Our 9 months old lab was here for 4 days. He was taken good care of, was healthy when we took him back. They sent photos of him twice a day (morning & evening).Only concern (and a big one at that) Ive is that our lab is completely infested with ticks now! Something that he never had on him...

We should have cross ventilation or some other solution.(Not exactly cons just few suggestions)Cons are as per the observations of my dogs behaviour once we got them back home.(Ghode bech k soye dono) - means they were not able to get enough sleep at day boarding. I dont know the reason it can be anything.

9.10.2017. Having known Nitish, (the owner of this place) for several years, i had no second thoughts about leaving my 2 dogs here for a overnight boarding as i was assured and convinced about their care, safety and compassion. My dogs had never stayed outside my home even for a day and this was their first time in a daycare. They had a comfortable and a safe stay. Truly it was their second home. Keep it up.!

A very friendly place for our beloved pets. Excellent service. They also have the CCTV facility which we can make use of just to see how our pets are doing. I had a good experience leaving my pet here for a couple of weeks and I highly recommend this place for everyone in case pets need to be looked after in our absence. Well done Nitish and co 👍🏻. Staff is friendly. Sent videos twice a day. I wasnt informed about CCTV facility. I didnt know CCTV access was a paid service. Got to know pretty late after calling to get an update. Till then I hadnt received a video for almost 24 hours. Also, for some weird reason my dogs having some behavioral issues after 2 days of boarding. He was in fact adoped from a shelter where he lived with many dogs for months. Weve have had him for 6 months now. He had no behavioral issues at all. But the minute he got into the car after boarding, he started barking at every dog in sight. Now he barks a lot unnecessarily. He barks at strangers walking on the street. He fights with other dogs. I dont know what changed post-boarding. But a drastic change has been noticed by me and my family members.

The staff is friendly and the place is good. But my German Shepherd stayed there for one day and returned home with full of ticks. Had to take my dog to a vet to be treated for tick infections. The kennels should be disinfected and sprayed to avoid fleas and ticks once the dog leaves the kennel.

If pets are loved at home the most...u have another place that does the same for your loved ones..its this place.. Wonderful infrastructure n atmosphere provided that you wish you could give the same at ur place as well... Recommended n place for your loved ones.. Do visit!! 😊

Amazing place for the dogs.. They have play ground and the timing is from 8 to 11 in morning and 4 to 7 in the evening. One of the best doggy care i have seen. Totally satisfied with the service they provide

Best day care for pets! What I liked most is cage free and leash free environment and timely updates about the pets that are away from home . Highly recommended for all those who are looking for loving and caring pet boarding.

Not the best place but average. One of my boys developed a photophobia after the boarding and vet suggested it must have been something at the place. The caretaker dont speak any language other than Kannada and its a negative. The play area is well fenced and its cool. CCTV surveillance is an added advantage but can improve coverage area.

Place is really good for dogs. Only drawback I felt after leaving my dog was that, she returned with full of ticks and got an infection due to tick bites. This is after she was on spot on treatment.This review is after 4months.Due to the tick fever, she lost her appetite n even till today , she doesnt eat like before (before the stay at doggy daycare) ,even after all sorts of treatments n training .

My indie dog had a great time here...Came back with ticks but thats because we hadnt taken any precautions... Otherwise a wonderful place for your dogs to socialise...

Very bad experience i am regular customer my lab came with full if ticks second time . 17 April to 20 april 18 . My lab was with full of small n big ticks. Place is good but have take care of it। Horrible experience.

We used to leave our dog regularly at doggy day care about a year ago and had no problems then. Now the staff has changed and it hasnt been maintained well since. My dog was clean as a whistle when we left him but came back completely infested with ticks and fleas. He totally stopped eating and when we took him to the doctor, we discovered he had tick fever. When I called to inform DDG about that same, it seemed like they didnt know what tick fever was. I even cross verified the feed and they had been feeding him rice when I particularly told them to no feed him rice. Had one of the worst experiences. It took about 2 months for my dog to completely recover from this incident. The staff seem underqualified and do not seem know the nuances of this business and when I called them to inform about the situation, they were very indifferent. Not a pleasant experience overall, will not be leaving my dog there again.

One of the best place for my dogs. I finally dont feel guilty leaving him in the house for longer hours. My dog comes back home so tired and happy that he is finally living the dogs life.

Per day they charge 450/- 2000sqft area where they leave dogs... Small portion have shady. It can be improved by providing some entertainment for dogs and more space for walk

Its not a great place for pets. My pets had got lot of ticks after returning from day care. I am not very happy with the service and its expensive as well. I have 1 golden retriever and 1 mini pomeranian and both are charged the same which is not fair.

Not the right place to leave your pet based on the false commitment provides by the owner. I spoke to Nitesh before I could go to doggy care he was insisting me to bring my pet after going their from such a long distance things were totally different I was told to take my doggy back as he cannot take care. Here is the reason I was told it was not friendly with other dogs.(Its a Lab Breed).. i was told that my doggy is ferocious which is ridiculous. if any one is planning, look for well organized dog care. Dont get impressed with pics that are posted... Playing area of the dogs is pathetic...After seeing the place I was not ready to leave my doggy at that place.

I left my Lab, Shadow at Doggycare for 6 days. It was a new experience for Shadow & when we returned he was happily playing with his new friends. I would recommend this place to pet owners. Thanks Nitish

Our 11 month old dobredor Simba enjoys going to doggy day care. A inflatable water play pool can be a useful addition when the dogs are in the fenced play area. Also the dogs should spend more time in the open fenced area than inside the Kennel.

Dogs need to be given a bath and kept clean. Personal hygiene of the dogs need to be taken care of.

A perfect place to leave my dog while I am out of station. My dog is soo used to the place that he wants to go there everyday. I didnt like the caretaker before but he is actually nice and actually loves dogs.

Excellent host and caretaker, withdrew my dog in the same condition in which she was boarded. At other boardings she used to avoid food, this time she seems to be happy eating.

They maintain the place clean. But they do not care about getting the doggies for potty on time.

Our golden retriever was very fond of this place and was also comfortable staying there.Nithesh is a true pet lover.He really takes care of the pets like babies.On the other side we were in peace of mind as he helped us to get the access of the real time CC camera where we could see our pet activities.I would strongly recommend everyone who would like to board there pets to come to Doggy care..The place you can trust for your pets.Once again thanks a lot Nithesh.

We had left our 10 year old Labrador, Pluto, at Doggy Daycare for two days from 20th to 22nd October, 2017.The kennel is divided into two areas - One outdoor area which has a grill fencing, and a covered indoor area that has enclosures for the dogs.There are fixed timings at which the dogs are all set free in the outdoor area (3-4 hours in the morning & 3-4 hours in the evening). This is subject to the weather conditions. Good weather permitting, the dogs are free to roam around, and relax in the outdoor area for about 7-8 hours in a day.24 hour CCTV access is provided so you can watch your dog at all times. This is a big advantage that not many other places offer.Now the 3 reasons for the 3 star rating.1) The caretaker is efficient in doing his job, but I would like to mention that there were times when he was unnecessarily rough with the dogs. While he does need to be firm to manage 15-20 dogs properly, there were times when I felt he went a bit overboard.2) Our dog is a docile male Labrador who plays more with humans than other dogs. As a result of this he didnt bother, or get bothered by, any other dogs. He mostly kept to himself. However, there were some female dogs that were constantly being mounted by other dogs, and because the caretaker was busy at times it would go on for quite a while before anyone stopped them.3) While I understand that feeding 15-20 dogs the specific meal that the owners requested can be difficult, it can be done with a bit of planning. We had specifically requested in the registration form that he be given food from the packet of granules we left for him, and a glass of milk after each meal. We noticed on the CCTV that he was not given milk even once, and the caretaker was giving food to dogs from random packets. If the claim is that the dogs will be given the food as per the request of the owners, they should deliver.I would like to thank the receptionist at Doggy Daycare, Latha, who promptly shared pictures of Pluto on Whatsapp every time we requested her to. It made us feel much more secure.All in all, there are a few pieces that can be worked out and improved, but its a safe place to leave your dog if the need arises.

Left my puppy Cleo who is 4 months old indie for four days. I was restless and scared as it was the first time I was away from my pet. Though there were internet issues and could not use cctv facility. Nitish kept me updated with the pictures and made me feel comfortable. At the end of the stay, I knew Cleo enjoyed her stay. Thanks to the team !!

I heard many good things of this place.But when I left my 2year GS I was very much disappointed, I left him for almost a week and the day I go pick him up he is skinny and filled with ticks and fleas...it took almost months for me get him to his proper health.
