I have known them since 2018 and they have been best in terms of customer service/ support. I have partnered with them for VOIP devices and SIP accounts and the quality of both the product and service has been spot on for me while working with two different organisations. I would recommend them as of the trusted providers of business communications tools that I would have come across in recent times.Note: I was not paid for this & neither did they give me any discounts :).

I am using their services from last 3 months, i am using TFN which is going smooth, technical team is very helpful and solve the problem in very less time period. They dont value the customer at all...!!! Think before you go ahead with these guys...!!!Worst policy and totally unprofessional behavior!!! Please dont get trapped and explore all the options before you chose this. They are expensive compared to other services and they take money in advance irrespective you use the service or not. In my case their support service was extremely bad and after taking the connection we hardly made few calls. They collect monthly rental in advance. Looking at their service we decided to disconnect. They generated the bill even after requesting for disconnection. Later they sent letters to pay the due with possible legal notice.

Worst policy and worst behavior!!! Dear company owners, please think 10 times before obtaining service from these guys. First of all they are expensive compared to other services and they take money in advance irrespective you use the service or not. There are other companies who provides the service for lesser price and you can recharge your account if needed. I am one among the old customer who took their services in 2013/14 & very recently I had to take up a new voip service and paid one months bill without using the service at all & informed them 4 days before the next due date that i dont need the service further. They asked me to sign the agreement which says inform 1 month in advance, in case service is not needed, however they dont say the consequence what happens if we dont inform 1 month in advance. I got in touch with the accounts dept and informed that i cant pay the 1 months fee coz I am not using anymore. They send me a legal notice without even considering as their old customer and I paid 1 months fee at utmost good faith. Then they send email to me directly marking all their staffs not to provide me services stating I am black listed. They dont value the customer at all...!!! Think before you move ahead with these guys...!!!

People are Very polite and helpful but there hardly any help they could do. They say its 24/7 support but no one picks up the call. No help when needed. Engineers and support people are leaving everyday.

Phone line voice clarity has improved a lot, but the only assistance or improvement we need is on the “turn around time” since we work at night shift, we don’t know who is the appropriate person to reach out if the phone lines are down and it takes atleast 24 hours to rectify the phone issue.

I am using This Guys VOIP... From last 14 Months.. Every Month phones have some issues.1. Voice Not clear.2. if we get calls ..it wont ring directly it will go for voice Mail.3.Someone call us..they are getting message like Number Not in Use4.if we calls..Our number it wont show for for others..Etc... ALOTSo Guys Kindly try to avoid this guys service.

I have been using Bridgei2p VOIP phone and also smartphone from 4 years now. Just wanted to describe the quality of the phone with an example. I was talking to you a candidate from Singapore; in the end, I told him that I am from India, and immediately he said that you dont seem like that because there are two reasons number one is that the call quality is too good, no disturbance at all and the second reason is that you are more of international. And the support team is too good. No waiting time, anytime I can call them and get the problem resolved if any. If your internet connection is good then this is the best product.
