Place was clean, hygiene and well maintained, when visited last before Dec-2020

Please dont waste your money on this pg. The management in this property is fully money minded . They wont provide any service . You will feel good by seeing the pg but dont fall in that pit . I lost around 10000 as they have not refunded my deposit . They all are thieves.

Horrible property, Internet does not work. Food is bad, management is not acting on students feedback, they are cutting costs at the consequence of cleanliness and maintainence of the property. Appliances are in dead to barely working condition, there are some days when the washing machines dont work . Phone calls are not picked up by any helpline numbers. The only good thing about this property is the warden Rajan Thomas who listens to residents. Imagine not being able to connect to the Internet using WiFi or mobile data(bad coverage area) in the center of bangalore before your exam.Highly recommend to not come here

I am a student who lives in this below par PG. Everything was fine in the first month, but after that things went downhill very fast. The warden, property managers and other people responsible for managing the property dont care about whats happening here. It takes them more than 3-4 hours to reply to the students problems. The hygiene situation has also deteriorated, as at first there were two cleaning people, but now theres only person who never does his job properly. Many promises have not been fulfilled like high speed wifi. The wifi here stops working randomly about 5-6 times a day and the speed is also very low, which makes it really tough for students to study online and complete projects. When we complain, they either provide false hope by saying that it will be fixed( which never happens) or dont even reply.The washing machines stop working efficiently at least once every month . If you are thinking of sending your child here, just dont.
