Ive been using Chamko since I first moved to Bangalore and because of the quality of its service Ive never felt the need to look for anyone else.Pros:*Prompt pickup and delivery, most of the times you get your laundry back within 48hours*Polite and nice owner who would always make it a point to clear every detail with you before you move forward with your order*Competitive and reasonable pricing, the best in the market as far as Ive seen*Good quality service as Ive never had any complains after Ive gotten back my clothes.Cons:*The only demerit that I can probably think of is the minimum 5KG rule since the owner has a 5KG washer and the costs for 1 or 5kg is the same but if youre doing your weeks laundry or doing for multiple people it is fine since turn around time is very less.PS: I seldom give 5 star reviews unless Im very satisfied with the service but Chamko deserves it.

Poor service. Before even taking the clothes this guy very shamelessly says shirt collars and light color pants cant be cleaned properly. Not only this last time he even used a bleach for a different cloth and that bleach color got into my T-shirt and now there are 2 big spots on the back side of it. The spots are so big I cant even wear it at home let alone in office.
