Please dont waste your money here! Extremely poor service.

Dont take this connection. Its not at all good. Very frequently internet goes and main part is there is no positive response from customer care. Their attitude is like now after payment customer can not do anything. They also offer to pay for 6 months and get 1 month internet free so that you can not opt out after their bad service. Be aware of these fraud company.why Google dont give options for negative stars ..this broadband deserve that

Worst experience ever had.When we contacted customer support for new connection they told, they will be doing the installation within 48 hours, and they came home for the payment within no time, but the installation never happened. I used to call their customer supports, tech leads and technicians every day and they used to tell that they will be doing the installation by the EOD. But nothing happened, every time when we call them they have same answer and they treat you like a fool. No use, even after shouting at them. Such a shame less people. They dont even deserves 1 star rating.

Very very worst net work connection..... No responsibility for that Seans media pvt Ltd...dont take this connection..... 23/3/2019 I paid 3534 for 6 month subscription and I used it only one month and next month network disconnected and I tried several times in customer services also that technicians they wont bother about customer difficulties ...fraud company.....toady also 5.07.2019 I informed them but no use....worst of money careless people😡😡

Used to work fine but now it has been more than a month and the connection stops working almost everyday. Complaints are useless as they hardly ever attend ti the problem. Disconnection in the cards.

Worst ever.... trust me guys , these reviews are their own..I took it a week before & it only worked for 2 days thats it , After that nobody bothered picking calls, I have already taken other services, I paid 699 for crystal plan with 700 installation charges only for two days.

Waste of time and money.After recharging there is no wifi. Called for service but one is picking the call. Even attending the call they are fooling as by saying will ready in 10 mints.After that its been 1 week. I dont know why I reacharged wifi.No use. They give me 5 or 6 contact no. incliding one Sachin and Pradip .Both are frauds. They are cutting our phone calls when we call again. Waste of cash.😤😤😤

Worst. This is the worst internet provider in Bangalore. My wifi didnt work 10 days out of 30 days in the last month. Everyday they had the same excuse that some building demolition was happening. If you tried calling the main office they always had the same answer that they are gonna send the technician soon but no one arrived. Trust me dont ever take this connection. It is a waste of money.

Such a worst service in Bangalore, for new connection they came and started the connection with in hours and we call them after month for net issue they never attend our call and treat like fools...we paid Rs 3534 for new connection...Such a shameless peoples and very bad services.... Till now they didnt solve our net issue...

It sucks,I gave payment in advance for installation but no response yet last two days...so think guys what will happen in future so decided not to take. Connection.....Fake people.....

Worst broad service provider..you have to call 4-5 times and than they will visit. also loose connection over externall wiring is a major issue.
