The Staff were friendly, doctors are attentive.Although I did find it strange that for payment options, they only have cash, cards and Paytm wallet.Thats is something you should keep in mind when going over to the hospital.Also, they have a mini lenskart showroom in there for anyone in need.

I had been here for a full body general check-up the experience was good! Really friendly staff, special thanks to Manju for being extra patient and answering all my queries! You might end up paying a bit extra compared to other hospitals but the service is worth it.

Health center cant be run like this. No one has accountability and just for the sake of money they are running the center. If you want correct/true results and need caring/support this is not the place. Dont see much crowd (for obvious reasons) but still you need to wait for hours

Went for a health check-up, visited the clinic in the morning and all the staffs are very courteous and completed all check-up on time. A great thanks to nursing department for their timely completion of work. All the major scanning and sample collection is available in the hospital.The clinic is not much crowded during the visit, and parking facility is available for the vehicles.

Worst clinic. No time Maintainance. Most of the time all resources who perform tests wont be there. If you are looking for health check, better find some other clinic. These guys will take one complete day to perform ultrasound test and you have to with empty stomach all this time. Worst.

My appointment was 9 to 9:10 am and I did it online.. doctor came at 9:40 and I came at my time they gave a token and then after waiting one hour when I said that I had my appointment at 9am. They said doc came late.. then they said first come first so 9 people are ahead of me .. I was like why do you have online booking then?? I will take this to all social media.. I am still waiting and it’s 10:25 am still don’t know how much time I need to wait.. never ever do an online appointment.. it’s useless and I will not consider Apollo service atleast in diagnostic in future

I went for corona vaccination. I had to wait for 1.5 hours after getting token. The process is very slow. Only one person is there to feed the data into system. No benefit of pre payment.

One of the worst clinic I have seen. The behavior of front staffs are horrible. First of all they do not even lift the phone when you call for appointment. If you ask them they give reasons like phone is not working. So I rang from there and the phone rang. Then the receptionist told that they do not have staff. Not able to understand how their version got changed then and there. And the behavior got changed immediately. This change I see post Pandemic. Even you have to wait a lot for a doctor. I got the appointment for 10 AM then it got changed to 11 and then to 12 noon. So there is no commitment from them as well.

This is based on my experience today. Purely business mind. And doctors are also trained to screw the patient brutally. I have walked in for a minor fracture in my hand. First of all if for first time they will charge 100 additional + consultation ( unfortunately I paid all). The doctor who attended me desperate me stating it as complicated. He told I can recover my small fracture min of 3 months may I need to go for surgery. Next he took me for plastering my hand which they suppose to charge 5000 to 6000. I have left their simply with out doing it. With help of my friends I have consulted with other reputed orthopedist Their I have charged only 1430 altogether with simple plastering and consultation. And I am feeling better now. Happy with the right decision which I took

Pathetic service. Doctors, our so called COVID warriors are here just for money. Don’t get fooled. They will make you run around for various tests which wouldn’t be necessary, just to make some money. Came here to take immunisation certificate for travel. Doctor says “ Take all vaccines, it is JUST Rs.1500 for Each vaccines”. And that is just for one dose of one vaccine.

Pathetic service. I have given sample for covid RTPCR test on 48hrs ago. I enquired and confirmed multiple times for time taken to get report before giving sample as I need it for travel purpose. They told that it would be available within 36hrs. Still there is no update on test report. Now the staff is acting like they are not concerned about it. No commitment to work. Taking customer for granted.

For health check up we were made to visit thrice due to unavailability of doctors,not well organized..but the lab technician shobhana was very polite and cooperative.. Mani was also supportive.

Recently I had gone surgery for my ACL reconstruction with Dr. Kapendra Mouli sir. He identified the issue on first and taken appropriate care and proceeded for operation and the operation was good and the suggestions were also too good on how to do some exercises once after the surgery and the doctor is very responsive and care. Its already 5 months after my operation and with in 1 month I started walking a bit with full weight and gradually it became very normal with in 3 months period and now Im able to drive vehicle as well. Im very happy for this after recovery from that accident took me to sugery.

Such bad experience from here. They say medical test will finish in 3-4 hours and it s not true. I spend a weekend whole day and many test were pending and report was not ready. Again they told me to come on a weekday and they assure that it will be finish fast on weekdays.and they gave incorrect information about the doctor s consulting timings. And I end up waiting simply 3 hours again in the hospital. And still all the reports were not ready. Never suggest this hospital for anyone. I couldnt find any public relation office here.

I have done my pre-employment medical checkup here and have been following up for my correct report since one week but every time they have been sending the report of a different person to me in email without even double checking it after several follow up also. When asking about it over the phone they would say that they will send it directly to my company. I still doubt if they have sent my correct report to my joining company.
