They always listen to what you want and also provides you with their expert feedback as well. It was a lovely experience at Trufitt and Hill. I had gone there for the services such as Hair cut, Head massage, Shaving, mini facial, Manicure and Pedicure. My stylist was a very nice guy who did very good in his work. His name i have forgotten but he speaks hindi. Secondly, he took proper interest in his work and he gave me a new look with my hair and I actually liked it. Because I have not changed my hair style for almost for a decade. I am very very scared of doing it. But he persuaded me to do it. Which I feel is very commendable. Also the two Manicure and Pedicure therapists were quite good. Because they were quite professional and their work is good as well. Overall a great experience. I did not give 5 star because I need to visit the place again if the same service is maintained then it will deserve 5 star, otherwise 4 star is fine. A must visit place for everyone.

Count me impressed.... Its a great place with an excellent atmosphere and ambience which would make you feel like you have some relaxation time vs a hair cut, though its a bit pricy you will not leave the place dissatisfied... The staffs are all extremely professional at their work and in fact they did an excellent work with my haircut which was messed up by the Tony and guy senior stylist just opposite to this one at Indranagar... A must visit place for mens hair styling if you are looking for a clean hair styling and not mess it up by someone who doesnt know their job...

AVOID . I was there for a haircut and despite my repeated request for a certain haircut the stylist didnt listen and made a mess of my hairs . He had his own ideas on what will be best for me and wanst willing to listen. Throughly unprofessional . even products they used ( shampoo and conditioner were garbage ) . I could have got a better hair cut by myself or from my neighbourhood barber. So much for hype and all. I should have spent that 1800 on some good cause . NEVER Going back again

I was a member of Truefitt & Hill. I go to whitefield store at regular cadence. I was happened to visit Indiranagar branch and found difference in service. While I found that skill is much better, the service here is mediocre and is not authentic.

Excellent services as usual. Though miss the usual hot / cold towels, but understand the changes were made due to covid 19 protocols

Good place but quite expensive. One of a kind hair salon i must admit.

If you don’t mind the price this is an excellent place for hair cuts and shave. After the lockdown they are using a lot of PPE and disposable towels while I’m sure it is more safe, I miss the hot and cold towels they used in the past.

Had a haircut first time.. Nazum, attended me. I appreciate the detail explanation before each service and obviously cordial behaviour. Yes, its expensive but very professional service.

Went in for a beard trim. Absolutely unprofessional, took them 3 attempts to get it straight at the cost of beard grown over time.Not just that, the guy kept pushing me to buy some product from them.I could have paid half the money and gotten a better experience.Will definitely not be going there again.

I’m only sharing this review because it’s something I would have appreciated reading before I visited the salon.I had my hair cut by a gentleman who did not listen to what I had requested. I was very explicit to both the hair dresser and the manager that I did not want my hair cut short. I said I wanted a “#5 hair clipper”.Then in a quick moment the hairdresser took the clipper out and started cutting my hair far too short.I announced “that’s too short! What size clipper is that?” To which he responded a “#2”. ...Man, what is the point of a fancy, expensive haircut, if the hairdresser doesn’t listen?The two other problems I had during this haircut were:I was not given a prewash, before the cut. That is super standard and I don’t know why that was not doneAnd, I said to the hairdresser that I wanted my hair “texturized, because it is too thick”. He nods, in a way that he looks like he understands.Then after a few minutes he removes the bib in a sign that we are finished. And then I insist again to texturize my hair. He then brings over the manager who tells me that they are “all out of that cream”. To which I respond, “ahh, no I’m asking about texturizing scissors” and point to my hair. The manager respond “ohh, thinning scissors”.Am I the one living under a rock here? I’ve been to at least 4 salons in Bangalore and “#5 trimmer” and “texturizing scissors” appears to be pretty universal.Anyway, just an irritating experience to get your hair cut much shorter than expected and to have the hairdresser to be non empathetic and rushed.I normally pay Rs 500 for my haircuts, and they have all been consistently more thoughtful.

This barber shop is a must visit atleast once. Although it is expensive but the kind of royal treatment you get, it wont really matter spending out the money. The barbers are very professional and would really take an effort to give you a perfect haircut or even other services they offer.

I went for a haircut, ended up getting their signature services - royal haircut and royal shave. I must say that the experience was very relaxing and good. The ambience immediately outs one at peace. Suresh (my barber) was quite adept and explained every step along the elaborate experience. I may not regularly go therr since the prices are steep, but I surely know where I will go when I need to relax. The staff can go better at not trying to hardsell their memberships.

It was a Big Disappointment. I visited the Lavelle Road Saloon on 20 November 2016. The place is reasonably well designed. The workers are not up to the mark. Some of them were stinking of sweat and body odour and their hands were not clean and left me stinking of odour. Very noisy interiors, people speak loud and Hygiene is not a priority in that place. Very Much Let Down. Not worth the money

Harish, the barber, is magnanimous and soft-spoken and whipped out a clean haircut out of my shabby mess. That being said, they do need to stop up-selling their products or gift cards the whole freaking time, makes one feel uncomfortable !.

Though this barber shop is not for everyone (fairly due to cost) its about that experience. For the amount you pay you get what you ask for, also barbers experienced enough to suggest a good hairstyle or will put an effort to correct your ruined hairstyle.

Unethical, Ive been a regular at Trufitt since moving to Bangalore. Twice now, Ive shown up for a normal shave only to find them charging me more at the end. I understand that the price this place charges is 10x what youd pay at a normal barber, but I was ok with it because the service was good, and I could drop in whenever I wanted. Today, not only could I not get a shave (they only had two barbers on staff in the morning???), they increased their prices by >20%, and I find out that once again, I was ripped off during a previous visit. And, here I thought Trufitt India was offering a British-standard customer experience.
