Terrible execution and plans which one can make out from even a superficial look. They give very poor quality material and cut various corners. Even my brother in law who is a qualified architect from one of the IITs conforms that there are too many errors in planning and execution. They lack skill set, I have doubts about how qualified their planners (architects or designers) are in the first place. Even electricians who visited my site for light fittings had to say that they have never seen something this bad and the fact that they see not enough provision for panel lights has been made. Finally to make it worse, they have an organized way of harassing customers once they get the money and if the customer is not in their social circle. I see a lot of similarity with many of the other reviews which they have flagged and it cannot be a coincidence. The picture that is attached will show how imperfect their execution is and finally I had to get it redone by some other carpenter who I think is way better. I dont have any agenda behind this but I am just upset that I lost some significant money because of them.I can only say that I got caught in a trap. Their only way of attracting clients is (in my case, it was via one of my colleague) : «we will treat you like a family and so on», they take all the money from you without even beginning their execution and then they have various reasons to keep deferring their work. I have been literally harassed. They have not even given me all the bills. They have literally no virtues. They are barely reachable (via emails or phone) once they receive all the money. For instance, they were supposed to do some CNC partition for which their price was 8500. Then they said that they would refund me the money. In the meantime, the same CNC with perhaps better quality material I got it done for 3500 which turned out to be less than half their quotation. Finally they found ways of showing where all they had expenditures and said that they can barely return 500 rupees. I was told that a few issues that were there in my project (like wardrobe scratches and a broken mirror) would be fixed by the end of July. Then they said they would definitely get it done by 10th august and nothing got done. They are not reachable now and I dont care anymore. I wont be surprised if few years from now, they would be into something else :). I dont see they have any credibility to survive in this profession for long but who knows, it is simply incredible how they fool people. I am just disgusted on how they try to cover up their incompetence with «eloquent» words and they think that it suffices in all situations. But again they are very rude, when you pay all the money. They are not truthful in their profession at all.

Third class, horrible experience. Greedy owner, inexperienced staff, Low Quality, cheap hardware, loose screws, unwanted punctured holes, expensive.Approach them at your own risk

We had a wonderful experience with Flapto , our interiors was done at purva Venezia in 2011, until now every year we have had Flapto service teams visiting us at least twice year to service the product. For the last 10 years, we havent had any trouble with their product or service. In fact after we moved out to US, they even manage our property with care. These guys are having no professionalism of work , pathetic post sales service will not recommend them at all. I wish there was zero start rating . We have got the our kitchen interior done and within a year it start to break off now when you ask them for a carpenter they will keep you giving a different date and carpenter never show up for their faulty work . Save your money and time and get the work done from other vendor.For every Customer you will write not out customer have you deleted all the records post sales .BOS-19-20/000216. This is customer id now go and check record . You dont respond to customer post sales and when you get review about your pathetic services you call them Not our Customers wish it was true.

Update : 30-June-2021-------------------------------------Work did not resume as promised by George on 30-June .Vishal Babu is not responding to mobile call for long time now more than month.Numerous calls to George / Babu is not being responded to .Update : 28-June-2021 :--------------------------------George has responded to me with promise to restart the work by 30-June . I will keep it posted here on the progress.I would like to believe in good spirit and see what happens next.The below comments from Flapto team has no logic. They have acknowledged pending work and no work is expected during lockdown from either side . Its 2 weeks over since lockdown and work is pending to be started . As mentioned - i would like give a chance to Flapto in good spirit . As per company norms they took total project value before starting the project and they start they project with all energy than they complete 90 % of the project. One of the worst manager working thereI dont blame the company but the manager name Vishal, really donnt know might be the owner who give fake promises and does just 20percent of the work.They charge the money first and make fake promises verbally finally when it comes to work they just do 20 percent work and tell no we never told this and that...Soo for me i really had a very bad experience..My neighbour chose the local carpenter for the interior and they were just charged 2 lakhs...for the entire house interiorAnd mine the work is still i complete...and they charged 6.5 lakhs....Oh yes and they also told me after the work is completed they will put 10 years guarentee tag..Lol...i was fooled by these fake company....Please Never ever in your life choose them....Such a fake and worst company....As the company people say that they have not done any services for me I am attaching the proof.Wow soo happy the hear that they told me 10 years garentee.....verbally its just been a year they dont even remember what they had done...

Please stay away from this company or ony buy material from them as they dont know how to complete and execute as per design. These guys will fool you with artistic impressions which is posted on their facebook page, no actual photos. The work they did for us had scratches, bends, undulation on laminate, chips and long list of unfinished work pending for more than than 3 months. No supervision and no contact to follow up once you pay 90% of money. We cannot plan shifting to to our flat for more than 3 months now.

We recently got interiors of our house done using services of Flapto and based on our experience I highly recommend them for following reasons.1. Their rate is very competitive, we compared quotes from various vendors and their per square rate was one of the lowest.2. The handling staff is professional, they answered our queries well and showed up multiple times for meeting for finalyzing the deal.3. On time delivery. All the work was done on time, we had a tight schedule and they come good on what they promised.Overall we had a good experience and hope we get same after sale service as well should we need it.

My experience with flapto till Conceptualisation of 2D,3D and 100% Payment was amazing and after it’s a nightmare at execution they changed design dimension and shared a different 2D with Carpentor and no response from the team as we approach the final handover of the project.Very unprofessional team tall commitment with no sense of delivery deadline.Even the internal design of wardrobe appears changed as per final design sign off.Today is the final handover of the project but till now they have only installed the internal frame of wardrobe which is different from the design sign off and disappeared with no response from the last 3 days.Tried to reach Shashank/ Apurva/ Nagesh even their customer care but no success on update.This act and approach appears to be a cheat team until it corrected and responded.Awaiting some response now at least from the company.

It was a very pleasant experience to work with Flapto as my Shoba City Appartment. They were very professional, Flexible and customer friendly .They have a wide range of options starting from Budget to high end luxury interior options at various price points . From my experience of working with them i would definitely say that Flapto provided a great value for money and you will like every-bit of their work for sure. I was indeed very happy right from the start till the end and was never let down by them at any stage of the buying to installation . To top it up they also kept their 45 day promise and completed the installation well before the timeline....

Hi Guys,I ask you please dont even think to go for your interiors with Falpto.you will get yourself screwed.1) They have a policy to pay 100% then only they will start to execute the work at site till then only drawings will happen till you spend 3/4th of your money.2) In their Quotation they dont mention in detail the material they are using.(rather will promise you with international product from Europe and other countries)Overall its been a bad experience for me with Flapto with the quality service and satisfaction on the workmanship at my site.After chasing multiple people at flapto (Shashak and Nagesh, Vishal), i have not seen any progress on the snags caused by carpenter because of their unprofessional work and i see more damage and horrible adjustment being made at my site.I have been cheated by all the low quality adjustment made and even causing a delay.There seems to be no end to this fix and the dates of closure given by flapto.To back up my statement above, here are the pictures of the Sliding unit (European sliding unit) in which i have spent a lot and i see flaws in it already:-1) Cuts on the track line2) Holes been punctured in the unit3) Mirror polish is tampered4) Unable to use both the draw after the sliding unit is installedI am always put in a position to supervise flapto work and keep telling their snags.It has started with Nagesh and his team with the wardrobe unit and the study cabinet for the wrong punctured holes and then covering it up with White cement,Study unit draws (draws with different sizes) and many other flaws and have fooled me and gambled with my money by providing with such an adjustment!I am always put in a position to chase after flapto rather than you give me an update on the same.

We got our home interiors done through Flapto for our home at Shoba city. During execution, we request for some design changes.. ..the execution and design team along with their vendor were very accommodative. They not only designed my home beautifully also their technical expertise was commendable. Though the project delayed by 12 days compared to original delivery date. We were overall delighted by the outcome of our dream home well within our budget.

Very very bad experence with guys , team of varuna and shashank .They have lost my houses key and i call them they dont picking my phone .They said that the project will complete in one month now it 6 month they have not even completed.I have givne my second pair of keys and when i m caling they not respond me.Very unprofessional people ,i would not recommend anyone to go with this flatpo company.i would not rate even one star for these ppl.Its a nightmare for me with these people

They are the worst interior designers to sign up, unprofessional team, no skills, cheap carpenters, no proper designers, bad finishing, never stand on timelines. They take money and mess up everything, not even bother to pick your phone and they switch off phones. They keep on giving reasons to post pone . Worst experience .I never ever recommend Flapto to anyone.
