A good place for fashion lovers. This place is on ground floor of Orion Mall, Rajajinagar, Bangalore. Easily accessible. Mysore sandal factory is the. Nearest metro station.

As usual it has trendy, wonderful collection to choose from ..always a pleasure to shop.also satisfying, gratifying feeling at the end... quite crowded .. excellent staff to support and help you...only the changing rooms were super crowded ...a long queue...otherwise a happy wonderful shopping experience 👍👍

Collections are good. Too much crowding at billing with no precautions whatsoever. Absolutely abysmal staff, no crowd management. I liked some clothes but couldnt buy because of poor management by the staff. Should improve service and management. Not recommended with increasing covid cases.

Westsiad at orion mall has some great collection. Due to Covid they are not allowing for trials. However they have an exchange policy. When at Orion Mall do give westide a visit. You will surely find something you like. It has something for everyone.

Very bad experience with Westside, today I have visited to the store to do exchange my product which I bought yesterday.When I entered to the store there were 5 staffs having gathering and they are busy talking to each other when I asked one of the staff that I came for exchange,Name of the staff Kavya S came to the billing counter along with one more lady staff came and she was too rude she said we don’t do exchange in morning time and she behaved like she own the store and started giving me lectures on how retail functions and where as she introduced herself as a MANAGER and she doesn’t know the basic ethics of retail, I am also from retail.I think she’s not well trained, she don’t no how to behave no matter customer purchase Rs.10 or 10k product Customer is always customer.Very Disappointed experience I ever seen.

Westside as good as always.Visit on the weekends, festive to get more interesting offers. Crowd will be there but yeah cloth quality and hospitality is good.Gents/Ladies all clothing and fashion products are available.

West side always disappoints with the range of clothes.Positives: Ground floor of the mall, interiorsSuggestions: Need to work on trendy clothes, staff hiring, keeping more variety of clothes, staffs courtesy helping find things faster.Overall I would recommend to try shoppers stop in the same mall as you may just get irritated after getting into this and not finding stuffs what you are looking at.

Of my favourite places - all time; for all clothing needs.This store is spacious and that makes all the difference.A sale a big thing here and you get real value for money. If you wear XS or XXL, your lucky. Youll find a lot of good stuff on the sale. Otherwise youll be drawn to their regular items, which is still reasonable.I would love Westside to stick more Cottons in kurtas. And beige leggings dont exist here- its either brown or off white.But you will get the longest Kali in Chudidar leggings here. Other brands are no where close.Landmark has an amazing collection but the items keep changing. So if you find something good just pick it. Cause it is never restocked here.

Horrible place. The staff are not at all accomodating. They are so self involved among themselves. They were hardly any customers at all in the store, but I had to go to a particular fitting room. They have rules for the no of pieces in the dressing room, that is good. But when I finish trying them they are not there to give me another piece. Worst yet the pieces which I selected were taken away by one sales lady. The icing one the cake was...the were 8 cash counters only one person there. So had to wait a while to get the billing done. This is definitely my last visit here....

I always visit this place whenever im in Orion mall, at least for window shopping. There are very good clothing options here, for every taste and other home needs. Like in every other apparel shop, youve to wait at the trial room, which may be pain often during peak shopping season

I seriously dont get why store is poor in having collection of clothes. If we like any thing here the size wont be available and more over there would be no staff people to assist you if you are searching for anything. The store head should look after this thing as this really disappointing to shop here.

It has apparels that are reasonably priced but I prefer Zara for the fashion and styling. But I have to give westside its credit. It fits the bill for most middle income families of india. The quality and designs are really good. But for some reason I prefer Zara and think it is better. Zara is more expensive than westside, so they are not an apple to apple comparison.

Kids collection was limited.. but billing was still not good.. i could see nearly 6-8 lady staff at billing counter but no one is really bothered to do billing...had to spend more time at billing counter even though there was no customer...

Very bad billing counter service. Keeping trainees in the billing counter and for their wrong billing I nearly spent 1 HR. Really very bad guest service.

Westside has smart and trendy Ethnic wear collections for women. Well stiched good fitting .

Pretty warm atmosphere in the store, even worse in the trial rooms. Poor management of queue system at cash counter; with customers barging in from exit side of the counter and staff not stopping them, while customers waiting in the queue had to argue it out with them.

Billing Q at the end of shopping leaves with a bit of a damp experience.Manager @ westside was averse to trying single Q to balance the counters and speed up the billing. Elephants cant move :)

The shop is big and well stocked with the latest pieces. This is my favourite store for both Indian and western clothes.

I bought clothes on 14th of September amd they askee me to take annual membership for 199/- and they said we will get message by evening about activation but till date i didnot receive any message and these people will not lift calls

Hehehe im said he had to go to the hospital to see what his life would be like to do it in a few weeks or months or weeks and he will not have a problem or a day to day and then just be ready for the next day and then he can get a good sleep routine in his office to sleep with the doctor or he is a good sleep therapist and a doctor or he can help me with my anxiety disorder or anxiety and I dont think I should have to go back and get out and do something for a few months now because Im not going anywhere but
