I wish I could video record and post, how two of the sales people kept mocking and staring at me from a distance, while I was trying a few pairs of sunglasses. Honestly if this the way a sales man is supposed to behave at Lenskart I would better go for some other brand/ store where I can buy stuffs without having this kinda discomfort. Moreover I purchased a pair of sunglasses online and I went to the store for an exchange, but the same sales girl told me that I would have to take a displayed product in exchange and they wont provide a fresh pair instead. Great experience; definitely doesnt deserve more than a star.

Out of all my visits to this lenskart store this was the best experience I had. The store Executive Tanmay was very helpful. Even though I visited during closing time he was patient enough and gave better suggestions for frames and helped me through out the order process. And gave the best deal on frames. And the best part is super fast delivery in 2 days! Thank you.

The various range of glasses was a great option for us to choose for various occasions. The sales person Suhail was a great help in getting the right set of glasses which suit your facial structure and persona. The optometrist Ahamed was helpful in eye testing and he definitely knows his role.Our purchase was great. 😎

Service is worst, Irresponsible staff including store manager. They say its open but when I visited twice they said we dont know what time it opens and closes. I have traveled 5 kms one way for consecutive 2 days.

Bought specs from this store for my wife around 6 months back and the frame is broken. When went to the store, initially asked us to buy a new one. When I asked about the quality of the frame, mentioning it could not even last for 6 months, did not get any answer from the store representative.Then, another representative from store took few photographs of the broken frame and said he has to send the broken frame somewhere for further action (did not guarantee that, it will be fixed or a new one will be provided). When I asked, as the specs has to be used daily, to avoid headache, his answer was, it is their procedure. This clearly shows, their procedure is more important than customer’s health. Also, the representative mentioned, they normally do not suggest customers to buy the kind of frame that we purchased (as they get broken). My question is when do not want suggest such frames, why are they selling it at their store.Moreover, the store representatives (except one person) here do not speak Kannada, my wife is comfortable in Kannada, but whenever she spoke in Kannada, they always answered in Hindi or English (this is not at all acceptable). Especially, one of the representative in the store was taking to other customer in Malayalam, but did not talk to us in our local Kannada language. I hate to visit this store again.

Worst Store of lenskart.Dont visit this store particularly.Attitude of staffs are disgusting.No choice of frames available. You have to select from minimal options.I had to leave and visit another store.So help yourself by not wasting your time visiting this store.

After visiting the store I lost the interest of buying because of very bad assistance and careless behaviour of the staff. Overall very bad in store experience.

These people illegitimately and forcefully collect personal data from customers. They WILL NOT sell any item in store unless your mobile number is given and verified by OTP. They must be making better money by selling verified mobile numbers to spammers than by selling spectacles. If you dont want to give your mobile number dont waste your time there, because you will know that you cant buy items only after you have spent all the time to select the items.

Very friendly store and patiently guided through the process of comprehensive eye-testing, lens configuration and spectacle choice. However in Chennai stores there used to a lens cleaner machine with water where we can drop the spectacles and switch on for a few minutes to clean it. This machine is not available in this store.

Visited this store few days ago to purchase optical for my wife. First of all they will not attend the customer. Rude behavior of the sales guys. No options available. Prices are high. Will never recommend this for any one.I feel wasted my time by visiting this particular store.

Very Nice store and good range of spectacles are available. Mr Tanmoy, he helped me a alot to get my spectacle . I got my spec and yes it is very good and comfortable for me. So i would like to say its a nice experience in this store.

If we speak in Kannada they will reply in English or some other language.And One lady in the store with very rude attitude and we went to varthur store got the job done within 15 minutes .This is the worst store in Bengaluru.

We entered the store during closing time but entire staff helped us get the right power specs within no time. Although the eye test clinic was closed, Anand made it possible. Had a bad experience with attitude of the staff. Have bought glasses here before covid. Visited today.I was asked to use sanitizer on entry as at every location nowadays. I politely declined stating that I am allergic to sanitizer. The executive first asked if i was joking and how are you allergic to sanitizer. I again reiterated that i am allergic to sanitizer. He politely said i either have to stand at a corner at the entrance or stand outside. I had to say thank you and come out.Went to another outlet. Told the same thing. They understood my situation and offered me a plastic glove. Had a good experience. Same company but different customer experience.I appreciate the safety centric executives. Wish they had a little more common sense and little customer centricity

Very poor management of eye testing. Made us wait for an hour and then allowed others, who claimed they had come before and just gone out for a few minutes. They have another setup for testing, but staff was more interested in chatting up.The staff should properly tell customers who come in, how much time it will take for them to get checked, so that we can decide if we want to stay.

Very nice store and more options are available here. Mr. Abhijit has helped me a lot very politely to get my best pair of specs. He has a very good taste of frames to suggest. He suggested me the best frames and lenses according to my facecut and power. Finally purchased a pair of John Jacobs and it was really very cool and comfortable.

My Dad visited the store today with my younger brother, he wanted to upgrade his reading glasses and also wanted to get the power checked. The staff made him wait for more than 45min and was enetertaining other customer.Was it because he is old and and didnt have any other adult accompanied ?He was highly disappointed and left the store, even while leaving certain sales executive saw him yet didnt bothered to ask why is he leaving without the consultation.He was having trouble with his current glasses since lockdown and it was a tough decision for him to move out of house as it was getting very difficult to manage with current glasses.Please do teach your staff to behave with senior citizen.

This store is managed very well . The manager Mr. Tanmay is leading the entire team from the front. I went there to request for an exchange of two reading glasses bought from Lenskart which gave me some trouble. Mr.Tanmay was very proactive , polished and soft-spoken , and helped me to get in touch on the helpline, and completed the discussion . Then he properly understood my expectation ensured that I was happy with the outcome .He also made sure that I was able to choose the replacement of both reading glasses .The store is very clean , sanitized and well organised . The staff was instructed well by Mr Tanmay and Mr. Vishwanath was particular to use gloves and patiently disinfected every one of the glasses before I tried them on .I must complement Mr. Tanmay and his team for making the entire experience a very happy and comfortable one.I will always come back to Lenskart Whitefield store from now on for all my glasses requirements . Lenskart products are always good but this outlet totally lacks customer support. I bought 2 frames. After delivery of the product, I requested this outlet to reduce the size of the frameless glass. I visited 5 times in last 15 days but they made a lot of excuses about lab and all. Not giving any priority to old customer though I am a gold member. They told me to do this correction from a local shop.I visited other outlet of Lenskart, Varthur Road. They solved my problem within 5 min and I got my new corrected frame in just 2 days. The staff was having good knowledge of Lenskart policy and that made my work easy. Thanks @Sohail

Pathetic quality of spec and the lens which have been fit. The fitting of the spec gets loose within a month. The quality of lens is so bad that even after utmost care taken for the spec, the lens have developed major scratches. I have taken membership as well, which now they say that scratches are not covered. I am not sure what good is the membership for. Lenskart is all marketing gimmick.

Lenskarts Whitefield store is always a pleasure to walk into, I enjoy the service offered by people working there. Suhail stands out for me, he played a big role in me deciding to buy Oakley with Rodenstock lens. Although it was on the expensive side, his knowledge and expertise helped me decide on the frame and lens. After my sales, I had another customer service issue to raise and again Suhail was super helpful to proactively have the ticket raised and to help me out on the issue. If I walk into Lenskart again, then it is for people like Suhail working there.

Suhail made my trip to to Lennkart a most fantastic experience.What an amazing customership has this gentleman displayed.5stars for Lenskart and Mr Suhail.A spectacles bought earlier merely needed a refit where in I thought I would probably need a new frame.Suhail pointed this out and I got my problem rectified without spending a penny.

This Store had a lot of promise but in the end it was a letdown. I only reason they are getting a 3 star is because they did correct check up, and gave correct lenses. But other than that, the customer service is confusing and at times hurts sentiments. Of the 2 pairs I ordered, I had to order online, since the good frames in budget range is not on display. Then one was A ok. Now they dont have a fitting measurement meter, or rather they dont want to use it. I dont know. So the other pair still doesnt fit. So I had to go into the back myself to find out who is technicians are. Finally a guy obliged and it felt ok. I came back home and from next day onwards, still the one side of the frame is bend. I strongly advise to go to the Phoenix store. They have limited but good collection and they provide really good customer service.

Today I had been there to change my lense nose pad, you need to enter the store by sanitizing your hands and wear gloves which are kept at the entrance. good experience 💚💚
