Fast and neat service. One issue is few staff here dont know Kannada and are not able to communicate in Kannada inspite of this venue being present in the center of the city, due to which it has some communication issues. You will have to talk to more than one person due to this which eats up customers time.Also, the road leading to this venue really needs a quick repair.

This was my 4th service from this Service Center and as always didnt had any problem during the process, as you can see from the photos my scooty looks as good as new, the service partner Hidayath as always was patient enough to listen to all my problems doesnt matter how silly they were and got them solved through the service process, there were no hidden charges or extra cost. This service center is my one stop solution for all my scooty problems without thinking of parts safety and hidden charges. Yes Yamaha!

Better service center among the ones I visited. Services is OK but can be greatly improved. Lately they have been saying credit cards are not accepted due to machine faulty and insist you pay either cash or UPI. This has happened to me twice. Service charges are high, after your free service,youd be billed approx 3k always. They deliver the vehicle mostly on the same day.

Amazing service. Very professional and helpful. Mr Hidayat was very quick in responding to the service request. Personally picked up the bike from doorstep, kept me well informed of all the issues of the bike along with the estimated price of service and spare parts, and walked me through each item mentioned on the bill with utmost patience. Overall, Timely response and great service. Made a 10 year old bike run as good as new. Definitely recommend the service centre and big thanks to Mr Hidayat.

Went to get the first servicing of my R15 done. The staff was very friendly and the work was done pretty quick. After the servicing was done, the team explained the work they have done and also suggested some precautions to be taken in future. The servicing was very good and I feel it was worth going in there.

Try Hoopy app instead (Service at home) . Costed me 892/- through app for the service including Engine oil change.Note: It costed me 6000/- for the same service done at this service centre.

Firstly the charges quoted were high. Service advisors will provide estimate to change and replace even the part that is working fine.Their invoice will include price that is above MRP on parts, GST of 18% will be added on top. When questioned, they will squarely blame Yamaha and say that they cannot change the system price. Such practices will only affect the customer trust and relationship.Rishabh, who happens to the manager of the service center will need a course on customer relationship management.Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

The mechanics here dont even the basics to fit the screws oil leaked from my new MT15 had to top it outside, it was the bikes first service, their behaviour is also so rude and wont listen to the customers.

Should be avoid this service center.They add additional charges with naming additional checks which can be covered in general checkups.Finally they come up with more amount of bill.I have been giving my bike to paid services but no body billed this much extra.I would have gone with others but due to covid, I just avoid travel.Atleast I ll never give my bike to this service center at any cost.They are looting money from customer.

I own Yamaha R15 V3 from last two years and most of the time my bike service was done at perfect riders. I found them to be very cool and friendly. Goodness of staff and Rishabh sir is that they sought out our queries when we rise and they help us if really any mistake from their end. happy to continue my visit perfect riders.

Idhayat was just perfect in guiding and supporting pin to pin. From hour he has taken the charge of bike, hourly basis he informed me about the repair work....N result was bravo n exceptionally well...my bike is new as usual.Thanks to perfect riders team.

I have been to the store few days back for my first service. They promised me they would give me the vehicle in 1 hour jus on the first day after 47 days of national wide lockdown.Amid lockdown they delivered the vehicle as promised. Within just 1 hour. Good service.But little pricy.

Adding some or the other repair work in our bike and charging more. My bike is just less than 2 years old as per the guidelines given I haven given for services but they have charged 6500/- & say some of the parts are gone and they wont even respond to is properly. Infact I bought my bike in Perfect Riders itself. I went to them for bike servicing 1st time as few of the reviews in online about them are not up to the mark hence I went to other Yamaha authorised service centers

If you are giving your vehicle for servicing here, plz check all the fittings twice before taking your bike delivery and ride it back home. The mechanics and technicians here forget to tighten the bolts leaving us at risk of accidents!! Very unexpected behavior! That too, TWICE!Once the guys left my the engine cover losse and by the time i reached home it was about to fall down anytime.The second time they left the bolts of my handle loose and I thought there might be some adjustment made to my handle since i was feeling some difference. But when after few days I saw the bolts coming out from both side! IMAGINE the risk of i would have gone for a long ride with this type of fittings! 🙏🙏🙏😑Plz take of this! Im okay if you give deliver the bike a little late! But atleast take of such basic stuff when u unscrew any bolts!

Not recommended. No real solution to issues. The manager is more a sales person then technical.

Very poor service centre, no spare parts available and service cost very high, better to buy spares from outside and do in outside workshop, i spend only ₹2000 for repair with high quality genuine spare parts, instead they told ₹12000 in company service centre. I am unable to give negative rating so giving 1 star.

Im writing this review after my second visit here. Both the times I got my bike serviced within 2.5 hours. Staffs are good in behavior. Waiting room is also fine. First servicing included engine oil, chain lubricant, battery charge, consumable charge, teflon polish. And they charged ₹650 including tax. But in the second service, I didnt change engine oil as bike wasnt ridden much due to pandemic. So second service included battery charge, consumable charge, chain lubrication and polish. But this time final bill is ₹672. I asked about the charges so they said charges has increased for lubrication and consumables. I suggest to check the charges in beginning itself and compare with other service centers as well.

Good service from perfect riders

Horrible experience, someone also review before Highway Robbers, seriously this is my worst experience in any yamaha service center in last 8+ years. I take my R15 v3 for service on Saturday, this is my 3rd Yamaha. Earlier wherever I service my vehicle, the technicians show me the spare parts what are replacing and explain why should we change, and I can see what they do with my vehicle. But here the scene is completely different, I dont know what they did to my vehicle or what the things they change, they put genuine things or any local or duplicate products and on a serious note I dont like this at all. I dont know they do Engine diagnosis or not. And at the last bill. At the time they do job card they told to top-up the coolant, but in the bill they put coolant replaceed, I dont know what they think about us. This is not the first time Im using a liquid cooled engine, dont think people are fool. And they add ₹100 for polish, which is actually completely free. If you know after every time we wash our vehicle we should dry it and polish it and this is my first free service. One more thing they added Consumable charge ₹177. Actually they never make you feel that it is your first or free service. Its seems like they do service of a splendor plus. My suggestion is never take your vehicle for service here, if your vehicle dont have any problem, well have it in future.

When i am in bangalore i usually give my bike here. They are well equipped and costumer friendly. Overall its a very positive experience

I am using FZ S V2.0 for last 1.6 years every time I will give my bike servicing in Perfect Riders. They are professional at work if any issues even after the service they will follow up and sort out the problem.

Highway robbers. While giving bike they will give some low estimate, while delivering the bike after service their bill will be 4-5 times higher than their estimate. Even if ur is not having any issue, they will replace the parts whichever is costlier. They charge for same thing for 2-3 times in a single bill under different names.

The service is okay staff is good. But onenthing that irritated me to core was they are not accepting cards from last 3 to 4 months. Please look into this.

Last time I gave my bike for servicing at date 11-03-2020. Service was good, Riding bike was really smooth. Again I am planning to give bike for servicing to Perfect Riders.

I paid 6.3k and what i got is just a polished bike .. i asked for a bill and the person on the counter said that he had an issue with the printer and would email me but have not received it till now . My bike was just left outside and no one to let me know its done , I had to ask them if i could take the bike and just a nod from inside .. I had high hopes but just a disappointment. I think a 1500 worth servicing in any garage would be better than the one i have received from so called ‘Perfect Rider ‘ .A basic adjustments like the accelerator timing was not done correctly and had to adjust it my self .. Just in two days after the servicing i felt as if the bike was not serviced for 3 months. .. Everyone might have had their own experience whether gud or bad but this was mine .
