Great service. I am very happy. Got report the same day. Person was very polite.

Person who came to collect my blood sample didnt even clean the portion of skin with cotton having some spirit on it.Instead he just touched my skin with dry cotton once and took the blood sample.Upon asking he said it is different kind of cotton so it doesnt require spirit.Because of all this even after holding that dry cotton over the spot from where blood was taken for more than 45 minutes, blood was still coming out.Also, when asked about report he said that I will get on that very day and today is a day after my blood sample was taken but still report has not come to me.I knew report wont be possible on the very same day because my blood sample was taken on Saturday afternoon but still false assurance was given to me about report.I being a regular customer of yours will not understand difference between cotton dipped in spirit and dry cotton ?Your staff person is also lying by saying that he gave me another cotton after he took the sample.He just asked me to hold the same cotton from the place where sample was taken due which blood was not stopping even after 45 mins of holding cotton at that place.Give me a screenshot of sent items of your mailbox so that I will come to know that you have actually sent me report on 5/9/2020.Because I have not received any email from your side with my report on 5/9/2020.
