One of the best brunch spreads in Bangalore. The variety is very good. Watch out for 1+1 on lunch buffets. Really worth it. The service is top notch, staff here are very friendly. Worth every penny.

We(a date with husband) went for lunch buffet on 15th august,2021 and had a great experience... We are pure non-vegetarian so didnt taste a single veg dish so had no idea about it but we tasted each and every non-veg starters and main course and all of these dishes were superb tasty, less oil, matching the standard of 5star hotel...specially dishes like chicken soup,fish fillet( exact name i dont remember),kebab,japanese fish(will attach the photo),butter chicken,fried rice,chicken with red wine,aloo kulcha,masala kulcha,gosht dum biriyani,rogan josh,sushi,tomato salad were awesome...there were more than enough food,both in quantity and variety...but the desserts and mocktail were not impressive except chena payash...chena pyash was heaven but rest of the sweet dishes and mocktail were not tasty ,ice cream was tasty too...overall our taste buds were satisfied with delicious buffet... Thanks to the chef and all the kitchen members of radisson(melange) for making delicious dishes... Happy cooking...

Buffet is very extravagant and extensive. It costs ~2000/- per person but there is a buy one get one free offer at the moment. The food is scrumptious and service & ambience is great. The hygiene too is extremely meticulous. Well maintained Restaurant. Dont go here just because its Radison. Its a local restaurant, vibes are not good. Arrangement is pathetic, a havoc at buffet. Food has less variety and food quality and freshness is very bad. Paneer, kofta, Rasmalai was too hard. Staff is very less attentive. I would never go again. I wasted money in the name of Radison. No social distancing and Nobody wears mask at the food counter.

Hi folks, I am here again with a very very detailed review. This is the second time I went to Melange Radisson blue which is close to multiplex marathalli in marathalli outer ring road.Last time I went and I have 5 star rating to this place but I went today for dinner and my rating is 2 out of 5.First of all we had a booking in Shao which is one of the restaurant of Radisson. But instead they themselves made the booking in Melange . We had asked them to decorate the table a little but instead what we found was few rose leaves spread over the table and an electric lamp.We took the buffet and this was the main disappointing thing. I had never been to any place which such a less number of dishes in buffet. The buffet cost was Rs649. They had only two veg items in starter and one non veg item in starter. Total of only 10-12 items where there like plain rice, chilly garlic fried rice, daal, one paneer curry, hara bhara kebab, kung pao chicken, one fish item , one chiken fried item and one chicken curry. In desserts also they had only pastries and gulab jamun. I cannot think how Radisson is degrading its brand like this.I will be uploading pics for all the dishes. The ambience also looked dull. But yes the ambience for Shao was awesome. I wish I could have tried some food there also. The music was dull and overall it was not at all giving vibe for a dinner party. We had some mocktails and they were good. Taste wise everything was ok , it was not extraordinarily good but yeah it was good.Radisson should really see this review and try improving their dishes number and quality for buffet. We expect a better things from a hotel like Radisson .The Apolo fish was very good. The mushrrom was good. And gulab jamun was awesome .The only good thing they did at the end was that they brought a very small cake as a token of their gratitude for the birthday celebration and they made us cut the cake. Everything was ready by 12.30pm, just pick the plates and start.A lot of variety in food starters, main course, Desert, Chinese, many options for bread, Pizza and Mocktai part of Buffet lunch.We liked all the items.Staff was very well trained, supportive.There is enough place to maintain social distance, so its all safe.Overall it was a Good time spent at Melange. Had gone for a Sunday brunch and this place lives upto it’s Standard’s. Necessity covid norms are followed by the hotel staff and good spread of food was available. There were less veg starters but good variety of Main dish. Non veg spread was comparatively more but being Veg person I was not disappointed with the spread.Good mix of Indian and continental varieties were available.Bhisnu from the staff was very attentive and helpful and helped us throughout. Thank you Bishnu and Melange for making our day wonderfull.Will visit again soon. 🙂

There are several factors at play here. Given the current Covid situation, let me start with the basics1. Hygiene - 5 on 5. They have taken all precautions and measures to ensure a clean and safe experience for their guests2. Customer service - 5 on 5. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful3. Value for money - 5 on 5. With the buffet priced at 600 plus taxes per head, it is a very reasonable4. Food spread - 4 on 5. Variety is reduced. Maybe because they want to avoid food wastage on account of reduced customer visit5. Taste - 4 on 5. Few snack items were delicious. While the main course was disappointing. Although the breads were extremely well prepared. The desert spread was quite good too.I would definitely recommend that people go and experience this place.

This place has excellent variety of food both Indian and Continental. Even being bit pricey, it gives a nice experience for all occasions, both Family outing or Corporate events.They have 4 distinct sections for Salad, Starters, Main course and Desserts which has a mixture of multiple cuisines. In some days the food variety is not so great but overall you will also like this place.

Only situation is its in a very busy part of the city it took us one hour from mahadevpura to reach to this place which is common on outer ring Road in Bangalore. Apart from traffic I think this place is really nice clean for family visits.

Had a wonderful Brunch at Melange. Food variety and quality of almost all the items was outstanding. Brilliant Ambience as well. Two things that stood out - 1. Head Chef was regularly checking all the food items i.e. Quality, Placement, Need for Refill etc. 2. Mr. Pramod Vashisht the F&B Manager. Was a nice host. Took care of small things and requests. When there was a small issue regarding service, he took care of it and was smooth afterwards.Will definitely visit again. Have been to many Buffets across top hotels / restaurants and this definitely ranks amongst the highest.

Excellent brunch , went there on Saturday brunch. They had 6 starters , 3 non-veg and 3 veg . All of them were pretty good . Main course was equally good if not better . They had continental , Italian , Indian , Chinese cusines available. Desert had many varities but Indian sweet was predominant and all were delicious. Liked the baked gulab jamun and rasmalai. All in all enjoyable buffet spread with good variety and taste.

The range of food offered on their Saturday lunch buffet was amazing. It had Turkish, Italian, Indian and Mediterranean. The glazed ham slices with the compotes were yummy to say the least. The range of desserts on offer were wide and included Indian and Western fare. All in all the ambience and food came together seamlessly in an interesting Melange.

Visited Melange restaurant at the Radisson Blu for our team lunch. Liked the wide range offered for buffet. Lamb and fish items were great! Desserts were filling. Only miss was welcome drink was not offered upon arrival. We had to ask them for it. Regular water served here tastes a little salty though.

Absolutely ruined our experience. Pasta almost made us puke, literally. 2 sets of cake come joined at 1 and they insist on it being 2. Check the attached pictures. And even after refusing a replacement they still bring it and insist on us having it.

I went to Melange for buffet dinner. The ambiance was good and a big dining area with lots of dishes.Few items taste was very good and few dishes I dont like the taste. Cost for 2 including tax is Rs. 3100. it is little costly when compared with taste. 1 water bottle costs you 186. If you give satisfying tips to waiter it is free of cost. In my case the waiter asked me if he could serve me in table, Every now and then he asked us and was very polite but we helped ourselves. During the bill he forced to give rating in trip advisor and said for water he is not charging and kids below 5 years free. I paid the bill and since it is a buffet we went and tried ourself and didnt take waiters help I didnt give him tips. When we walked out another waiter called us and said I have to pay for water and the charges are Rs.186I have learnt a lesson that tips is mandatory to drink water at free of cost.

Visited this place on 18th March 19, the experience was unique and one the best. The Ambience is top notch. It is partly north Indian cuisine. The presentation of desserts was awesome and the taste too. Just by the sight of it, your mouth will start watering. There was complimentary mocktails with the buffet. There were 3 options for us to choose from. I would say it is decent, not mind-blowing. If you are looking to go for a fine dine then this is the place for you. It is also decently priced for the experience they provide.

The brunch experience is made exciting with various games where you can play and win vouchers worth a lot. The mocktails are just amazing. Pineapple Martini was my favorite. It had just the right amount of black pepper in it. Cucumber based mocktail was refreshing and good to calm your body. Fruity paradise was delicious too but a bit sweet for my palate. Among cocktails, dont miss New York Sour which has a base of whiskey with red wine and sour mix.Melange has the most exclusive buffet in Bangalore as per my exploration until now. Japanese, Lebanese and continental cuisine are available in starters along with Indian dishes. There were 3 varieties of veg and non-veg sushi each. Loved the flavors of veg tempura uramaki sushi. The pineapple salsa was something new and exciting and went well with nachos. Pita bread and hummus were a great combination too. If you love olives like me, you would love to try marinated olives here. Also, you can awaken the master cook in you and create your salad with all the things you love. Add some khus khus to it as per my recommendation. Take small bites of watermelon with feta cheese, bocconcini cubes, and cucumber rolls. Khau seuy soup is a must try again with customizable portions of add ons. Veg dumplings were yummy but couldnt match the deliciousness of cashew potato and spinach croquette. These were so soft and ready to melt in the mouth. Also, they have few movable trolleys with Indian chaats,Pasta and Thai curries where you can place your order and it would come directly to your table.In the main course, there are a lot of options. Kadhi Pakoda and fried bhindi were superb in taste and went along with fried rice. If you love biryani, they have authentic pot biryani which is just marvelous. Asian curries were good too. In non-veg, mutton was exceptionally excellent. My friends loved the fish varieties too. Happiness lies in small things and you can find a lot of it here in the form of delicious and stunning desserts. In my opinion, try each and every dessert because everything is just irresistible. If you are still looking for favourites, macron and red velvet lava cake is delectable. Go and experience Melange.

Not often do you come across star hotels serving TASTY food considering the wide spread. To my surprise, lunch buffet at Melange was a great experience especially with the game BINGO! Also, the drinks were too many to choose from 😂 all of it were nice n refreshing.All, except 2 items (Gosht Biriyani n Chaats) from the buffet tasted great. The Biriyani was so bland and the chaats, not quite close to what 1 would like it as. However, considering the wide spread, I would prefer putting those aside and belting the other items. The fanciest were the crabs, prawns chicken sushi and red snapper fish. The meat in those gigantic prawns and crabs with the specific butter/sauces with them were nice.Now, coming to the desserts, all of them were tasty especially the red circular cake. Crazy 👌🏼 I literally couldn’t get up after the meal and had to drink hot water hoping to help me slide down all the sugar 😁Thank you guys 😊

Happened to visit it for the Sunday Brunch.The place is grand, spread over a vast area and decorated in a very minimalistic but sophisticated manner. The spread is humongous having a mix of Indian, Chinese, italian, Thai and continental cuisines. It could take a while to take a look at all the delicacies at display such is the spread. Almost all the dishes I tried were cooked perfectly and brilliantly presented but Id like to list out the dishes I liked the most:Nalli nihari- Absolutely brilliant. Perfectly cooked mutton in curd, caramelized onions and butter. It didnt exactly taste like the nalli nihari Ive tried before but this was a different rendition of it. I couldnt help but take multiple helpings of it.Lucknowi Gosht Biryani- Marinated mutton in flavoured rice, the biryani was cooked to complete perfection. The succulent meat went well with the rice and when combined with the nalli nihari it was divine.Chilli bean fish- an oriental dish was made in such a way that it didnt taste bland after the flavourful Indian spread. The fish was soft, well cooked and went well with steamed rice.Sushi- I absolutely enjoyed the sushi spread. Not only were the presented like a dream, they tasted great too.The Murgh Reshmi Kebab and the lamb kebab was a treat too.For dessert my favourite from the huge array of choices would be the pista and coconut slice cake, the panacotta (it was sugar free so all my health freaks out there you can dig in too) and the mousse cake. Delicious.Oh special mention would be the soup. With the add ons of shrimp, nuts, fried onions was droolworthy and filling.The service was good. Everyone was polite and made the whole experience pleasant.Id definitely recommend this place for dates, family dinners ...to anyone who likes good food.P.s- theres a game of Bingo too! 😁

Good hotel. The hotel has a great interior and and design and everything is good but there are many drawbacks here , first phones installed in rooms are not working , restaurant is not 24/7 room delivery , no tea pots and other things in room , I guess they are short of staff too due to current COVID situation.....

It is a multi cuisine restaurant with amazing Thai and Indian dishes.The place looks elegant with white tables and interior.I went here for the Sunday Bingo Brunch and the spread was just extensive! So many dishes that you would find it difficult to choose from.There were cold cuts, sushi, pizza, salad, desserts- EVERYTHING. On top of all this, there was a Bingo game with lots of exciting prizes to be won.Coming to the food I tried, the starters were good. Nothing very special though. However, the main course was quite amazing. Everything from Nalli Nihari to Mutton Biryani, the taste was phenomenal. The same was the case for desserts too. The only hope is that the starters and the drinks can be better.Lastly, the service was quite good (as expected from a restaurant of this stature). The staff members were helpful and courteous. They also asked us about our feedback regarding any improvements.Overall, it was a good experience!

A luxurious restaurant serving the best in class food and beverages. The first impression when one enters the restaurant is that its Exuberant. They serve Ala carte and buffet with international and Indian Cuisine. I visited to explore the Sunday Brunch and i was absolutely swept off my feet. I tried a lot of dishes but there were three dishes which were brilliantly made, they were Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, Gosht Seekh Kebab and Kasundi Macchi Tikka. Among seafood i loved the Hong Kong Chilli Crab. They also have a section for some lip-smacking Delhi Chaat, I tried Pani Puri and Aloo Tikki Chat both were excellent. I am huge fan of Dahi Vada and the way they made it, I just couldnt stop at two. Lastly, they have a huge section for desserts. My top three from the huge lot will be Green Apple Gateaux , Kaju Sandwich and White Chocolate and Strawberry Torte. Serving excellent food and having great ambience if that wasnt enough, they also have introduced a fun Bingo Game to go along, though I didnt win anything but it was really fun.

Playing Bingo for exciting prizes over a brunch, as impressive as it sounds. Whod not want to win a couple stay at such lavish property with a complimentary breakfast. We went to Melange for Sunday Brunch!By far the best buffet place in town! Huge seating area and can accommodate close to 200 people! Amazing interiors,lit ambience! The walls, the decor gives such a premium feeling!  Melange lives upto its name and one would find plethora of options ranging from Indian,Chinese, Italian, Mediterranean and Pan Asian. One would have to spend considerable time to check out their extensive menu!Right when you enter you see the mocktails lined up! I tried the Masala Lemonade which was quite good and refreshing. Tried my favourite cucumber cooler which was quite different than what i have had elsewhere. It was more of sweet and sour but I really liked it!Then  we were served nachos and fried tortillas with hummus and salsa on our table! Really good! Specially the hummus which was amazing!Tried the starters where I had some spring rolls, chicken tikka, galouti kebab(melt in mouth),dahi kebab and panku fish. This with wasabi mayo took it to a whole new level! We tried the live counters which had Puri Bhaji, Live Dosa Counters with umpteen batters,masalas and chutneys to go along! We tried the Charcoal Dosa which was pretty new and amazing! Tried that with chettinad chicken and some chutneys! A real joy!Also not to forget the amazing Mongolian Prawns and Basa Fish.The grilled jumbo prawns are a treat! Mildly seasoned and spiced, the meat retains original flavours.The moment I glanced at the nalli nihari I had to have it and boyy it was delicious! The mutton was cooked to perfection and the gravy was rich,creamy and a tad sweet! Just Delicious! Tried the dal makhani,paneer butter masala in the main course! All were equally delicious! By this time I was so full that I had been thinking whether to go for the dessertsand  I am glad I tried them. Huge collection of desserts and they are the best of all.I tried their vanilla pistachio brulee and fell in love with it! The most gooey and rich creamy custard that I have ever had! And I might go again just to have that! :DAlso tried their rasmalai which was okayish and had the strawberry parfrait,some chocolate brownie and trio pastry! All were good! Tummy didnt allow to gorge anything more and thats how I summed up this amazing brunch! Overall I was  particularly impressed by their service and attention to detail. The staff at Melange and Radisson take it upon themselves to make sure youve had the best time. They kept on ensuring that we had a good time and heard our requests and our choice of food was on our table in no time!P.S - You must visit the Sunday Bingo brunch and stand an opportunity to win the goodies. Landed last Sunday brunch. Love each and everything about this place. Luxurious hotel at Bangalore, its spacious, love the bar space, interactive kitchen, courteous staff, decent decoration, pleasant music last but not the least they engage people with bingo.They have some awesome mocktail options.120+ dishes. Each and everything has a attractive and unique name. They have 6 varieties of sushi. 35+ desserts options. You can make your own salads which was wow. They have soup toppings aswell which was amazing. Varied options of see food like hongkong chili crab, masala grilled pomfret, tiger prawns, prawn gyoza, Ocean crumb fish.Gosh dum biriyani was super delicious with a matka, thats look so attractive.They dont miss any chance to impress you.

I’m generally not a fan of buffet meals as I feel they offer substandard mass-produced food, forcing the person to eat more just because they have paid a bomb. But one fine Sunday visit to Melange for their Bingo Brunch completely changed my perspective on buffets! Located on the first floor of Radisson Blu on Outer Ring Road, Marathahalli, this place is now going to be my first choice for buffets any day!SHORT REVIEW:This is by far the biggest buffet spread in all of Bangalore. It consists of a wide (read never-ending!) range of breads, cheese, salads, juices, mocktails, cold cuts, soups, sushi, ice creams, desserts, pizzas, seafood, chicken, mutton, rice, noodles, chaats, aapam and what not! The list goes on and on! Easily over 250 items on the menu. The best part? The amazingly shocking pricing. At 1500++, this is by far the most VFM buffet you’ll have. Combine it with the BOGO offer on Saturdays, that makes it 750++ per person! He was so attentive that even when I made a sour face after having a sip of the watermelon ice tea, he immediately came up to me to ask what was wrong.Now that we’ve spoken of how good everything is, let’s come to what could have been better. The pani puri was average, but then again, who comes to a buffet to gorge on chaats. Next up, the mocktails were a bit of a disappointment. The frozen mojito, their supposed speciality is nothing but a fancier version of a gola, which honestly tasted better when it melted than it was while frozen. The watermelon ice tea was a disaster, but they were quick enough to apologize and offer a fresh replacement.Overall, I must say I was might satisfied and I’m looking forward to visiting this place again in the near future. What a lovely sunday brunch it was!! A modern decor paired with arabic segment it was the perfect blend of every cuisine around the world. Melange was a perfect find dine restaurant at every sense.We were warmly welcomed by the team at melange and it was such a pleasure to meet the head chef of Radisson blu. Kudos to serving amazing food to everyone who visits Radisson.The menu for Sunday brunch was a wide spread perfectly curated to give 100% satisfaction. If i were to mention every other dish from the spread, i would have to write all night! One should go here for a Sunday brunch to truly experience the best :)We first went to chat section where dishes like keema pav, pav bhaaji, dahi puri etc was devoured by us!Next we strolled across the live counters and ordered fish and chips, burgers and appams with stew. The appam with stew and the burgers are to die for!!Next we tried a couple of mocktails and went to the bread section where a endless spread of assorted breads with spreads can be found. My personal favourite was the masala bun. Followed by a sushi spread with again a number of dips to go with.We had the pizza served to us at table and i must say it was so fresh and tasty. The mutton sheekh kebab was literally the best. Enjoyed every bit of it.No buffet is complete without having a nice biryani and i had a happy tummy with the dum biryani served.They also have a wide spread with respect to desserts but i tasted a few and they were amazing :)P.S: They have a bingo brunch going on every Sunday to win vouchers. Awesome spread. The buffet is always a delight to have. Have been here for more than 15 times, and yet this place has never let me down. Starters, mocktails main course and desserts each section has its own charm. Starters included grilled chicken, sheek kebabs , fish, crab and prawns (ocassionally) They are more on the healthier side as they are baked/grilled. Very few items are oil fried. The brocolli chilli manchurian was yum. Each main course dish is carefully planned and the taste is just as right to tickle your taste buds. Salad spread is new each time, there has always been a new addition of either the salad spread or the sauce itself. The chef nicely plays with each item and comes up with a brilliant idea of an amalgamation of the ingredients to make up a lip smacking dish. Desserts need a special mention as each one is decorated very beautifully and cautiously displayed. The home made ice cream is a treat, havent had such creamy and flavourful ice cream even at the biggest ice cream joints.Service is prompt and the waiters are extremely helpful in any guidance through the buffet and are kind enough for a quick live counter order on your table.Ambience is well maintained. Nice lighting, well lit enviroment with soft music.Awesome food and service. My favourite place to go.

Melange - Radisson Blu located in Marathahalli is a luxurious hotel and it has not compromised on ambiance right from the modern art, pleasant music to the well designed interiors and flower bouquets. They have a huge space for dining. They also have a bar counter. Melange means mixture and thus  a buffet in this place  is nothing less than a festival with wide varieties of food from various cuisines and dishes across the world.We visited there on a Sunday brunch  and we were amazed by seeing the varieties of food there. They had more than 70+ items and easily the biggest buffet spread i ever saw . They had separate row for salad , cheese spread, starters, main course , pizza and desserts section. I loved the starters. Those chicken teriyaki maki and vegetable tempura maki just won my heart. I just had more than 9 starter item on my plate ,sat on my chair when i got to know that they have given me a tambola scratch card to play and the winners get exciting offers of free dinner, night stay at hotel and many more. They didnt left any chance of disappointment.The starters were perfect, Pizzas were average, but still there were soo many good items that dominatedthat taste. Main course was perfect. The tadke wali daal, paneer tikka masala, nawabi sabzi, kofta masala, murgh tariwala, all were just amazing.Honestly i have never seen such a large spread of desserts. Any recommended items? Yes, all items are recommended 🤪. Blueberry crumble, Kaju triangle, opera slice, white chocolate kiwi torte, and my favourite tender coconut ice cream. This is a highly recommended place and i would request everyone to try it. Cheers!

Not worth the time and money. Being a food blogger, I can say that this is the worst experience one can have. Seeing the quality of food and starters, we got this feeling that we were there to have the left overs of a party.On a friends recommendation, who is a food blogger himself, We opted for this place.I along with my office team went for dinner on a Thursday night availing 1 plus 1 offer on the buffet. Ambience and presentation of food was appealing but there were more reasons to be disappointed.Starting from the drinks, only 3 mocktails were available, which were no less than some flavored sugar syrup. At least this is not what you expect from a 5 STAR hotel.Coming to the starters, there were too fewer options to call it even a buffet. Only 3 veg and 3 non veg starters (Veg including Onion pakoda, Pizza, beetroot tikki) were available, which were lying cold on the tray. Other ready to eat starters were populated majorly with different breads and salads. Atleast, hummus was there to give some hope but the bowl containing it was almost empty, on asking them to refill it, hummus served again was way too salty.Moving on to the main course, even dal makhni was not part of the mains. Most of the gravies tasted similar. In the name of biryani, aaloo gobhi pulao was served. All the food including gravies and rice looked stale both taste wise and visually.Finally the desserts, gulab jamun was good, rest all the pastries and puddings looked stale. You could literally taste that the cake bread was days older.Furthermore, on asking them for pasta, non-veg biryani and dal makhni they simply straightaway denied stating that these were not part of the buffet menu for that day but when we had given up on the restaurant and gave some bad feedback directly to the manager, he asked us to wait and served all 3 asked dishes, which were fresh and good in taste but then we only had a few bites as we had already lost our appetite after having such bad and stale food prior to it.Summing up, we all had a bad experience, it was such a waste of time and money for all of us.

It was a anniversary dinner and I will say everything was perfect. Food was delicious specially cheese cake pastry and Veg fried rice are must try. Ambience was also very nice.
