I am very happy with the response from lawyer Venkatesh garu. Very supportive. Explains all the legal terms and all our questions without any hesitation. Many lawyers concentrate more on the katha and rejects just by seeing B katha. But he concentrates more on the title and owner ship flow. Money or fee is not the first priority. Service is the priority here. In my scenario I paid just a token amount and then it took more than an year for the registration to complete due to some personal reasons. Even then he never brought the fee topic till the end.One more important thing is he will take the owner ship of assuring us if he says Ok to proceed. He will get some necessary documents from government offices instead of bugging us. HE WILL GIVE THE FINAL YES OR NO OPINION IN WRITTEN DOCUMENT without any additional fee. Finally I am completely satisfied with his services. THE FEE he charges is very meaningful.

Worst Experience ever. I went to Mr. Venkatesh to get a deed of declaration & EC. Agreed for some amount for registering deed of declaration & getting EC. After registering the deed of declaration, he took the full agreed amount from me and promised to give the EC in a day or two. Today its almost 2 months and he is making one or the other silly excuses for not providing the EC. Go to him only if want to loose money & peace of mind.
