We went to Ithaca (Chancery Pavilion) for our anniversary as it is star hotel, the ambience is so classy and elegant. So calm and pleasant place. Pool view is definitely a plus point.Courteous and polite staff.Coming to the food : Vegetarion starters options are very less, it would be nice if adding few more options.Dessert options are more and tasted great.But starters, curries are not that great...okayish. I felt not worthy for money.

Great lunch buffet and swim

Ithaca is located within the Chancery Pavilion hotel, and many may not notice it. I went to Ithaca, expecting that it would be a decent and calm place, and it didnt let me down. The place itself was calm, the ambiance was nice, and the service was good. In addition, the food too was good.Ithaca is a breakfast place for Chancery hotels. Its like next to swimming pool. Considering occupancy levels of the hotel Ithaca was looking small though. Overall I must say Its good with decent food. One can try.

Had a very good time with family today. Food spread was awesome and everything was delicious. Food was well organized and very clear description was given. Thank you Nirmal for keeping my daughter entertained and happy :) Really awesome staff and service was great too. Definitely recommend this place to non-vegetarians.

This is also very expensive hotel and may be 5 star also. We went here for team lunch from office. Appox 30 people was there. Best part is no one like there food. Its waste of money. Taste wise worst hotel we got till now. I am not going to give advice to anyone to go there for eating.

Been to many 5 star hotels, but never felt so welcome as this place. The service of Ashish, chef Janet and chef Mohini is worth a mention. They made us so comfortable even with my baby around. The best dinner ever.

These stars are just for the exceptional service provided by your f&b service staff Rohit. I visited on 14feb and this gentleman made sure that we were satisfied. There was No biriyani in the Valentine day menu which was provided to us but he somehow he convinced the chef and got us Biryani with Raita 😊 also he made sure if he could get us something else. Good job Rohit you were fabulous.

The best traditional food I ever tasted at a recent food festival there.

Visited at 1:30 am. Extremely bad food. Ordered chicken Biryani, Dal Makhani and Paneer Makhani. Biryani was too oily and with earlier cooked chicken, Dal Makhani tasted like Maggi and Paneer gravy was too salty and cubes too tough. Highly disappointed.
