Admission was smooth and hazel free. Dr Naveen (anesthesia) and Dr Sanjeev (Urologist) diagnosed and did the Operation within 12 hrs of admission. Son was discharged on time. Insurance team were quick and updated on time. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Cleaned thrice and bedsheets replaced twice daily without any call or remindersOverall very good care on the needs of the patient.

The hospital is located in a prime area of Kodigehalli. The hospital is kept very hygenic, (but terryfying stuffs at the end)and all directions are clearly written. There are a lot of famous doctors practicing in the hospital and the hospital staffs are very polite and helpful. But there are a lot of problems too. The pharmacy staff is arrogant and may demand that they cant give you the medicines now. The security staff never helps you with parking your car. Even they shout at you to move the car ahead from hospital. The third and the horrible experience at the basement. The MORTUARY is right under your nose where the waiting area is, and often you will see dead bodies in stretcher kept between people waiting for the lab. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOSPITAL.

Absolutely terrible experience with the staff here. They were unable to administer my 4th rabies vaccine (a simple IM shot) and ended up with the needle being injected painfully and bled a lot more than I had earlier - note this was my last shot. Upon questioning them, I was met with rude and patronising retorts. Definitely not coming here again given the staff’s inexperience and demeanour.

Utterly negligent staff. My mom had been admitted here for a voluntary surgery, and was in the ICU after the surgery was done. The staff in the so called ICU, placed a heating pad beneath her legs as she complained that she was feeling cold. The ICU staff, never cared to even check on her for more than 2 hours after placing the heating pad. As my mom was under the effect of anaesthesia, she had not recognized the heat. By the time she eventually regained consciousness, and asked for the heating pad to be removed, she had already sufferred a horrendous burn!!How can anyone be so negligent?? What if something more dangerous had happened?. Also, as a matter of fact, my mother was the only patient in the ICU at the time. If you cannot take care of 1 patient in a so called ICU, why do you even have one? Is this how you play with a patients life?No matter how sorry you guys feel, you are not the ones wholl be facing the brunt. Its my mother who has to suffer, for absolutely no fault of hers. The pain that was caused by the burn was more severe and long lasting than the pain of the surgery.As a multi speciality hospital, you cannot afford to be so negligent.Furthermore, you guys had the audacity to bill us for the treatment provided for the burn, during her stay in the hospital.Extremely disappointed, distraught, unhappy with the kind of treatment we received.0/5 recommend this place.Also, looking at the reviews, I can see that you guys respond to only positive feedbacks, and dont even care to comment on the negative ones. Commeting on positive reviews doesnt show your character. Commenting, and reacting to negative comments is what enahaces your character as a health care provider.

Accessiblity of the hospital is very good. Admin staff were very much cooperative.Nursing side, as this is the upcoming hospital, requires still more caring by increasing the frequency of visits to patients.Doctors services are good.

Good doctors and fine service by nurse and , but the admin and reception needs to improve a lot , there dont manage very well and need to improve on their time and people management .

Daylight robbery. They charged 2100 for RTPCR test whereas the government has capped the price at 800. A lot of poor families visit here and they were asked to get the test done. Only God knows how they could afford it for the whole family.The people at reception have no interest in anything. Ask them to leave the job if they feel they are the only ones under stress.

Very indifferent attitude of the staff at the reception. When asked about Covid vaccination was told it’s just walk in between 10 to 4 pm. But when went at 1 pm was told it’s closed till 2. Again when went was asked to get Aadhaar and come. So checked if it’s there on 13th was told it will be there from Monday to Saturday. But when went today was told it’s holiday. Better avoid this place when better choices are there around.

Charging more than double for the RT -PCR test. While the price is supposed to be 800 in private hospitals, they make you pay 2000 + 100 for the test. How do we trust a hospital that takes advantage of people during crisis? Big names in hospitals dont charge this price!!

Medstar Management Team,Im giving this rating based on my experience with this hospital couple of weeks back, My dad had severe cough and I bought him to this hospital as it was next door to my apartment. Dr.Sulekha recommend to go through blood, CT scan and covid test, We went through everything and went with report to Dr.Sulekha...She has zero percent patience to explain whats wrong in the report all she was saying is its covid symptoms and scaring us to death to get him admitted to hospital to loot money. As am educated I only made some research online with scan report result and found its mild covid symptom. Next day I went to Ananya hospital based in rajajinagar with all the reports and met Dr.Supreet he boosted my confidence and asked me not to worry and gave necessary medicines, Witihn a week he was totally recovered.We need such doctors,I dont recommend Dr.Sulekha to anyone it waste of your time and money. Nowadays going to hospital is writing a death note indirectly and if you get such doctors you are dead.
