Never would recommend this to anyone. Very poor quality, bad maintenance and really horrible owners. I lived here for an year thought its on main road and close to my office but it was a big mistake. It was horrible experience from day 1. Owner flipped and asked to provide higher deposit amount after we shifted to this place. Within a month there were leakages in washrooms and it started showing up on all walls. It was just covered up with paint which started pealing up. During lockdowns owner didnt even decrease rent when I was at hometown for 5 months. When I left last month owner cut more than one months deposit amount saying its expensive to get house repaired and painted and harrashed mentally on calls when asked to transfer deposit amount. Please dont consider this for even last option.

Not a apartment for family, No social gathering, no festival celebration, infact National festival like 15th Aug, 26 Jan..this apartment dont celebrate. Most of the flat occupied by bachelor so you can called its PG accommodation. No maintenance, All old equipment not working for many years, Plumbing work is so bad..every 2 to 3 month you may need to spend 2000 rs for plumbing work, very very poorly maintain apartment, never ever recommend any family to occupy, all the facilities like swimming, pool table, never work, throughout the year, its not about pandemic...just be away from this property if u get in free. pigeon smell throughout year, Glasses are so scary..it falls many times, but society never want to repair those..every 2 month interval STP bad smell cover the society, No permanent solution, as most of the owner not staying..no body bother about your problem...Stay away

It is a horrible place from inside. Extremely dirty parking lot filled with cockroach and rats. They never clean. The building has a perpetual plumbing problem. All the walls are damped. The water leak to the floor below all the time. The place doesnt have a proper playground for kids. It seems good from outside. The sarjapur road nearby is extremely polluted.

Decent place with very good location. Lots of tech parks with 5 Km range. Good food options be it South Indian or North Indian. Security uses technology for good check in and checkout.Has good parking but swimming pool is a bit smaller. ATM and banks, pubs, general stores in nearby locations .

Horrible place and horrible owners , Only from outside this building looks good there’s no maintenance and it’s too dirty . Also , owners are super cheat will use all tactics to not return your deposit back .Save yourself from mental and financial stress By not visiting this apartment.

No Amenities only a small Gym badly maintained. Horrible house. Lots of cockroaches. If you want to have mental tension then please stay in this apartment and get trapped. Highly overpriced. When you leave they will simply deduct twice of the monthly rent. Please believe me and stay in some other apartment. Dont get trapped.

Stunning views, comfortable society with swimming pool,close to pubs like byg brewsky, vapour, hoot.

It might look good from exterior , however its low quality and very pathetic amenities . A complete no no for rent and purchase. If you dont believe talk to the people who live there . There is no resident welfare , you wont have any say either , its more of a trap .

Jain heights Altura is an amazing building with great fittings and spacious planning. The housekeeping, security, gym etc is fabulous. People are friendly and non intrusive.The only disadvantage is the dusty and extremely noisy sarjapur road. It is well connected to schools, theatres, eating places but the traffic and noise is a very big irritant and one of the reasons for us to move out. Do not I repeat do not take the road facing apartment. I lived on the 15th floor but the noise was unbearable.
