Very bad support from dunzo team. I refer a person who completed 32 tasks and i didnt get referal bonus also in my app showing only 29 orders till now. Always appis crash likethis. Support team is doing very fraud.

You have no call option and you guys will not call the customer if something gone wrong the product I brought was 120 but online it was showing 350 I asked the shopkeeper to refund my money he told ok and removed the price tag and sent also the delivery agent just kept the package and ran when we calling him
Rude behavior the delivery partner was drunk and started bad mouthing us this the way dunzo reaches out to people ? He even said he would stab me on call in such condition the delivery person was. Request to take severe action or will file an FIR in police station.

Unprofessional attitude . Very bad way of handling packages . The delivery guys need to be spoon-fed how to put the content inside the dunzo bag. And the bag stinks so much . Even no action after escalating to their management . They don’t just care to reciprocate . There are better options available .

Please do not use Dunzo. They are not responsible if your package is stolen by the delivery person. They have no security feature nor do they vett their delivery agents properly. If something goes wrong they will try to waste as much time as possible and hope you forget about it. Very unprofessional. I am using swiggy delivery regularly now and though it is slightly more expensive, they get the job done right.

Cheats !!! We used this service for 16 days to transport food containers from 1 home to another, the distance being 2.7 km. But each time the map distance came up to 4.2 km and we got charged ₹82 instead of₹40

Many times items are missing. And we have to reorder as we would have needed the product urgently. This results in double payment on delivery charges. Dunzo is making money like this.
The security guard at the front door doesnt know anything, dont trust him. Also no social distancing by the partners and no ones there to enforce it as well. Otherwise Mr. Bilal is a very helpful employee there. Thank you to him. Others are a little indifferent. 👍🏼

We have been using the Dunzo for business, sometime accidentally customer pay amount delivery boys. most of the dunzo delivery boys are unethical neither they do not inform customer they should not collect or they give that money back us. we happened to face many items like this and i recommend not to use strictly the dunzo even if it cost more better use the swiggy go very professional and very ethical system in place.

Very worst customer support team in dunxo, they have blocked my active account without any proper reason, i have sent few mails customer care for support, but no use of it, soon i will share that mail chain in social media to give awareness about their support team.better people can use swiggy genie, they will also give same services which dunzo is currently providing.

ATTENTION : This is one Big SCAM company guys. Send parcels at your own risk. Had my parcel picked up 4 days ago and it hasnt been delivered yet and there is no way for me to trace the delivery guy. Dunzo does not have a customer care number or any phone number mentioned on their website. That says a lot about their credibility as a company. And they have this pseudo support chat on the app where you never get any replies . Worst experience ever !!

Partners are rude and inept. Customer service is painfully slow and unhelpful. They make the mistakes and it takes the customer hours rectify the issue they created by spending more money to send things back. The app is unstable.

I have ordered Mosquito Hit Liquid. The very good thing is the delivery boy delivered it fast. But when I saw the expiry date. I was like Ohhh!! It was expired 3 months ago. Then after fighting with delivery boy, we both went to the shop and took another one. If anyhow I need to go to shop then why I will use Online App for that matter.

Terrible service!!! Ordered picked for snacks for kids birthday party. Scheduled time was 4:30 pm. The order was finally delivered at 7:30 pm. I was trying to reach the company, delivery person - everyone who I could --- no one has the seriousness or the concern on what the delay on their part is causing, especially when I kept telling them that the pickup was for a kids birthday party. They couldnt care less. I tried it the 1st time yesterday and after this, will never be trying it again. The people at Dunzo, if you cant understand the importance of delivering on time - what else is your USP?

Worst experience interview procedure is not at all fair... They cant judge candidate on only email writing... There are many other ways to source the candidates but dunzo only depending on email writing they are not even interviewing the candidates directly email email writing which is not fair at all.. Im completely disappointed with this screening process.. worst experience non of the companies does this kind of interview procedure I dont even want to give one star... My money got deducted via Google pay and my order did not get through. I tried calling them and none of their numbers work. Very poor service and accountability for customers money.
Its ok. Slow service, they need to be prompt about the queries posed to them in a humble manner. But thats alright theyre doing their job but should show some professional courtesy
Horrible experience with dunzo for second time. Got a pizza delivery in more than 40 mins though the distance should take maximum 10 mins and same was showing in app. Moreover the pizza was spoilt with all the toppings shifting to one corner and it was cold by the time it got delivered. Very disappointed. Complaint in support but no response till now.
The delivery boys are rude and barging into the premises at late night at 11.45pm without giving in which floor and whom to deliver. They simply saying Dunzo...which i never heard of. They should have courtsey to tell their details whom to deliver. Horrible delivery boys.

Fake company. Worst service. They dont have proper customer support. I had ordered food through this app and even after paying the amount mentioned in the menu they will charge extra always once the food is picked up. Also had ordered 1kg chicken but received even less than half. They just loot the customers. When you raise a concern they wont respond and close the issue without doing anything.

Horrible support extended. I ordered groceries. But unlike the other times the executive never sent pictures for confirmation and ended up with wrong items. I refused to accept them and asked him to return for the ordered items if not to correct the invoice. It’s been more than 24hrs. It’s not been resolved and the app keeps prompting for payment for things I have returned to the executive and the support doesn’t respond for this task at all

Amazing Service. We use dunzo regularly to order food, picking up stuff from various places in city like Bangalore where traveling is hell. It has also proved a life saver for me. It bought me my baby formula milk when I was not getting anywhere near. Pls expand your base and reach asap.

Very very bad experience......had a parcel picked up by dunzo two days back....the partner disappeared with the parcel....tried contacting the customer support team.....nobody responded till the next morning....after a lot of effort and screaming they handed over the partner number n told me to handle matters on my own....proceed legally or whatever....I followed up with the partner and realised that he made a mistake and delivered it elsewhere....dunzo never responded or updated me on the status of the parcel.....however the parcel has been found and the partner has been asked to return it to the dunzo office....now they are still delaying handing it over to me....what is rightly mine is now still in their possession.....still message them morning n night n multiple times during the day and all they keep saying is to wait patiently and no news about my parcel......been extremely frustrating and disappointing that when you are at the losing end they drag you through and refuse to resolve matters for the customer as early as possible

Would have given Zero, but no options. Worst place to work as Partner/ Runner. They are wasting time, money and energy of delivery boys/ Partners. not even worth what you spend for petrol through out the day. You only loose money from your pocket and waste your time working for them. Fake promises about tasks, you wont even get 3-4 tasks in a day. for that you have to spend around 11-12 hours. UTTER WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. THEY WILL FOOL YOU SAYING YOU WILL BE ABLE TO EARN 30,000 PER MONTH BY WORKING 10 HOURS IN A DAY AS A PARTNER / RUNNER. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NO ETHICS. I READ SOMEWHERE THAT GOOGLE IS FUNDING THIS COMPANY AND THOUGHT MUST BE OF GOOD STANDARDS. ITS PATHETIC. GUYS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY JOINING THIS WORST COMPANY. DO SOMETHING ELSE.

I have been trying to reach the support since 5 days regarding charges charged extra and every time they send me a nonsense message saying give us some moment. i do not understand how long does it take to coordinate with one of their delivery person!!!!!!!!!!! today i had send something for drop and the person was not available at drop . i asked the delivery boy to return the stuff as the person is not available and delivery person is like i wont. when i again tried to reach dunzo regarding this then again no reply!!! i wonder why have they kept an option of support when they cant even reply?? would there have been negative star i would have given that. bad thing dunzo!!

Customer support is absolutely ignorant of your issues. I got charged for an order that was cancelled by the delivery partner, another delivery guy was extremely rude to me and lied about his location, and yesterday I got charged extra for my order! And not a single reply on customer support for any of these issues. Dunzo is clearly going backwards.
Till date Dunzo has executed so many tasks of mine and I am delighted to say that almost all of them have been executed effortlessly.... They are very prompt in their service, and must say the delivery boys are really effecient in their work, well mannered and soft spoken. Truly must say dunzo acts as a genie for those with an hectic schedule and are unable to go out on a urgent basis either for getting groceries or medicines or buy something from far off places or for dropping lunch boxes to the kids school....for me they have done it all...especially during festivals they were of great help .....though i dont remember the name of these delivery boys but through this review I want to thank each one of them from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful work they do... Kudos to the entire dunzo team and keep doing the great job, these venture is truly a hit and hope you guys reach great heights of success. Best of luck!!!!
Worest customer care / opreter not bothered to call back for partners issues useslly they will reach back time minimum 2 hours, if ask any questions for opreter they will blackmail will suspend you like that no value for partners only but we dont no what is the position of users God knows

The worst customer service Ive ever had experience with.Emailing and calling them from past 28 days regarding a refund .Not yet processed and every time they say it is processed and youll get it in 5-6 daysNext tym when we call, theyll ask please confirm which order. They dont even know which one of which they claimed that theyve processed.28 days later I got email response asking which is the orderLOL. These people are good for nothing.Worst ever cx service. Im putting it in social media for sure.Funny part is.. Till. Today I. Didnt get the refund 😂They dont even have a phone team too for the customers .

Worst customer service. Have placed a dunzo request and while placing my bill was 83 ruppee from dunzo cash and 83 i had to pay. But when the rider picked up the order they changed the bill and now i need to pay 165 from nowhere. When i asked customer service they replied after hours saying that you have to pay. Looting people should not the aim of a service providing company but these people have that motive.
