Very bad service. Responsiveness is too bad.
Pathetic service. Firstly, they fool you to buy an onu router and then after long debate when I decided to go.for other connection they agree to give normal connection.. in 2 days speed drops and the wire gets connected, when I call the customer care number they say, the technician has left for the day. There is a limit to fool people. Never ever go for this connection unless, you have your house in Prestige apparment, where they have their office, only things that can get them to work is threatening at their office.
A sheer disgrace to customer service . A bunch of cheats who have come together to scam and provide the worst connection present in town. I recommend everyone who has been introduced to this joke of a company to take a deep breath and just dissolve these useless individuals who call themselves professionals .
I have taken broadband service from many different providers over the course of many years in the different houses I have stayed.BROADWAY is by far the worst. You pay for 90Mbps and you only get 10Mbps on the good days and less than 5Mbps everyday.People in the office hardly answer the call when we complaint about speed and when they do they just say we will check.Unprofessional service. And mediocre internet speed.Please dont waste your time and money by choosing their Broadway.
