when I submitted and was also verified by some other person . I was told in 2 days the address will be updated but after a week am told it cannot be updated . Icici bank certainly dont know how to help their customers and I have been with the bank since 2006. Its takes a lot of time to close any account with icici and am willing to do that. Am so done with icici.

Staff are cheaters and looters and they have staff where they call for credit card and make people to cheat for demat account and looting the amount. Please dont believe this bank people they will cheat and no one will respond if we want to cancel our account.

The lady at the privilege banking desk gives worst service. Not at all interested in listening to customers. My issue that was not solved after 3 visits to her, but was solved in a minute when i called customer service. Due to her incompetence, i got my salary delayed by 2 months.

Of all the ICICI Banks I have visited this is the worst branch. There is a DGM called called Soni Singh who shouts at the people serving customers asking her to make customers wait and do her personal tasks first.They made wait for 1 hour and 45 minutes to give me a single page print and then tried to tell me to make an application and come back after 5 days.The lady running the previliged client desk refused to give names of these staff because she said she would give it only if we gave a positive feedback.The is the most unprofessional setup that I have ever comd across... wouldnt recommend opening a privileged account here. HDFC, Yes Bank and Axis are much better banks.

Horrible branch even giving them 1 star is useless. Lethargic and unresponsive staff not responding to customer query if asked. People like Rajanna who handles corporate banking issues is just useless and a shame to the branch. Does not know how to even solve the basic issues and trapping customer for giving cheque for 50000 just snatching and filling the cheque even without the consent of the customer. A rude character reflects his personality. Kindly the bank manager of 3rd block should look into the issue. Most of the bank employees there are just money and commission minded. God save customers.

Good branch in jayanagar 3rd block. Safe bank and Helpful for Money withdrawal and money deposits.... Insta banking also available there. Staff behavior also okkkk.Parking area is available there for 2 wheelers and also 4 wheelers.... Always crowded on there and clean......

ICICI 3rd Block, worst branch, it will take 2 hours for per one RTGS. Problem is once i came out from bank RTGS failed amount returned to my account. Such kind of childish service and negligence results customer works stay delayed. There was not even crowded only 2 customers. Inside counter number 6 & 7 employees arguing each other. Really rude north Indian staff. Employees should know they are not only educated, lakhs of unemployment engineers and degree holders in India are jobless. So, customer is king first try to respect them. Fact, is ICICI BANK well established business so they no need to control staff and no need to give respect to customers. ICICI Bank customer support by phone you need 50 Rs. per call literally if you get any problem, so there is no Toll Free number. Least service shame on you ICICI and shame on this 3rd block branch. Unhappy with your service!

This bank should be appropriately called ic ic garbage bank . They dont provide you any human being over the phone to talk to. The automated system puts you into an infinite loop. There is someone called relationship manager who is assigned to wealth banking customers. she is always missing in action.They once blocked my credit card just before travel and i had to face a lot of issues because of it. I spent one whole day trying to reach them. No one contacted me.Private sector banks are becoming more filthier than public sector banks in India.God save customers

Absolutely disgrace of a branch. Have interacted with so many branches of icici Mumbai. London etc. However AVOID THIS JAYANAGAR FIRST BLOCK BRANCH. Had come to collect my bank cards. Why. Because icici is the only bank where the card is such shi***y quality that the grids are unreadable and online banking it gets blocked. So you order a new one. You land at the bank after trying to call up and find out if the cards had arrived. No answer. Branch number listed on public Google page is wrong. Branch managers number that she shared ( while asking for our deposits in a last visit) is wrong. Anyway I jump into a rickshaw and run into the downstairs office.time is 6.04 PM. Staff send me upstairs. You run through the construction debris to their office. Am sent down again. So back again to downstairs place . A staff looks up and asks what I need. I say I need to pick up my bank cards. He says with an indifferent attitude staff has gone home, locked drawer and no keys Time is 6.10 PM now. He says she has locked drawer and cards cannot be given . Come tomorrow. By this time I am out of breath and desperate. I tell him I am flying back out of blr tomorrow and I have no access to my money and my cards are blocked. He doesnt care. Its as if he heard nothing. He is indifferent and replies in his cocky tone come day after tomorrow as staff no there. Hes like a robot reading a scripted answer. Now I was really losing my patience. I say why day after tomorrow. He says coolly tomorrow we are closed and with a poker face picks up his phone and talks to somebody else. I wait . hoping he will find a solution. None. He ignores. And chats on his phone. I become desperate as branch is closing so I ask can you not give the card .he says its her job. She has to log. By this time I was enraged enough to wring his cocky neck. Customer service. Whats that? Its non existent. Then I run upstairs to the assistant branch manager. By this time its past 6 15pm . And the BM gives me a sermon on how they all have a personal life too and have to close the branch. When she sees I am getting desperate and angry she says let me see what I can do. After a few minutes the card is brought to her desk. And logged in. And I have my card. Its now 7 p.m .as I am typing this all the staff are cutting cake and having a birthday party in the office. So much for we need to close branch and go back to our families. Bank timings and service does not seem to be of concern when they want the customers deposits. They will give personalised service till such time the money is their account. After that you are left at the mercies of government types clerks in the branch. Difference is that the office doesnot smell. And the staff are better dressed. Thats all. My experience at the visit to this branch was like visiting an rto govt office. The branch phone number listed on Google doesnt work. The bank does not bother to even update this critical information on a public page! . So you run around their call centre options . In short a nightmare of an experience. The reason for this lengthy review is the attitude of the loans section staff. No you cant be helped.no u wont be helped. No I wont TRY. No I dont care. His body language tone responses all had this attitude only. I think hes most suited to a job of working as a butcher than as the front face of this branch. I leave the ATM bldg at 7.15 p.m . I tell the loans 🙄 staff that I got my card and that the next time he has a problem in life he should meet somebody like himself. Guess what his answer is. You come into branch after 6 and you did not request 🙄🙄 and you had attitude !!! Attitude?. I have reported verbatim what happened. And the jerk replies like this. Icici has been in the news for all the wrong reasons and their illegal dealings. I think the rot is top down. Jayanagar branch is an example of a branch shouldnt function.God save us all from people like this earning nice salaries at the expense of customers like us.

I met a gentleman called Sabareesh who was very willing to take my premium as I had to use an international card. Later on however much I tried to contact him to correct some error or on the policy, this guy did not bother, in fact most employees there are pretty much waste of time as they cant do much

This is home loan servicing branch of ICICI bank.If you want any home loan related documents, you need to visit this branch.Manager was good and supportive, staff were good as well.Usually there will be rush during weekends, avoid weekends.

I was on a short visit to Bangalore from US. I wanted to earn some interest on my NRO account. The salesperson sold me a wealth protection account with initial deposit INR 2 lacs on Sep 1, 2016, coming out of my NRO account. As of today, Sep 23, 2016, I have no idea where my money is. The staff is clueless about customer service. They are yet to respond to my numerous queries. I would never ever deal with this branch

I wanted to update my address after relocation.while I reached the helpdesk, the associate there asked me to try phone banking or netbanking.It is well known that address update is not possible via phone banking or netbanking(At least for me it is that!!). I told the same to the help desk personnel. To my astonishment, the helpdesk personnel was not willing to provide me with the request form itself. It is only after some other executives persual, I was given a request form.I wonder whether the bank educates their staff about basic customer service and the procedure for basic banking service.1 star is only because comment can not be posted otherwise.Ofcourse the rating is for my experience, and hope the other staffs are supportive.

Horrible service. There is only one or two ppl in the bank who know the procedure for home loan payment.....when these ppl are not present, the bank becomes helpless! Ideally the manager of the bank should step in and cover for them, but the manager seems to be useless and irresponsible....would never recommend anyone to take a loan from this bank or any ICICI bank in general!

One of the worst bank... I visited to close my personal loan today 1-Mar-2016 by paying cash after giving fourcloser amount details and taking the token then the by wasting 2 hours then casher tells me that there cash taking server is down and cant except cash. Later the lady at the ground floor gives false statement that on 1-Mar there finance account closing day due to which they cant except cash. Never never will keep or advice any one to about ICICI Bank. After todays instance SBI is 99.9 % more proactive then ICICI back.
