They printed the agreement on a stamp paper more than 6 months old. There are a lot of ambiguities on the validity of a stamp paper. When i paid for a service for the amount you demanded you should always provide services which is 100% compliant.They didnt even reply to my email.

Edit:The response from LegalDesk was quite good. Recieved my document yesterday finally when they sent it via DTDC .I had booked item on 05th March. Till now I have not received the document. These guys use one of the worst delivery service out three India Post . The delivery service they are using will falsely categorize your parcel as Address Insufficient or even say its delivered without actually delivering anything.If you dont want to go through hassle , please refrain from using LegalDesk and check for other Similar service providers .

I was approches one of agency for name change at Hyderabad their fee is 25k for name change process and time frame is 3 month but paid 5k to Legal desk for entire process subsequenrly name change published in Gazette of Indian within a Month with out any hassless. I very much appriciate to Soumya.

Good website. Drafting and ordering of the document is seamless. However the delivery is really slow. So go for this service only if you have lot of time and do not want to go to the required office. If you are in need of expedited delivery, better get it done yourself or through a local agent.

I got it printed in stamp paper and delivered to my door step. I had an agent following up with me everyday to check if document is ready to be printed as I was making custom changes. Not worth for money .... A venila milk shake costs 100 but not worth of giving that much. sugar was added to it where as I have never seen a milk shake which has sugar🤦and that too not dissolved . I have tried each and every dish made there.But not satisfied with the taste.even though u get lot of hotels wer u get delicious food in tiptur u cant say that theres no option other than this.

Team is working very hard and document quality is very good compare to price that they are charging.Only delay is cause of delivery by third party like DTDC and that is not in hand of Legal desk or end customer.I am very happy with service and Legal desk team deserve 5 star rating.

The overall experience has been good. The only negative point is the delivery time. It has taken 3 more days than what was committed, probably DTDC has taken longer time in delivering. I would like to rate with 3 star for the services i had availed for Name Change... the team response for our queries is very good , the charges i paid for name change is quite expensive, in my knowledge the profit margin for legal desk is almost 60 % which is not reasonable... the team should also get updated on the changing trends on the process.. i had spent additional 250/- as courier charges for some changes in process from publications dept.. coordination with publications dept would be done by us ( customer ) only for documentation the charges are too high.... legal desk authorities should consider this as feed back & make it reasonable. Ive received the most unprofessional service for a name change package service. They have taken more than 3 weeks after full payment. Now they have gone completely missing from email and their support numbers call automatically terminate every time. Fradulent business house? I booked my order to get Power of Attorny Order Id#887888. I was told the delivery date will be 26th. I requested to make it bit early or atlesat ONTIME. because of my urgency. I called 4-5 times sent various messages. I was told that Devi will contact me in just few mins. this happened 2-3 times. But I didnt get a call. When I called office and call was transferred to Devi she listen to me and without saying transfer my call to soomeone random. where I had to repeat my case again. Since 3 days I am trying to reach out but no answer again. Any of my emails/portal messages are unanswered. Please arrange to REFUND my money I DO NOT want to deal with you guys anymore.

The only good thing about LegalDesk is you can quickly build a doc and edit it as you want using their portal. And all good points ends here. Not quite happy with the quality of the final doc. For eg. I had a hyphen in the doc which appeared as some special character in the final print. Also, I could see over lapping of sentences in the printed doc when we add more items in the template and the list of issues goes on like this. I will not recommend this to anyone especially if you are in hurry for getting things done without worrying about the quality.
