Even one star is too much. Frequent internet drop n outage are daily available. Local metronet operator not allowing act/jio/airtel to enter in panthir area, 800 away from outer ring road.

Worst service.. I have taken 75 mbps and I hardly get 20mbps.. when ever I Cal customer care they say issue wil be fixed but after that its the same speed I get. Y dont u close ur company and sit at home. Pathetic service. Don ever take this service

Highly recommend not to use this internet and they will happy to collect 6months package and service it worst and everyday there is issue with server, do not use this internet, it’s just waste of your time and money, please beware specially in Koramanagala before take new connection, big fraud

I wish to give less than 1star. Worst ever service. Using this since these goons dont even allow any other service providers in this area. The customer care number is not reachable either. And if you click on new connection they might pick up the call not for existing customers. Even after the very next day of recharge the Internet connection is pathetic. It keeps disconnecting in between. I have to work and I am helpless

Service is horrible. Speed is 2G speed. Customer support is pathetic. Dont waste Money on their services. If you have 2G go for it instead of using their services. They wont allow other broadband to install connections and will do whatever they want.

One of the worst ISP providers i know , they do not take any ownership of the issues and pathetic customer service they just install and forget the customer experience is ZERO.

Price wise cheap, but service wise pathetic. If you call customer care to complain any issue no one will pick the call, by mistake if someone picks they will lodge the complaint formally but no action will be taken, you have to follow up n number of times(n value depends on your luck) and at last they will give local operator number to co-ordinate. When you call these guys they will tell they did not get any info regarding our complaint, if you insist then they will tell in half our they will visit the place and resolve issue. Again same story, you need to follow up again and again. This entire process will take atleast 12 hours if you continuously follow up, or else it may take weeks to resolve.I am not sure why customer need to follow up with local operator, its customer care guys job who is sitting in office. If local operator is not working then fire him or else fire customer care executive who is unable to manage or else close the service.I am having broadband connection at home still i am posting it with mobile internet.
