Never go here, a big Noooo.I personally visited to sell gold which bought few days back from different gold shop with 999 purity and a proper bill.I went to Queens road branch and there was only one guy on Sunday(26th May). He took the gold and used an iron instrument to bend the gold to check the purity. He bent that in so many directions and at last he told its not 999 purity.Now what I should do, I cant take it back because he bent that in so many directions. So I had to sell the gold for whatever price he say.on top of this they charge 3% processing fee and if you need cash to account they again charge 2% more.Better try with small gold shops instead of the big shops like this.
