They do Laundry and Dry Cleaning at affordable prices. Staff and service is good. They usually take 2 days for ironing clothes but they have express service too.

First they lost my husbands clothes and neither owner nor laundry boy want to talk about this. We called owner so many times but he does not want to settle this and just say i ll come tomorrow and settleand it didnt happen in last 6 months.Please dont choose this shop.Disappointing experience.

My clothes were still wet when I received them and they were packed that way. They were stinking because of all that moisture. I had to dry them again. I called customer care and told them about it and they said they would take them back and get them dried. I said, no, thanks. I am not going to trust them with my clothes anymore.

If I could give negative stars I would. Twice I have booked a service and then not given my clothes and shoes. First time they never confirmed when theyll pick up my shoes until I called them repeatedly. Second time only a few days back I had about 10kgs of clothes for wash and fold. When I booked on the app for all their three kinds of service (regular, express and ultra express) the price shown was same but when the person came to pick up the clothes he told a bizzare amount of 1500 Rs for ultra express service and when I showed him that there is no mention of any extra charge on the app he started arguing with me and was rude. His exact words were kapde dena hai ya nhi jaldi batao in a very rude tone. Now this kind of language and the incorrect pricing on the app made me question the service they may give and so I did not give my clothes. After this I get a call from washbuddy asking why I did not give my clothes and when I told the guy about it he started talking as if it were my fault his apps info is incorrect and in a tone that suggested he was doing me a favor by taking my clothes. Dude you do not wash them for free to talk like that. Now after reading the other reviews I am glad I never gave my clothes.To all the people staying in HSR there is a very nice laundry service on 27th Main Road known a Mummys Laundry the rates are comparetively very less and they give your clothes in just 12 hours without any extra charges and without delay. I got my 10kgs clothes washed in just 490 Rupees without any loss or damange and the cleaning was super. Plus the fabric conditioner they used make my clothes smell like heaven it gives a fresh feeling to kick start a good day!

The HSR layout branch is definitely spoiling the name of this franchise, I hope senior mgmt takes note of this. The store owner first of all stole my cover in which I had given clothes for iron, burnt the print of my new t shirt and when I demanded compensation as per Washbuddy TnC, his exact response was your t shirt is not 2000 ₹ T shirt that Ill take guarantee for Ironing! Please avoid them if you can.

I had given my leather jacket for dry cleaning, and trust me folks if you love your leather jacket do not even think of this laundry chain.They treat leather jackets(all cloths)as if it is a rag cloth. I gave them my jacket to regret severely for my choice.Now speaking about the staff, the person I dealt with was Santhosh-the operations manager Hsr or god know where. Though the designation sounds professional the person was not! After complaining about water droplet and moisture on the jacket, this guy told me that I was complaining to get money out. So listen you ass****, the cost of jacket I gave to clean was more than your paycheck. If you think Im concerned about the money that you guys took, I would take change of the amount in 10s and shove those notes one by one into your nasty ass, Santosh.If I were to choose on giving stars for the service I received, it would not be a single. 1 star for the heck of posting the review. The service pathetic and the staff as rude as a regular washerman down the road.

Very worst service and never again want their service. This is the 5th time I am placing the order and neither pick nor delivery is proper. Customer care executive give all wrong information. My rating is Zero (I dont have option to give Zero) as I was hoping they will get things right, but this is 5th time still there is no change

This company had come for a sale promotion for the opening in Ramurthinagar. Twice I gave them clothes for ironing. 1st time they took 4 days. Then 2nd time they took 2 days only. Now after I booked again a third time. They were supposed to come between 5pm and 7pm. Guy called from Ramurthinagar shop at 9pm and said hell said a person will sent a person in 30 minutes. I said sorry its too late so Ill cancel. So very proudly he said ya ya its better you cancel. Today I have called up to say about the incident to the call center. In a few minutes I got a call from the Ramurthinagar shop ( same guy) who speaks in Hindi and he threatened me and said what will you do come to the shop Ill be waiting for you. I have given a letter to Ramurthinagar police station. Please do not go to Wash Buddy, they seem to be a set of rowdys. Be careful. Im also asked for a write up in the newspaper.
