I am a happy Incarnations parent from 3 years. This place is an authentic Montessori school, run by a very passionate and dedicated bunch of people. The environment and the curriculum is very well planned. The guides are well trained. My son has blossomed in this warm and nurturing environment and it continues till date. The best part about this school is they focus on the holistic development of the child. As parents, we wish that our child should become independent, passionate about learning, curious and enthusiastic about everything around. If you wish the same for your child too, they please go for this school undoubtedly. We thank our stars everyday for having chosen this school. Way to go, Incarnations, keep up the divine work of shaping the little ones!!!

Incarnations provides a loving and peaceful learning atmosphere. A Montessori environment that encourages a balance of independence, exploration and structure — a true recipe for both academic and personal growth of a child. All children under their care are nurtured to become morally responsible members of the community. The team at Incarnations are very passionate and true to the method which is reflected in their work. Privileged to be part of Incarnations.

The way the staff treated me when I enquired about admission showed me that it’s better to strike off this school from the list. I clearly took an appointment over the phone and I mentioned clearly that my son is from a “non-montessori “ background. After reaching their office (after a 5km commute!) , they have the audacity to say they refuse to teach students who have not followed montessori pattern. This shows that this school is business minded and have utter disrespect for the time of parents. Hope you learn how to communicate your policies to your staff.

I went to incarnations recently to put on one of my friends kid to begin with the academics and I really loved the way they running such a wonderful organization and appreciate the method of administration. Adding to that, personally I have experienced the greatness in the way they were guiding and handling all the childrens under their care which is more important than any thing else. Also need to mention that, their campus is well organized for childrens in terms of both academic and personal care. With all those personal experience, I would really recommend Incarnations Montessori as a best place to step in to enhance our childrens good learnings and moral enrichment!

AS far as learning goes in MONTESSORI, you cant beat INCARNATION MONTESSORI school. Students are made to learn more than just the Montessori activity, they are taught values too. Seldom can one find these values in other children of the same age. No second thoughts when you have INCARNATION MONTESSORI. It gives you simply the best.

Visited this school and very much liked the management and their montessori method of teaching. In addition to the better teaching skills, there were also lots of activities such as outreach programs, field trips and winter canivals which i loved the most which made the school stand apart from the rest. Activities such as these makes the children happy to learn and enjoy as well.Would really love to bring in my daughter in to this school.

Was holding back for couple of weeks but finally decided to write this feedback in the interest of other parents who potentially may consider Incarnation as an option. Excuse for a long review. The first we would expect of any elementary school is the warmth that is extended to you which also gives you the confidence. Do not expect the warmth from the people who run this school though Montessori as a method is highly recommended. In todays world we think of behaviour and service even when it comes to buying a small appliance and here its matter of our children’s future what we bet when we consider a school that too elementary as a first step towards their future which goes beyond the method they follow (Montessori). Unfortunately the management (both husband & wife) who run this school are very arrogant with lots of attitude which is unprecedented and an USP to them - “My-Way or High-Way”.They don’t like to be challenged about their behaviour, attitude, faults and going back on their words – and when taken up, resulted in them asking my KID to leave the school just a week into beginning of the 2018 academic year. Believe me we tried talking to them and also tendering apology at the cost of our self-respect in the interest of our KID but they were very very ego driven (though they claim otherwise) and literally drove us out stating the KIDS future is parents ownership and not theirs. They make big claims that every kid is taken care of like their own with personal accountability of their growth but reality is they don’t really care beyond words. They have a popular caption - “Kids are reflection of what we are” and in a real true sense it very correct and wouldn’t want to risk my kids in that environment.I have never been treated and humiliated ever this way and this is not a pleasant experience that you can forget in a lifetime. They are very rigid in every aspect of functioning which is extreme in most cases to tie you up or put keep you on your toes. They do back & forth on aspects that are discussed and don’t stick to what’s agreed – beyond all this they call parents to be “Manipulative” when in reality they are very manipulative for their convenience. They don’t believe in give-and-take respect. They have a popular statement – “Respect the Master” which also means “Don’t respect the Parents”.When I repeatedly requested the administrative head to reconsider expulsion of my daughter this is what he stated - OK LET YOU KID CONTINUE, BUT DO YOU THINK SHE WILL BE OK HERE. This is a clear refection of what the character of the people who run this school and they in no way deserve to be entrusted with responsibility of our children. The positive from this experience is that though I was initially forced to look for a new school, I am very confident that my KID would be in better hands to shape bright future - which came as blessing in diguise. They miss the basics on behaviour, attitude, respect for fellow-humans which is the core of any educational institution. I too was carried away by their words when I met them last year to admit my KID.I have got lots of similar negative feedback from my known circle which includes parents, teachers and senior educationalists on their behaviour but most seldom would go public with their opinion as this is not native to us in this part of the world. The intent of this review is to share an awful experience with a potential parent to make an informed decision.

Its bit long post but it’s my personal experience. Worth reading it.My child studied in this school for around 5 years. Initially they are passionate about Montessori method, slowly it became business centre. Management is very careless towards parents concerns.I raised the questions opposite to the management and they asked me to take out my child from the school. Inspite of difference in opinion we wanted to continue my child in the school. But management told “Your child will be in danger zone” if you continue in the school. After listening these words i lost hope on them and i took out my child from the school.I had make may many follow ups with management asking for TC. When I went personally they told they don’t have TC procedure because “The Flow” is not registered to any educational boards and I had to struggle to get admission in another school. One interesting point, they will provide portal login for parent’s communication with school. They will respond to our mail when they need but when i delayed response they will call it as “Careless parent” attitude. Once you are not in good terms with management and they will block your login without prior notification.
