One of my favourite place for formal cloths. I prefer getting cloths stitched so this is my go to place. The fabric variety is large and the quality is your choice. The tailor is very friendly and helpful. Make sure you wear a formal pant and shirt to the tailor for giving measurements. One of the best showroom and here you find more collections. Maintained well. Parking is a bit challenging. Staffs are very professional. Stitching is perfect. Located in the busy street and near to bus stand too. Ambiance is nice . One sad thing is they make late while billing and you got be standing in front of the desk.

Highly appreciate the service. They are for customer service. We wanted to a clothing material which was a little short of. We stepped in to the store at the last moment when they were almost close. We explained what had happened. None of the staff were there except for store manager and the shop owner. They were so happy to serve and the store manager himself stepped and turned on all the lights took out a measurement tape and cut it by himself. None of the guys who actually work in that section were present. He could have said a no saying we are closed. But great I appreciate very much!! Great

The staff here are mostly elderly and old-timers. That said, they are very experienced and good at their craft. They treat customers very well, serious about their work and does good job in taking measurements and ensuring the clothing fits well. The ambience is great, well lit and elegantly designed interiors. There are some rooms for improvements though. They need new-age designers to cater newer trend in fashion. From my observation, they quite tend to stick to conventional styles. Some of the items are a bit overpriced, but reasonable compared to other players in the market. Overall a great experience in shopping at this place for my wedding.

You ask for it and they have it. They are number one outlet for Raymonds in India for a reason. They have great collection of clothing fabrics in terms of shirting and suiting.Was there for a friend to select his wedding suit and get it stitched. Great customer service.We were there at lunch time when their staff were on a break and no one attended us for 20 mins owing to heavy transit of customers. I was disappointed and updated the same to manager that I will come back in sometimes after having lunch (at Nagarjuna).Knowing my bad experience, the manager/owner who seem to be in his late 70s took us to for fabric selection and he escorted us back when we left, to make sure that we go back with a good shopping experience.Well, Raymond has a name that wont need any recommendation. But, customer services do.👍👍

It is a well known branded garments viz. Reymond. This outlet is mainly good for suits for men. They have variety in colors, design and quality. They have in-house tailors. They also have ties, belt, wallets, clothes for shirts, designer buttons etc. It is good shopping and stitching too.

A choice no better than other foreign clothing brand, no better place than this for the finest clothing and quality is the best.The materials are quite good cause they last long. Stitching is also the best for suits, formals. They make sure it works out for people who gain weight and loose weight. So they are that good in their work.Employees are very helpful and guide you step by step for any occasion of clothing.

Avoid this showroom. Lot of better option available. Rude Tailor.Tailor is not even capable of copying a given jacket which was made by raymond hyderabad. He himself says it not possible to be replicated. Neighbourhood tailors accepted it with smile.

I visited the tailoring section. They did a good job with my stitching order. I will definitely visit this place again for my needs. The shop is maintained well. Unfortunately, the air conditioning is not provided to the tailoring section. Hence, it is very uncomfortable there. I hope, the shop sees these comments and provides air conditioning to the tailoring section and trial rooms as well.

Good clothing, great staff but little expensive !

Good ambience. Friendly staff. But need more variety in clothes.In pant lengths all similar colored pant clothes are kept together. To see other colors we have to move to another counter and wait for the salesman to attend to us. I feel you are following a wrong practice. All similar priced pant clothes should be kept in one counter.

Plus points:When I went inside the shop, I felt like I am in true Jayanagar. There was a fresh air of Kannada nativity in the shop. The workers and the management were talking in Kannada.The shop is done well;, the finish, interiors, etc are of good quality.There were lots of variety of clothes available.The trial room was also done well.The shop is quite big.Over all a nice experience.Minus points...Since it is Raymond branded shop, the items are a bit costly. But, that is how it works out.I will definitely go here again.

Friendly staff. Very methodical and humble while interacting with the customer. Pleasantly surprised to find the owner himself making sure each and every customer getting the proper attention.

Their custom tailoring is not that great like how they advertise. May be at this particular store. Had to do alterations at the time of delivery because fitting wasn’t right. Also, there were folds.Never expect a tailoring experience like how they advertise. It feels like you’re at a local tailoring shop where the tailor is not ready to hear your choice of buttons or the style.Also they won’t deliver!!The tailored suit wasn’t looking good (there were folds) so they had to redo it. So, I asked them to deliver at my address and they said it was not possible. I asked them to deliver because they told me it would take time to correct the stitching and advised me to come back the next day.

Great fabric collections. Staff were very responsive and patient enough to show a lot of varieties. I would recommend this place to buy suits and blazer sets.

The very best material, tailored by master tailors leads to a fantastic end product.The only down side is the amount of time they insist on taking. When people around the world can bang out a suit in a couple of hours, whats with the one month wait time?

Though the store is big and you get to see good number of collections , stitching service is not upto the mark. i had to go twice after trail session and still the changes were not done . they are way too busy to even listen to you . forget even you telling them how you want your trouser to be . they just ask ,is it 3 piece suit and then you are done . Plant fashion store in the same lane gave better experience and satisfaction on suites...stitching service big let down at raymond.

Lots of varieties for mens clothing . reasonable and easy to locate

We went to jayanagar 4th block to buy mens white shirt, tie and cuff links. There are a lot of good brand showrooms at jayanagar 4th block and seeing the showrooms we thought they provide personal shopping experience to customers. Hence we went to Raymonds and were deeply regretted by our choice of going there. The showroom is filled with good stuff I mean great collection but the staff is not motivated enough to show the collection and help customer make a decision. My husband wanted to buy cuff links but the floor assistant was only telling the price and not actually helping him buy one. Hence we only bought a tie and a shirt as it was very necessary for us else we would have not bought anything. The ambience and collection is however good.

Good personal and spacious showroom, but less variety in all ranges. The mobile connectivity at basement is least.

I dont have time to write in detail but pathetic service with a bunch of old fellows just trying to get back home soon.

Good shop. Worst Tailor. Totally messed up my suit even after the trial. Could not deliver on the commited date so they sent it to my home, only to discover that they put the wrong buttons. It was really foolish to get my wedding suit stitched here.

First they try to give handwritten bill. Then i insisted printed bill. They gave me a printed bill and dont know whether it is tax compliant

Taking 48 hours to deliver a single pant. Too pathetic. They say that they are overloaded. Can they take the money after delivery? No. They cannot accept but I have to wait for 48 hours for delivery. Even if it is 24 hours, it is not acceptable. As a customer why should be bothered about the lame excuse. In the IT companies, people cannot say like this. Work is work. Highly dissatisfied. Too bad. Its a big shop.. but customer service is really poor. No one will ask what we want,if we call them for help there response is really poor which make us really uncomfortable and they show no interest towards customers

I do not recommend this place. Last week visited this shop for ordering a custom-tailored suit and ended up having pathetic experience. No one bothered to attend, even if I approach them, lukewarm response. I was dejected with this embarrassing experience and stepped out of the shop.I think shop is getting more business then they deserve and this has made staff egotistical and uncaring.

This Raymond shop is renovated recently.... Cloths are costly compare to outside.... But the quality is really good.... I have purchased many coths from this shop.... I have good experience.... Everything is good except cost....

Very good collection of suitings and dressings.Now they have expanded the floor for wedding ethnic wear also but the collections are a bit less.They also have assesories tie belt shoes pocket square.The staff is very friendly and even provide good suggestions.The main attraction is that you can virtually try your selected fabrics in different designs as well.A definite suggestions for wedding and office suittings.

Actually I was not sure initially but its a good purchase for shirts if you want to do purchases for your parents specially shirts.Even shirts are available for the younger generation but its my own opinion that it will suit the tastes of age group of 28+ to 35+ .overall good

They have a great collection, but unfortunately the owner does not know how to behave courteously with his customers and was outright rude and did not offer basic customer service. The tailor too has an arrogant behaviour and tailoring too is not up to the mark as compared to similar other places.

Top class service in this showroom, perfect stitching and on time delivery after stitching. Customer friendly. Costly rates are justified.

Nice staff. high quality clothes. Store should use proper tape measures; they got cuts wrong by around .5 inches. Store manager blamed faulty measurement tape which sounded quite unprofessional: whats a tailor who doesnt know their tape measures?

Very good place if you need variety in unstitched clothes. Hard to park on weekends, but they have parking drivers to take care of the parking. Didnt find any discount even in the festive season if Diwali. Readymade suits are very expensive. Tailors are professionals and stitch very well

Lots of choices.Sometimes there are lots of discounts during times of festivals, national festivities etc.All in all, a great place to buy standard, genuine, furball clothing.

Such a pathetic service. These people are so much arrogant and they wont give you cloths for trail.7 years back I had bad experience with their treatment towards customers. Recently my friend wanted to buy suit material and get it stitched. I thought that these guys might have learnt by competitors. My friend bought suit material and came for trail. Since he forgot wear shirt from home he had asked for trail shirt and even though trail shirt was available at shirts section they were not giving us for suit trail. We had told them that we have liked the shirt if it is fitting perfectly even after store manager was not allowing us to touch the shirt.He had offered some XXL shirt and was telling us that shirt fitting doesnt matter with suit fitting.Suit fitting was kind of ok. We did not feel that it was got stitched from some reputed brand. I never visit this Raymond shop again.

Mr. Suresh in the store thinks he is doing us a favour. We need to stand in front of him until he is free to collect money from us. He never looks at your face. If we want to redeem our points he will murmur and give excuses and ask us to come next time. Very bad attitude. Had many such experience with him. The rest of the staff ate very help full. Suresh is a taboo for others. If he had not been there the shop would be the best place to shop around. Because of him this shop will lose many of its regular customers like us. Had even lodged a complaint to Raymond directly today

Quality of stitching good... But didnt meet deadlines for delivery and wasnt informed about the delay too... Turned up after driving 10kms to find out it wasnt ready yet...

Horrible place. I stitched 2 simple trousers here. Had to go 3 times to get the fitting right. Thats just not Raymonds!!!

I dont recommend to anyone this showroom for the following reason.1. No parking for customer vehicles2. clothes are more expensive than other stores3. Staff doesnt help us. If u ask them to show more collections then their behavior will be rude ( most of the staff are do not know how to behave with customers since we go there to spend huge amount)4. I dont want to talk abt tailor. It was bad experience for me. They dont stitch ur clothes as per our wish they have their method.
