Im very thankful to AV hospital and Dr.Gopika Rajesh for her skillful treatment. The hospital is hygienic and staffs are also cooperative.I feel it is one of the best hospital.

Hospital is very worse the duty doctors are horable special mention is Sagamesh and Akash this two they dont know how behave with patients and the families also gives falls assurance and they will ask us to bring same medicine many times and even they will not give to the patients ifwe asked them they will not response if the patients are recovered also they will not give discharge.

The hospital is very worse for imergency admited people specially some doctors are very worse they just want money they dont care about patient and the scare family members also just to lend the money dont go for this hospital for emergency dont trust them fully the other house keeping and some sistera are nice the dont deserve even one rating

Plz read this. It is a dangerous hospital. Yes, there are many good reviews of this hospital but my mom was admitted fr a kidney stump. They inserted it n said to remain it fr 3 months. The stump itself had got infected n it needed an re- operation. Idk what the hell they did, after removal of stump she was fine fr nly a few days, after tht she is very abnormal. The cue in the kidney has not yet cleared. After going to this hospital nly she has many more problems than first.they hv done some mistake in the operation n hid from us n charged 1 lakh fr 2 days. Its my humble request n suggestion plz DONT GO TO A.V HOSPITAL if you want to be healthy.

Heres my experiencei took my mom and went up to this hospital as its near by to my house , I came to know from one of my frnd that Dr.Gopika Rajesh is good at what she does ,so I took my mom to her.firstly the hospital was neat and clean.it was well maintained with good hygiene which is a must in all hospitals .I spoke to the reception and waited for about max to max 5 minutes.then we met the doctor,my mom explained all prblms to her and we got a solution too that which I thankful forshe was very kind and spoke in a very good manner.I was in doubt after seeing all the negative comments but with my experience i can surely say that those are all utterly false .

Turns out, I cannot give 0 stars. So here is 1, just for the sake of it. This is my experience.I admitted my 90 year old grandmother to A V Multispeciality Hospital on 9th of June, 2021, as she was suffering from Hyperglycemia. One of the doctors refused to see her by saying, I dont have time. Am I the only doctor in this entire hospital? After waiting for about 30 minutes, my grandmother was finally admitted to a casuality ward. Due to misjudgements by a junior doctor upon reading her ECG and telling us that she had been arrested with an Acute Myocardial Infarction, he asked us to shift her to Jayadeva Hospital. After requesting for the presence of a cardiologist, Dr. Amith came over, read her ECHO reports and confirmed that her heart was working perfectly fine, with no hint of blockages or any sign of attacks. He asked us to get her admitted to an ICU so that they could control her blood glucose levels. A day into the ICU, she was wrongly diagnosed with kidney dysfunction. A nephrologist claimed that the reports were false and that her kidneys were working fine, with compromises due to her age factor. Her platelets count lowered and the doctors asked for a dengue test to be done, which came in as negative. They were unable to identify the right reason for the lowered platelet count levels. When asked about it, the doctors swept it aside by saying that she has infections. They didnt put her into the ward, even though her condition was stable, by saying that her BP was low. One of the nurses administered a high dose of insulin without checking her levels, causing for low blood sugar levels. Agitated by their irresponsibleness, we asked for her to be discharged. After much deliberations with Dr. Vinod, Dr. Gopika Rajesh and Dr. Rajesh Murthy, Dr. Gopika Rajesh became extremely disrespectful, inconsiderate, impolite and impossible to deal with. She didnt even bother to pay attention as to what we had to say and started to draw her own conclusions. We got my grandmother discharged with a letter that read Discharge Against Medical Advice, where they accepted that the treatment undergone by the patient to be unsatisfactory. They disowned her immediately after and the doctors werent even courteous or humane enough to write her a prescription for the next course of treatment after discharge. Her insulin levels are still high and this hospital was a waste of time and outrageous amount of money.To anyone who is reading this, please do not even bother to glance at this horrible place.

Run by a couple Gopika and Rajesh. Outdated equipment and extremely MONEY MINDED. Gopika in particular is very irascible, not punctual, unprofessional and doesnt care for the welfare of the patient. Pressurises you to make cash payments as well. Kindly avoid.

Many of the specialist Doctors at this hospital are consultants and are not available for the follow up visits. My father in law was treated was pneumonia in February and was advised monthly follow-ups. We have been trying to setup an appointment with the pulmonologist since last 6-8 weeks without any luck, we are being told to look for an alternate doctor outside. Would not recommend at all...

Horrible experience, never go for this hospital.My son was admitted for covid treatment and treatment was horrible. I am aged person and have no contacts. I was forced to get Remdesvir from out side at higher prices. We couldnt afford and got discharged my son immediately.For 3 days with no good improvements very high cost of 1.2 lakhs were spent. We luckily got my son admitted to Sagar hospital and got cured in 3-4 days.The whole hospital staff are very UNPROFESSIONAL, ARROGANT, DOESNT BEHAVE PROPERLY WITH Aged person like me.This is not only our experience but also of various people.My son will soon have this escalating to health authorities and have report filed against them.Pls do not go and have horrible experiences like us.

NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!I was admitted for Covid fever treatment and asked to get Remdesvir from outside! How can I get when I am admitted? I pleaded do treat me. They said not possible and I had to get discharged against medical advice.I WAS ASKED TO SIGN DOCUMENT FOR DISCHARGE AGAINST MEDICAL ADVICE WITHOUT MENTIONING CLEAR DETAILS . I had to do it as I got bed in Sagar Hospital and get cured in 4 days.This hospital charged me 1.2 laks only for 3 days and force to get me Remdesvir. But in Sagar hospital I was cured without help of Remdesvir and whole bill was only 75k for 4 -5 days with very good treatment and professional behaviour.This hospital nurses and staff act always rude despite charging a bombardment of fees.On the day I got admitted at 10 PM I was not treated at all! I asked to give some medicine for my Covid fever. But- NO... they asked me to wait till next day afternoon till the file was made and then only start medicine.I was very happy to get out of this hospital. It was a nightmare experience.PEOPLE- If you still want to go this hospital, you should be very much not likely to live a healthy life.It’s really expensive for no reason and you can get better treatment in other hospitals.PLS SEE OTHERS REVIEW FOR MANY BAD STORIES OF THIS HOSPITAL.

They even forced my relatives to arrange oxygen supplies for the full hospital to provide oxygen for my relative. Absolutely unprofessional. A set of insensitive people run this system.We went for COVAXIN that too after booking the previous day, The given slot was between 4 to 6 pm and when we went at 5.15 they rudely pushed us out, almost physically.The Receptionist is very rude and is as inefficient as his seniors are. The whole set of staff cater to customers without any concern or responsibility,The COVAXIN certificates have not been sent to us in spite of a lapse of one moth and even after a long conversation.Bcz we had already paid Rs. 500 we went @ 8 am as told by Mr. Srinivas, but except cleaning staff none were there. Mr Srinivas on being contacted told that the nurse was on her way but she didnot turn up until 9.30 and Mr Srinivas kept us waiting, giving lame reasons.When we told we were getting late ( Since both of us had to attend office) an inexperienced nurse came to us who had earlier told right in front of us that she does not know how to give injection. We said NO to her.after 90 minutes of waiting with no other customer waiting finally we got vaccinated and left the hospital for good never to go back, With a clear communication to every one in our big circle

I had been here for my Antenatal check-up. The 1st time I had been here after taking a prior appointment at 2pm from Dr Gopika. But after I reached the place I was told that the doctor will be available only after 3:30pm. I was told to get my early pregnancy scan done.Then the doctor actually arrived at 4pm. Inspite of me being reached there at 2pm I was able to meet the doctor only at 5pm i.e., after all the patients who arrived after me met the doctor. Very unorganised place. For my next check up after a month I was given appointment at 1pm but when I arrived at the place I was told the doctor will be available only after 3pm. Also this time again I was asked to get scanned. I being a doctor questioned the receptionist about the reason for the scan as I had not even completed 12weeks of my pregnancy. Still she told its required. I immediately walked out of the hospital. So please dont waste your money and time in this money making hospital. Get a better gynaecologist n a better hospital for ur antenatal care

They will consider the main issue as the last priority and make you stay there. Nurse are not good. No one comes to the patient. I have taken an appointment to take 2nd dose of covid-19 vaccine for my parents from this hospital. I had to wait almost 5days to get the available slot and after i reached the hospital they were saying vaccination is not available in stock since 10days. They have not even informed before the schedule date as it was not in stock since 10days and they have not removed the hospital name from the registration site also. Very irresponsible people they are i think!

They don’t seem to run a hospital but a Hotel. They have more receptionists than doctor. They are not even aware of basic protocol to be followed for a Covid patient, forget about treatment. They take admission of patient but not bother to see patient. Their prime motive is how much can I extract from you. You share insurance details, they say it’ll work but don’t want to intimate the insurance company for extraneous reasons & then say it doesn’t work. They are so relaxed and comes to hospital as if they work in some PSU. Prime consultant doctor is Mrs. Rajesh but she never even bothers to visit a patient. Some duty doctor becomes specialist consultant & they charge a bomb for it. All vital tests done just a day before hospitalisation but they want to do all of them again (reason unknown). Basic pulse, bp were also not checked & monitored. For this ordeal & risking life of the patient, had to cough up huge some.When doctors are treated as gods, we have these kind of shameless human beings in the profession. Shame on you being a doctor. You don’t have capacity don’t treat / guide them right. Don’t cheat. Don’t Fake.

Worst hospital ever. I suggest everyone not to go better than this go to some small hospital.. the nurses the PA of a doctors sends whoever they like first ..I had an emergency and before going to the hospital I called Doc Gopika she said to come down immediately and she is available after reaching there we called her that time she said she will reach in half an hour and they made me to wait for 2 hours .. and after that we got to know she is in hospital only but busy in some other work . And when we called her again that we are waiting past 1 hour she was very rude.As soon as I reach the nurses were behaving so friendly and made me to paid but after that they just don’t bother. So after waiting for 2 hours they had sent some other doc to see me. I suggest everyone please avoid this place if you don’t want to die. They do business there. And if you’re illiterate or from village than they will make sure you will loose all your money there. And emergency patients will die because first they Make you to pay and than start the treatment.. and the doctors also will take 2 hour to come and see the patient
