Very bad service.I have filled the petrol and made the payment via UPI.They dont keep the QR code in a customer friendly space.I found it in a corner near to their office,which I had to get down from my bike and had to walk.I have scanned it and made the payment.I have shown the successful payment status to the staff who filled my bike tank.1.Then he requested me to show it to someone who has been sitting near to their office.Again I went their and shown to that person as well.2He told me to tear the receipt from an automated UPI machine which I was not supposed to do.3Then he told me to show that receipt to the same person who filled the tank.They have wasted my time and energy.They are not maintaining the proper customer service.I have asked about this bad customer service which they kept themselves silent.What they do is only filling the tank.

These guys are big time cheaters, be careful most of the times they sell premium petrol which will not make any difference other than burning your pocket, some time UPI they will not have, swiping machine wont work, they always argue for rendering change

One of the employee tried to scam by distracting me from looking at the meter and stopping before reaching the amount i was paying for.

On 09/01/2021, they charged twice from my credit card by saying that the first payment was unsuccessful. Such a petrol station with cheating mentality.

Be careful while filling

Careful with the employees. Always remember to check the metre and the case returned. Avoid talking unnecessarily, thats just another way for them to change your attention.

FRAUDULENT PLACENever ever check your tyres air pressure here.They themselves will flatten your tyre and ask you to go to their puncture shop which is in the petrol station itself.I have witnessed them doing this multiple times.Fraudulent workers and their cheap tricks made me pay ₹400.

Causion!....They are cheating people..... One guy come to fill petrol, while another will come to sell some cards and distracts you... He will not say anything very clearly but he will always say words discount and offer with using his card..... if you asked to fill for 800, they will first fill for some 300 and he will tell you to refill again for 500..... but you need to be careful, check if he reset the counter or not. Or any other tricks they are playing..... I suggest you should not give them chance to refill again, instead you should give payment for the first filling and leave the place....I see many other people also faced similar issue there by seeing other reviews here... Please be careful....

Big Cheater ....always trying to disturb you while seeing meter to zero, be careful , my suggestion avoid this station as much as possible. One guy will start filling oil other will come and try to talk to you so that he can cheat you. Be careful while filling there and even doing all these they are ready to fight anytime.

One of the Indian oil petrol pump which accepts Citibank Indian oil credit card. The other one is just before IIM in the same Bannerghatta road. This one is very spacious pump station with multiple filling units. The staff have mostly been good and theres a provision for air check and oil pollution check as well.

The puncture shop over (Puncture Man) here is a cheat. I went over here as my bike got punctured and this was the closest shop in the vicinity. The guy acted as if he is trying to fill air in the tyre and said that the tyre nozzle is spoiled and need to be replaced, otherwise the air will not go in. Left with no choice but to believe him, he brought 2 nozzles (350 rupees - claiming original and 280- claiming local). I went with the original one. He cut the valve and put the new one. After that he checked the tyre and found the puncture which was the original cause. Just as I was about to leave, one lady came with a punctured tyre. This guy apparently did the same tyre filling acting and told her the nozzle is spoiled and you will need to replace. I questioned him about the same saying how come everyone have this unique and rare issue of nozzle being spoiled, he spoke to me rudely and disappeared. Please be careful before getting your tire punctures repaired here.

Beware of this petrol pump staff.Yesterday(9th July 2019) I filled petrol from the pump for 200/- and try to pay through Paytm but the pump doesnt have the facility so I gave 2000/-.The staff took the money and counted three 100 rupee note and three 500 rupee note in front of me and gave me the change and went to an other person. When I counted the amount there was only two 500 hundred only then I called the staff he immediately gave the money that means he intentionally did it and he refused to answer my questions.So please beware of those kind of staffs......

Worst fuel station ever. The staff try to distract you and about 3-4 people approach you asking you different questions so that while you look away, the other person could cheat you by adjusting the meter. This fuel station is on my way every day but I still prefer to refuel elsewhere and also urge people to refuel elsewhere so that no one gets cheated of their hard earned money. Some serious action should be taken on these cheaters.

A normal bunk, where bunk employees use mobiles while filling fuel. Re-writing this review after 2 years, There is a puncture shop guy inside the bunk, they are a big Mafia. Remember the ORR puncture mafia, I assume they have migrated to this bunk.

Now, due to on going metro project on bannerghatta road ,a bit uncomfortable for filling fuel,after completion metro ,a good fuel station.

Biggest cheaters i have ever seen. they try to divert your attention from meter and make money out of it.what happened with me:- i asked him to fill up full. he did only for fifty and stopped,when i asked him to do it full,one regular cash collector came and started showing me some cards of indian oil and at that same time the other guys was ready with the full tank.he asked me for 290 (50+240). but my vehicle gets full in 250 max. then i got to know there trick to loot customers.so be aware.share it as much as possible....

He will describe offers and all just ignore him totally and monitor petrol reading, dont even give money first otherwise they will distract u by tell that something is wrong with na notes u gave, they are quite experienced.

This is one of the few petrol bunk in bannergatta road near dairy circle. Very crowded. but it is next to signal . So you get your car / bike tank full. But it is crowded during week days.

I dont even want to give 1star to this cheaters... I said them to fill my tank full... At first said he will for 50... Then when my Eyes were in Meter... A guy came and distracted me by showing some cards...then when my eyes came back to meter it was fast af to 200... They looted 50rs petrol from me...! Beware from this petrol mafia... And get ua fuel tank filled in some other pump... Theres one more petrol station at the right side of the road from this about 200mts... But dont ever fill here.

Big time cheaters!!!! Never chose this petrol bank. They group together to take away ur attention out of meter and act like they didnt listen to the amount u asked for. If u ask for 1000, they would put 200 and then try filling another 800 without resetting. I even doubt that 200 was properly filled. Big time cheaters!!

The attenders at the pump are genuinely helpful. My scooter had some issues in starting up and they offered to help and fixed it without any charges.

Caution!! Watch out all the 2 wheelers wearing helmet!!! The guys who fill the petrol are cheats.When you take your eyes off to pay, they stop filling at say 50 rs., even though you wanted to fill fuel for 200 rs.
