They installed one month before in my house till then there is no internet iam complaining every day but no response I think I have been cheated

Fraud company. Out of 10 days 8 days will have no connection. No option to complain anyone. Only from App you can raise ticket but no one ia going to fix.. you cant speak to anyone. If you email then except acknowledgment email you cant expect anything else. I am using from 8months and this is the experience from day one. Not able to change now as i have paid for next 4months. Fraud company.. trust me use mobile is way better than this fraud company service

Never ever go for this in your life, everything is fake when you decide to shut your subscription, you will get fake bills, calls, mails, the company will not prevail with this kind of illegal activities

My UserId is 112****6987 and i am using Tikona from past 8months now. The experience is been horrible so far. If you dont have issue in network then fine. Otherwise no is there solve any of your issue. Internet speed shows 25mbps 30mbps but it is actually poor than mobile data. On a daily basis you will face disconnection issue. The interesting part is there is no customer service. U can only raise tickets no is going to o fix. They will just close. No option to call anyone only option is to know you status by bot. One star is even more.

They dont have service near my home

Its a total fraud company. I have used for 2 months but after 15 days of usage the speed became very slow and almost time no connection. I have raised multiple complaints but they are not responding.The worst part is they have blocked my numbers and not responding any of my emails.So please never subscribe fraud Tikona.

Services are quite good as broadband provider in Bangalore and I have not faced any issues with the connections so far and would recommend everyone to give this ISP a change , this is my personal Tikona review and Go for it

This is the Worst internet Service provider i have ever seen and it has got many network issues and there is no proper infrastructure setup.i opted for 3-months plan and it has been since 1-month, i am complaining about frequent disconnection, no one cares about this issue, Online Tikona.Support is just fake setup, they dont resolve the issue and without your consent they mark the ticket has resolved. Trust me this has happened for 10 Request which i have raised. The point of contact, who has given the connection, will never answer your calls once the connection is established. All he does is reject/divert your call to raise ticket. Please do not fall for this trap. you will be locked-In for months without Internet. And Dont entertain irresponsible people.

Please never go with these kind of 3rd rated company. In my case, It is mistake from their end not to collect the device back even after 4months of disconnection . I tried calling the device pickup guy for 10+ times. Neither He picked my call nor called me back. These guys are mentally sick and torturing others by sending fake bills. If you wanna return the device, better disconnect before 15days of next billing date . Still they will not collect the device back and continue to send fake bills saying we need to 1500 penaulty for being their customer.. worst company you will ever see in your lifetime.

I had good experience with this team. During the enquiry time, one of the engineer came to my home and explained about the speed which is possible to implement to my area(but not forced to take the connection). After the bill payment, two engineers(Bala and Sulthan) done the installation very quickly and neatly.

Bala and Mohammed done installation with in 1hour.After connection bala show me all options how to use and speed test.Happy with connection.

WORST WORST WORST WORST WORSTI should have given zero starts but it is not possible. Dont go for tikona.. They are thief. They will collect money and install the device and after that there will be unlimited times connection issues. They customer service is also pathetic. they will give only assurance not solution.They will not return any amount if you will ask for discontinuation of service even its 1 day of connection also.They will say they dont have any return policy.Beleive me i have taken six month plan and in second day i have asked for refund but they denied so i continued just for utilising my fund.But i alwaz used my phone internet not tikona bcoz it wasnt working at all.So I have only suggestions for you is.... Go for others not TIKONA.TIKONA IS A THIEF COMPANY

Installation done today only. I choosed 10 Mbps plan and after installation i checked, getting 10mbps speed as promised. Hoping it reminds consistent.Installation was done quickly by staff (Bala & Syed). Overall Good Staff and good service!!

The worst network provider , please guys dont go for this... . Before your paying the amount net will getting proper , after you paid the money for a long term service you wont be getting a proper internet. And if we will call they wont take the call , just the system generated voice will tell you that we are eorwork on the issue. From last one week it is happening . Please go for some other providers
