A very genuine person.I went there to get a few documents of mine attested. He only charged 10 rupees per page from me, which really surprised me since I have had a lot of experience being looted by notaries all over. When I went to Mr.Diwakar again to attest one additional sheet, he initially hesitated to take money, but then agreed since I was being adamant.I am in no position to judge his competency in Law but I believe that he will give his best in whatever he is supposed to do.I request anyone requiring attestation to go this gentleman so that we can encourage such honesty and discourage unnecessary looting.
