Do not go for the overall reviews/ratings, most of them are from friends, family and local guides.....!!I had worst experience with Space Clap, Interior design Project started in Jan 2021, Its been 10months and still it is not finished.Once you pay the amount they stop paying attention. Also the projection vs implementation is pretty different.They do not have good skilled workers, they tend to break a lot of things.

Great work from Sudhir and Team, very happy with results. The design and planning process was long due to the use of customized elements, but the end result is worth it. Happy to recommend space clap.

I did not go with Space clap due to my time constraints but i would like to take some time and appreciate the customer service provided by Zaid. He organized initial requirements calls and visits. In fact, i had a better vision of my house after meeting him and his team. Sadly due to time constraints i did not go with them. I would definitely recommend Space clap as they guided me well and were very transparent and honest about delivery timelines and cost.

We were one of the very first customers of spaceclap and placed our trust in the new company and were not disappointed. The end results were exactly what we had hoped for.Whats Good:1. I found them to be economical compared to other players.2. Completely customised designs as per your taste rather than some big brands who will only have fixed set of designs.3. What I will truly recommend this company for is their GREAT AFTER SALES SERVICE. It has been almost two years and we needed adjustments and minor work done a few times and they were always there. They promise 5 yrs service, hopefully coming years are as smooth as well.What could be better:1. Our architect was not upto the mark but they have a new team now, so it should not be a problem anymore!2. Hi,We got information about space clap from their own executive in August 2020, she called us so many times, so thought to have a look of their work. We liked and thought should go with them. Initially they were so nice to us till the first payment was not made. Then when we did first payment before designing, their game starts. Then, they took to design our interior, 3 months, till November they were designing only interior. And only, kitchen and 3 bedrooms were our requirement.For this much, they took 3 months for designing. Then after 2 nd payment, again they didnt start our work till December.And told, after 45 days, delay charges will be given. 45 days crossed after 2nd payment. They started our work after 45 days period. From December mid, and told by January, 3 weeks they will finish our work. But when 19th Feb was the last day for grih pravesh Pooja, in just 2 days any how they tried to finish the work, by doing lots of mistakes and damages,And deep cleaning, for which they took huge amount,Was done like just in hurry hurry,That too in late evening,And now still our work is incomplete because lots of mistakes they are correcting and still delaying the work. Today is 2nd march. And we are still not sure, when our work will finish. Its almost 7 and half months over.After doind deep cleaning, again they are doing cutting activities which creates lots of wooden dust and again our house is a mesh.This way, space Clap team handled our project by lots of carelessness and poor workmanship.without informing us, for a little hole which they made outside the laminate, they dismantled one bedroom wardrobe, and took it to factory for making new panelling. Now one dedroom wardrobe which was ready any how, it is again in dismantled state.,Sliding wardrobes which is the costliest part, they did big mistake in sliding mechanism and handle fixing. Laminates got damaged. This is the way they are handling our project.Now our kitchen laminate started getting scratches, as they removed all the plastic sheets from laminates during deep cleaning,And still machinery activities going on.Hard time and hard earned moneyStuck with space Clap...Cheers for their great work... 👍👏👏

Hello everyone, Im usually dont write reviews. However, I wanted to share feedback on the interior company I signed up for, space clap I thought it might save time and money for those who are in the process of selecting interiors.Its been six months since Im struggling to get the interior completed. All kinds of issues space clap made me face, change in designer to redo the laminate selection exercise as the previous one didnt do the handover, then started the design heads escalations, here comes the fun part the design head itself resigned after few days.After a long struggle, I somehow completed the design phase. After taking its own sweet time for production, materials reached the site. As a cool customer went to the apartment thinking all the tough times are over, and the installation team will give a better experience. Space Clap has gone a level above and gave me an incredible experience by changing the laminate color. Followed which every now then they engaged me with full of surprises, like incorrect measurement, wrong installation, no carpenter on-site. Which put to back to square one, started escalations, heated conversations. In the meantime, the project/site manager resigned from the job, new guys came with all promising words saying I will get all your issues sorted, but his word stayed only for two days, he started working in same Space Clap way of nonresponse mode. And here Im writing this message to alert the fellow members to make their choice wisely,and dont trust that chutiya Sudhir and Vasanth,their main intension is just to get the money.

If you are looking for an interior designer, my recommendation would be to look else where.1. They can only get basic items executed2. You will get wardrobe full of dummies irrespective of slider or normal wardrobe. They only have experience with basic mechanisms.Even that you will get with 2 inches gap between base and loft.3.There is no transparency in terms of timelines and very poor communication4.They are completely unprofessional and think its okay to not respond to customers queries even when they have pending work (let alone when things go wrong post project completion)5. The execution quality is poor.The laminates would be multi colored , the shelves would be bent, your floor tiles would be damaged (and your builder will be blamed for everything)6.They cant do any customizations. If you have any specific technical requirements, Spaceclap is not for you.7.They will revise the timelines on the day of handover (not a day before)Here is my experience:During design phase, they did multiple iterations as per the requirements. I had few specific customization(a folding desk, a pocket door shelf, platform bed , fabrication ) and they took almost a month to confirm on how they plan on executing it. Mr Sudhir said he is personally going to take care of the project and confirmed on these customizations. Since I was in a hurry, he verbally confirmed the project can be executed within a month.This was in October 2020. Anyways their material didnt arrive till much later and that too partially. They gave a revised date of Dec 15th after a lot of back and forth. Since I had my puja planned for Dec 10th, I requested them to expedite. They agreed but the work didnt move much. Throughout the process there were multiple issues- the laminate wouldnt match, the boxes were not built to size, the jaali not per the design, alignments not accurate etc. They missed the Dec 15th deadline and then gave Dec 20th as the next date. This time,they stopped the work and all communications. A week later, Sudhir mentioned he was having a personal emergency so couldnt respond . The project was then handed over to Mr Zaidee. He came in, took a note of all open items and gave a date of Dec 30th. Again, the project was not completed. They again gave a revised date of Jan 8th. Please note - at this point of time, we have already given up our rented place and have communicated well in advance that we have no option but to move by Jan 14th. They continued with their false promises , had no carpenters on site and just kept ignoring my calls. Eventually since I had to move in on 14th, I had them clean the house so that we could atleast move in. We didnt have a single room which was completed after >2.5 months of them having the keys.Post moving, I wasnt able to fit my hob , the chimney was not fitting the design ( according to Sudhir, its my job to figure out that the design and measurement of kitchen is not meant for all chimney models and most of the auto clean wouldnt fit). However, he did agree to redo some of the cabinet for a nominal charge and got that completed in next 1 week after multiple (read hundreds) of follow up calls. Even the electrical work was done post us moving.The internet and TV cable points were jammed when they did electrical modification. So we didnt have that either for over a week. We still had the modifications pending, a lot of items which were not as per design and master sliding wardrobe pending. These items are still pending along with cleaning of 20% of the house.Space clap keeps ignoring my calls conveniently. Would respond once in a while saying they would get it done but wouldnt send anyone for the work or respond to emails messages or calls aftwrwards. They had a call last Monday (Feb 8th) - went over the same pending items I have communicated both in writing and personally on site but havent done anything about it yet or have taken any calls after that.So my question to Spaceclap is - when are you planning to finish my project which was to be completed on Dec 15th?

One of the worst experience. All the reviews seem to be fake or maybe not from real customers. We had horrible experience from them. Very bad alignments and measurement taken for Kitchen area, now the doors are touching eachother. We spent so much money on utility area for dishwasher, but due to their wrong measurement granite fixation, we are unable to keep the dishwasher. They are not responsible, no professionalism, no commitment only fake promises. Its been a year and we have been following up with Sudhir to complete our pending interior work. After their incomplete works, its been a year and already we are struggling. I am not sure what else we will have to face. Master bedroom, we spent money on copper strip for wardrobe which is not fixed correctly. Mandir area design and measurement not done properly. I will never ever recommend them. Please dont just go by fake reviews.

We designed our home interiors with Spaceclap recently. The reasons were why we went with Spaceclap is their own factory, they showed us the real time projects and wood quality wasnt compromised. Vasanth and team had been so transparent that they even asked us to visit the factory to see the work if we wished to. We are super happy with the designing as we were suggested for a Scandinavian theme for our home, as our preferences were heard basis which this theme was suggested to us. I had pretty good experience with SPACECLAP for the interior work for my apartment. Starting from designing, execution and quality of work, everything has been smooth. My project got delayed due to covid situation, but I dont think its anyones fault. Really appreciate the effort. Highly recommended

This company is unprofessional people. Specially sale man sudhir is a big lyar. He talk too much,at the end it turn up nothing. They can handle only small room project. When a villa project comes up they hardly know what to do but sudhir very well know how to criticise other person. We paid them, they done some work which happened without any measurements now we are shy to ask them to return whole money. Usually sudhir comes up with some idea which are from some online interior. When we ask him to make it same as shown. He wont be able to copy as well. Is it funny...indeed it is. I wish everybody should try this firm only to laugh 😂 not for work.I know its simple to say more things about them and point out hundreds of things. But Im feeling lack to describe what they actually do.I have seen many good reviews on there site. I was happy to start with them. Now I regret.You guys need to learn and face your karma. Our assigned designer Tanisha did decent designs for us with patience by changing design multiple times until we felt happy on design.Special thanks to Puja and Sales team for coordination and being very responsive and helpful.And also special thanks to Vasant, Sudhir and spaceclap team for coming up with great designs and giving the handover in the prescribed time with a great finish. I had few days left to finalise my interior designer. My friend referred Sudhir from space clap. Space clap is such a quick and responsive on my request. Output was beyond my expectation. Thanks for all efforts and getting it done in such a short time.

Our Graha Pravesh was scheduled for Dec 22, and we only finalized Design end of November. We went through a plethora of iterations of design discussions and Sudhir was extremely patient and answered all our queries.He and his team were very committed towards finishing work prior to our housewarming. He also mobilized more people towards the end and visited the site personally multiple times to ensure everything stays on track. There were some days where they had to stay up late too. We will always be thankful to Sudhir and team for the quick turnaround.There were some difficult elements to our kitchen interiors like the corner units in both base and wall units. The cutting, installation and carpentery for that really demanded special-skilled labor but the team pulled it off really well.Moreover, there was also some coordination work during chimney installation and both Sudhir/team and the chimney installer worked harmoniously and in close coordination to ensure the chimney is in line with the chimney covering unit.Thanks a lot again for the the great work done!
