Very difficult to get work done. Only assurance no progress on work. I have gone there for claim after maturity. But nothing is done even after 1 month. I have submitted original policy bond, discharge form, cancelled cheque and other formalities requested by them.

Waiting period is 30mins...overall experience is good

Just be sure to carry debit card or cash if you have to make any payments, credit card not allowed. Also keep a copy of your aadhar and pan card handy, it may be helpful

Worst service I have ever received from any company..staffs are highly unprofessional and rude and unprofessional...sales staff started threateneing me as a cheater for not taking policy from them which I had earlier planned...seems like the branch is run by a group of highly unethical people...not recommended at all...👎👎👎
