Could have been better but no issue....we can not expect work done in single visit even its private limited company so have to visit one more time to the branch.

People seem to be good but take long time to resolve issues.

I have recently visited this place to close my policy. There is some confusion with the operating hours and I end up waiting on the road for about 30 mins. I called up customer car to know the process and they didnt give enough information. I had to rush to nearby bank and Internet cafe to arrange the required document.

Sunaina - from their Claims division in Mumbai - went above and beyond what is professional these days to help out because I was traveling. True to her word, the claim amount was transferred even before I could return to Bangalore

I went for ECS cancellation for my term insurance policy. Limited parking available for buke and cars. Lift available. My work completed in 10 mins by filling a form and submitting my ID copy

I have surrendered my existing policy on 14th of November but still they they have not settle the payment after 21 days even they need to close within 15 days , I am keep calling their IVR , customer support for last one week but no response , I have bad experience so far dealing with icici pru life policy.

Odd office timings! Office closes at 11.30 on Saturday!! There was no dedicated parking and very difficult to get parking itself and these guys close the office by the time you reach their office!They should learn from other insurance companies, clearly not customer centric!!

No parking. Less space. 1 or 2 persons only can access customer service at a time. Responce is not satisfactory.

ICICI prudential life insurance company LTD is having useless automated customer care service. You will not get proper information through this. ICICI prudential making policies without nominee details, even though all the information are available. Wrote many mails & reminders but there is no proper response. I think this is the first company which makes life insurance policy without nominee...

People at this branch are good. Specially Mr. Vishal and one more guy. But ICICI Prudential itself is not good. I have bad experience with this Insurance company and overall service.

They need to improve there service. I have already taken a policy online. As its new policy they were trying to convince me to cancel the online policy & take new policy from branch, which is not at all professional behaviour. To make a simple change they took almost an hour. They have simply wasted time in explaining the new plan which is not at all required. They could have focused on my request and finish it in time. This could have saved time of mine and others

Vary bad response towards the customers, i reached office at 9.45 am and no one is there in the branch though the opening timing of the branch is 9.30am. Moreover, the maintenance of the branch is very poor, weekends no place to even stand and during week days no one is there to receive the customer.

Congested office.. responsive staff but withdrawals will not happen easily.

Not customer friendly. They dont listen to the concern we had to discuss about the customer service providing incorrect information. Not open to feedback.

I have taken one policy after discussing with the team here investing 1.3 lakhs and later doing medical test says I need to pay 1.9 lakhs. When I am trying to call the team they are not picking up the call. it looks like while taking the money they will call 1000 times and while returning the money no response from ICICI very disappointed staff. Still no respond from them.

Staffs are not having sufficient skill to response to customer query and instructing customer to write a mail to customer care.

Just two counters to serve. One has to wait for a long time. Further, there are no branches towards whitefield side. Its a pain to travel all the way to Indira nagar!When ICICI has to sell new policies, they do it at ICICI bank branches which are numerous and omni-present. But for any service, one has to travel to Indira nagar.This is the only reason I gave 3 starts. Otherwise the staff is helpful and things get done once your number comes.

I had a really bad experience. ICICI guys cancel my active policy without my consent they didnt even inform me. One day I visit the branch to make some changes in my policy and there the representative tells me that my policy was cancelled. They are so irresponsible.

I liked this CMH road ,Indra nagar branch very supportive and helpful your concern are addressed by well professional people very polite and humble....branch manager is very good and very patience to listen to your concern and take appropriate action asap

My biggest mistake,that I bought a term insurance from Icici pru, these people provide false information and sale their policies.So many hidden rules and they wont give you any information about that.They debited premium amount from my account without informing me, when I asked for the same then they told that auto debit was activated For your account. But these people dont inform me anything about auto debit,when I bought this policy.I was informed that since it is a term insurance if you want to continue for next year , I have request for this to customer care and this policy will be continued for next year.if you want to close it dont pay next premium it will be automatically closed.But now they already debited money from my account without informing me, and when I requested to close it and refund my money then they to do it.And if I want to close it I have to go to branch personally, then they accept my request for next cycle year. Not for current cycle year.And there is no online way to close a policy.Very bad and poor serviceJust to sell their policies they are giving wrong information to the customersBe careful if you are doing any business with Icici prudentialDont trust on their employees, Go through all the documentsAnd dont expect customer friendly service.

Waiting time and questions not answered

Its a small, cramped room above Indian Overseas Bank(IOB), Indiranagar 1st stage somewhat diagonally opposite ICICI Bank and near KFC. You can spot the building easily as one part is shared by Levis Jeans. ICICI Pru is on the 2nd floor above IOB. There are 2 counters inside and a small place at the entrance for the receptionist. I had gone for change of address to my policy and was attended to at Counter 1. Service was fast enough, but one cant form an impression from that I think, because I was the only customer on the premises at that time. NOTE: For those who are not aware, this is the new location of ICICI Pru, Indiranagar after shifting (earlier it was located at 39, CMH Road which is toward the Ulsoor end of CMH Rd).Review date: 31-May-2018

This review is in general for ICICI Prudential Life . I had very bad experience with ICICI Prudential Life. It is still not resolved. By mistakenly when I was on visit form US one employee in ICICI Bank asked by invest. Since he was keep bothering me I said OK and he asked me take some policy which is some pension policy. I just signed some documents and paid first premium and went to US. They sent some big brochure later with all terms and condition which I never read. But I knew that I took the policy on Sept 30 2006 and period was for 10 years.On Oct 1st 2016 I went ICICI Bank in CMH road who asked me to go ICICI Prulife office opposite. I went there and unfortunately they closed early since it was Saturday. Then I called call center and to my surprise and disappointment they told me that I would not get the bind value since that was expired day before ( On Sept 30) . Oh my God from that for last six months I am trying my best to get all the money of policy . They are making my life miserable . They told me that If I invest back then only they give me money else I had to take pension only.This horrible experience for me. I had commitments for that money hoping I would get on 1st Oct 2016. I am going though pain but these people are killing me.I dont want give even single star for this company. But this post does not accept without a star selectioin hence I am giving single *.Horrible experience for me .

Not customer friendly, very rude behaviour.I cancelled all my policies with ICICI prudential because of their rude behaviour.I faced this bad behaviour in ICICI Prudential Jayanagar branch.I recommend not to visit this branch.
