I had placed an order for a dining table set + center table paying 25k as advance a month ago (4th Sep’21) and I was told it will be delivered in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks when I call to check on delivery the response is that they haven’t started the work yet and will take another 2 weeks and during these 2 weeks I would have called at least 10 times to check on the status and to my surprise there is no update on the status from them. Today 12th Oct’21 the dining table is still not delivered. What pathetic people they are!!!If the delivery doesn’t happen by tomorrow 13th Oct’21 I need a refund else this matter will be dealt legally

Acquainted with Deco Design for over 3 decades - a six chair wooden dining table set & wooden dressing mirror we purchased from them in 1990 is still with being used - admired by many who visit us - excellent quality, elegance & durability. Our recent purchase included a fabric sofa set - a real value for moneyOver the years we have purchased many household furniture most of them made to order products. Deco Design sources good quality wood which are well seasoned and hence we have not come across any problems. Even the melamine finish is of excellent quality and looks. A recent order was given which is a king size cot and the finishing is awesome. Its is really worth buying any furniture from this shop. I fully recommend.We have been using their products for more than 20 years. 100% best quality and no compromise in that. However, the price is slightly on the higher side and its expected. So those who are quality conscious just go for it. Similarly you may not get too many designs like other shops. What you buy its worth for money.

Greed for money, the product and quality is not worth the price, the products started breaking after the work was completed. The quality of work is pathetic and after sale services wont be given as said before. When the products were damaged very soon, very harsh responses were given by them when we called for repair.Horrible wood work I have ever seen. Just dont waste your money. They have rated themselves 5 star and are misleading the people. Dont fall into the trap.

Product not delivered on time. They took a lot of time to get our product done. Only a week after , there are damages in the product. They even took a lot of time to repair the product. WORSTT!!
