This has to be the best PG to stay in Bangalore if your are planning to move in here. I have been staying in this PG since last two years and my stay have been good so far. PG provides you great services like Wifi, three times the meal and cleaning on a regular basis and so on. Even now when the times are tough due to Corona, they are doing every possible thing to make the stay better for their clients and taking good care of them something which you may not find in any other PG in Bangalore right now. Highly recommended.

Worst PG. I stayed in this PG for a month in March 2021. They are yet to refund the deposit amount. Have sent multiple reminder emails and contacted all possible phone numbers - no response. Pathetic. Thinking of filing a complaint if I dont receive the deposit amount even after I write this review.

Stayed here for almost 6 months!! Many drawbacks found after some days!!1. No hot water at all.. If you ask them they wont respond on this.2. They dont recharge dish so no tv.3. Water problem!! We have to inform them to switch on motor.4. At last while you are vacating they will open some rule book and deduct your advance money!! Totally unfair.. They will not inform anything while you are entering the pg! Beware5. Sunday food will be good except that all time food is average taste.6. Washing machines wont work properly sometimes. They will ask to right a complaint on each and everything but no use!

Main plus point with the PG is the location — best location with good service and food. The food is good and it keeps on changing every month with the recommendations from the hostel mates and the owner is super cool. He assists you in everything u need. Friendly staff and well suggested place to stay especially for working people as most of the IT companies are nearby.

From the day one, they will tell you lies that here are no bedbugs but believe me, this PG is home of bedbugs. Unprofessional, they dont have manners to talk with there customers. The photo looks good but the reality is different, too small rooms and huge monthly rent.

It was really a good experience staying with suyash pg...the food quality is good and cleaning is done on everyday bases the staff behaviour is very good and almost all the facilities we need they provide so I am very happy with suyash team ♥️

Food is only awesome but No hot water all the time as mentioned those who are going office early morning will surely suffer.And main thing is one washroom is shared by 5 people whish worst case (whatever sharing type you select) and they are charging minimum 7500 for three sharing.Even I paid 11500 for single sharing but still I am using common washroom which is shared by 5 people....nRooms are very much conjustable .you wont even get place to walk inside you will have to roll on bed only.... whatever sharing you take there wont be space in room and you have to use common washroom.Food is good but you cant survive only with that getting other things worse here

Reviews are always good for decision. I am here from past 3 year and services is good sometimes and sometimes not. but now a days i not feel the comfort which is used to get in early days. Facing smoking issue at my floor where i am staying. people are smoking outside my room and they dont care about others. ever after so many complaints no buddy took any action against from the suyash PG management. Smoking and passive smoking both are dangerous for health. hygiene should on Priority.

Charged rent from students even during Corona. No discount. Even problems of bed bugs. Water scarcity atleast once in a week. No help to customers in any way.

In my experience, Suyash PG is one of the best PG in Bangalore. I have been staying there for 6 months, and I can tell you with absolute certainty that this PG is managed professionally with the utmost care. Management here is very much detail oriented and they are well aware of the commitment they make to the occupants. I have seen some people leaving here negative reviews. I can understand their issue. First of all it is a pure-vegetarian hostel and there is a BIG NO to alcohol consumption all well in the PG. These things are well communicated at the time of the admission itself. Having said that, Suyash PG is, no doubt, the Best PG for anyone who wants to have a peaceful, healthy hygienic and secure accommodation in Bangalore.

I have been staying in this PG. Its serves the best food till date. It provides separate refrigerator for each room and is always kept clean. Feedbacks are noted everyday. If you are looking for a good and Hygienic North Indian Pg, you can choose this one without any doubt.

I resided in this pg for 4 months and i had a real good experience. The managers were very helpful in all aspects and any issues were quickly sorted out. I had to leave the pg as i had to quit my job. I am planning to come back soon. I found all the facilities to be proper and the rent i paid was really worth the time i spent here.

Nice location just around lots of companies. Rooms are nice. Food is OK. They dont have power backup and the power goes very frequently. Overall, good place to stay.

Its really a wonderful experience to stay at Suyash! I would say its a real home away from home. Every person walking out of home town is worried about the food at the first instance !!!!!! Its all sorted here, with the best quality and hygienic food for both north and South Indians. Dedicated management is what makes this a PG with a different one. Not deserved for one star also.Not deserved for one star also.I am from 411 room, During this COVID lockdown, i requested to Gudduji(Employee) help to us.. we will give a rent in next month. The owner Amit is not at all agreed to talk for one minute also regarding rent. Gudduji said me that if you not giving money on time then we will take penalty.Shameless Mr. AMIT i was never expected you are this type of person you are focusing only on money.

Nice to have a coed pg like this but now a days they are getting strict for his visitors timing.That is for just half an hour and just up to 7:30 pm which I dont know why they adapted.For everything else except the above faulty adaptation I have three out of five stars. 😁

This is one of the Worst PG. They will never Credit your Deposit on time. Once you Vacate the Pg. They will try to skip your Deposit for sure. I suggest you to ask for a Cheque. They will say we will Credit your amount to your bank which they never do.

This place was full of bed bugs. I had to visit a clinic to get my skin cured.Stayed here just for one month. One of my items got stolen on the 2nd day of the stay itself, later came to know that the cleaning staff took it.Food is fine okayish.i stayed in a double sharing. Rooms are extremely small. Rent is too high for that much space. Not worth the price AT ALL.

Very nice place. Good food, nice management. Management takes care of each and every quest. Friendly and homely atmosphere. Staff is very helpfull. Well maintained keep it up guys.

Paying Guest North Indian, basicallyBoth for Girls and Boys room are available.Foods are available. Three times food is being served. The taste of food is good. Rooms are cleaned every alternative day.Attached bathroom are available in some room. Some bathroom are sharing.Basically it looks like flat types.In terms of price, its little bit expensive from other available Paying Guest rooms in the area.Both North Indian and south Indian food is being served.Space are available for Parking.2 sharing, 3 sharing, 4 sharing plus single sharing rooms are available.

The PG is decent, rooms are very small..not at all spacious. Beds are full of bedbugs. Food quality is average. Cleaning staff is good and responsive. The management staff is really very bad. Also pathetic Wi-Fi!

Having facilities in food as well as accommodation. But its not much good for budget people. The room rent starts from 7500/- each, for 3 beds sharing room and increase the rent 2500/- by 1 bed less. Provides daily 3 times food including breakfast, wifi, washing machine, hot water, lockers,....those who looking men and woman at same pg, its good. At 1st floor for woman and remaining for gents.

I visited the womens pg area. Did not much like the area/locality, the PG building, the balcony area, etc.On top of all this, their prices are reallllyyyyyy high as compared. The shared bathrooms are v small and inside the PG is very dark.They have same building for women and men. 2 floors are for women and then above 4 floors for men. Did not like the arrangement much.

Very small rooms, all manager and cleaning staff left due to rude behavior of senior management. No hot water half of the time, no drinking water during night, food is fine, not good, but can manage sometimes.Atlast they wont return your deposit, and make some lame excuses. Just to add a point, our flush is not working from a month. (and 1 washroom is shared in 3 rooms or 7 people)

One of the worst pg you can find in Marathahalli. I have stayed here for more than a year still they deducted unnecessary charges from my security deposit and provided no explanation for such deduction, the management is not responding to my phone call. The noodles served for dinner on 4th Aug 2019, was stale & smelly but no action was taken by management. Don’t be surprised if you don’t find water in toilets at any point of time, sometimes even in midnight. Lot of bed bugs to spoil your sleep. The TV recharge can take as long as a week. The quality of food served is average and once parasites were found in lunch curry, you can find evidence in the photo attached. Happy stay best wishes !!!

Staff is good but, there are many bed bugs in the PG. Even though they took precautions for killing the bed bugs but they are always present. Food is completely North Indian style. Price is little bit more when compared to market price for those facilities.

Clean well maintained PG. Food is good.The only problem with the PG is the rent rules. After staying 5 months and paying rent on time also, they are not ready to adjust extra 2 days rent. This kind of adjustment you expect after staying for 5 months and properly maintaing all the rules. When I requested them, they told its a rule and they are unable to adjust the rent for 2 days. So guys be careful with the intimation time and rent cycle.

Worst PG ever. Id not recommend anybody to stay here. Ive been here for 4 months in a sharing room and Ive had the worst experience. My room mates got changed to a new pg within a month. First all, there are room bugs. I mean everywhere. Cant sleep. Tried sleeping on floor. Didnt help. Full of bugs. Food is fully North Indian. Expect to see dal everyday. Current cuts are often. Toilet flushes doesnt work half the time. Cub boards doesnt have locks and its very small. Room service comes inside our room for cleaning when were not there and sometimes leave the room unlocked. No safety for items. Alcohol bottles and cigarettes can be found everywhere. Its the worst PG ever. I regret joining here. This is my cent. Care if you care. Join if you dare.

I stayed various P.G in different cities.I got best P.G stayed in marathahalli.It is on best locaton, well maintained by the management.Staffs are well trained and very friendly. I love to stay there,I feel like my second home......thanks alots!! Keep it up!!

A wonderful setup with TV, fridge and daily room and toilet cleaning facilities.The bedsheets they provide are cleaned weekly as well.The food served has variety and can be managed by both North and South Indians at the same time.

I visited today Marathalli branch for my stay. I was very much impressed for its room photos in ads. But my actual expectations were shattered after I visited the place. Its rooms are not upto mark even with other PGs around. Prices are not at all matching the standard. I dont understand how they got ISO standard. A/C room is not there. Dont go by other reviews. I am not writing a paid review. Many such PGs share attractive photos but none of them are real. Check properly and book a PG.

This PG is unisex but there is a partition created between girls and boys area. One of the fine PGs in that area. Marathalli Ring Road touch is nearly 100 meters from this PG. All food is available and more mall is closer to this.

I have stayed for nearly 3 months in Kundanahalli branch PG. I dont want to comment about the facilities, opinions differ. I would like to talk about the deposit.If you want to get your deposit money back after leaving the PG. then you can try your luck to get it in 3-4 days which they promise or else it might even take weeks after continuous follow up. If I am not wrong it wont take 30 days to add a beneficiary and to transfer the amount.Also they deducted 2500 for maintenance for 3 months stay which was initially 1000, I literally gave up on that. I dont have timenor patience to follow up for another 30 days.Rest about the facilities.. All the best Guys..

This is the WORST PG I ever visited, rooms & beds are very dirty, small with very bad smell and 1 washroom for 3 rooms (9 members) with the rent of 7.5 thousand rupees that is totally waste of money.The pictures what you are seeing are very old & those are taken 8-9 years back and the good reviews are given by paid people I guess.I suggest you never ever plan to stay in this PG, if u wont believe my words just visit once, you will get to known the reality.

The room was very clean, lashings of hot water, TV, Free WiFi and pleasant staff. The location is central with great restaurants, shops, multiplex & malls right on the doorstep. Thank you for a lovely stay. Will come again.

The rooms are decent. Some rooms may appear too congested. The food is pure vegetarian North Indian food. Food is not excellent but not bad. Rent is slightly on the expensive side. WiFi, washing machine are available.

Its too costly and they are very clover, for exampleFirst they will show you the rooms according to your sharing preference and will tell you that for this room they are charging 8k with 3times food bla bla blaThen they will ask your budget lets say you said 7k then they will start the gameThey will tell you like this rooms exact rent is 8k and those guys who is already there are paying it to us . But I can help you with 7.5 but you should not tell them that you are paying 7.5.Initially I thought they are helping me out so I discussed it with my friends about this luckily one my friend already visited this place and they told the exact same thing to him as well.There are hundreds of other options in this are, visit all those and compare them and choose wisely dont get cheated its your hard earned money.Be safe be happy.. cheers 🤘🤘🤘🤘

Worst PG ever seen 7 people in same room. The food here specially lunch can give you a feeling of staying in Jail. So if you want a adventure of staying in a jail go for it.I wonder the cooks have impeccable confidence that they even think that they can cook and now they are proffesional hats off to them.
