Service was good clothes were cleaned well no issues at all with quick WhatsApp response.But at the time of delivery, they charged 35/- extra for fabric carry bag that was not discussed while placing the order by mistake they missed, but quality of the bag was ok ok (not great enough) and I am using for buying vegetable from market :)

Thanks for the very good washing quality. I had availed premium wash @99/- per kg (includes steam iron)- Cleaning was very good no doubt with free pickup in Bommanahalli.The towel fragrance is very good. When I hanged this towel in my wash room and entered after an hour I could feel fragrance in my entire washroom itself :) which was coming from the towel.

They promise to delivery by the next day however they never do this. Instead, I have to follow up 6-7 times to just know whether it is done or not, forget about delivery. There always only one excuse that they were busy in some other work. This has happened to me 4-5 times. Very very poor service, irresponsible and unpuntcual.

Pathetic service. Very very irresponsible. They dont care about customers time all they care about is there own work. You have to chase these people at least minimum of 5-6 times for pickup and delivery. You keep calling them and theyll keep saying coming in half an hour. Say that you have scheduled a pick up today at 2-4 in afternoon they will come for pickup the next day between 2-4 and same with delivery time. And the charge more than other laundry. Its better to give clothes to other laundry then here as you dont have to chase the other laundry service as you do here.

Disappointed with the service.You give clothes to laundry to get them washed and the clothes returned were horribly bad. The clothes still had way too much stains left in it even a bit of dirt on jeans. I doubt even if the clothes were washed.Definitely not worth your money. I would definitely not suggest to anybody.

Any concerns, even if youre there at the store, speak to them only by phone. Particularly the helper guy makes all the decisions and he was very busy on tiktok and you ll have to be efficient enough to intrude and ask your concerns by intruding him hard enough. Look for any other laundry as there are many and please let them have their time on tiktok.

Laundry service was really good. Clothes were well washed with no damage to quality and nice fragrance. Also they were properly folded and segregated and delivered at the right time. Reasonable price and can strongly recommend.

This is all wrong and fake rating !I have never experienced good and professional service from MastBus Laundry.They have lost my 4 clothes.One shawl, palazzo and tea shirt and chudidar.I have reported this issue to consumer court.And now not at all answering my call.Really unprofessional.Their is no mechanism for the service.

Pathetic experience!!! The delivery was scheduled for Friday 4-5 PM but was not done! I clearly told them them that I have to catch a flight in the morning so please ensure delivery on Saturday between 4-5 PM and they said OK! I sent them 13 watsapp messages but NO RESPONSE! I called them 10 times to do the delivery as I have to pack my stuff and sleep but still not done!I finally ended up scheduling the pickup myself using Dunzo at 11:30 PM but again they send wrong order!!! They pickedup the wrong order in 5 mins from my home but after that took 75 mins to deliver the correct order!!!! I finally received the order at 12:43 AM in morning!!They are NOT CAPABLE of delivering orders on time even after multiple calls and messages(which they do not bother to respond)!!

They lost some of my stuff and didnt apologize for it even. Good service at an affordable price though.

I got to know abt this laundry service through Google. Rates were reasonable. So I went ahead and took up premium wash for 3 blankets.... It costed me Rs. 950But the process was not at all smooth.The bookin had to be done on WhatsApp. The contact person said there is no one to pick up. Then he sent someone the next day after reminding. The pick up boy did not have any kind of identity that he was from so n so place. And most importantly there is no contact number and person. So we need to make a WhatsApp call in case of queries.And to deliver back the clothes they took nearly 6 days even though they said 48hrs.Its a good service but needs lot of improvement in terms of Co ordination and satisfying the customer.

1. They lost my 14 clothes. Out 38.2. My roomates 7 clothes.3. Once when I was out of town , they had deliver my clothes, which they did rightfully but another customers one entire shack of clothes was delivered to my house, and it was there in my house for about 10 days .And there was no call from there side even once.
