Very good hospitality, friendly staff and Doctors.Visiting here for more than 20 years and well I was born here, so It a very good and budget friendly hospital with good treatment!

Worst experience. I went that hospital for some report needed for my visa purpose. When I entered the hospital, there was a lady sitting in the reception. She was talking to someone so I waited for 5 min after that she told me to go to the first left where one doc was there. I told him that I need report and I paid the consultation fee of 200Rs and I took the report. When I asked for the hospital seal, the doc told it is in the reception. The lady who was sitting in the reception told we dont have seal and we cant provide. When I asked why, she was like some cylinder guy took the seal, lol. I asked another doc that this big hospital is only having 1 seal? So he took me to physician and he gave the report. Now she was like you saw the physician so its 500Rs extra Ive to pay. I told I wont pay because I never asked you that I want to see the physician, I got the report from 1st doc and you were refusing to give the seal and thats why the physician gave the report. When the scene because hot, the first doc came out and he was arguing with that lady. That doc told dont give the money shes like that. This was the worst experience. In every place some people will me there wholl spoil the name of an institute like this receptionist. Othere doctors were very friendly.

Hello All,I have been diagnosed to covide19 in second phase.It was really difficult for me get the hospital bed during the second pendamic.My brother DR.Imtiya Ahmed bilawadi suggest me to this hospital.Sorry to say other big corporate hospital do not have human values. I was frantically looking for a bed for my dad who was covid positive. The doctors and staff here saved his life. Indebted to them and to srinivas for the help. My dad recovered within 4 days, they have a very good physician Dr rajesh.

One of Nurse is very good, she handles patients very well(I forgot her name). Other nurse doesnt know to take care of patients.

Admitted my father for treating bed sores. We never knew its third stage they advised first to do debridement after examining the physical condition. After couple of days his blood pressure got dipped and I got a call from doctor saying he should be immediately treated with oxygen support. They also told 24hrs support is needed which cannot be done in ward. I have no option left as infection made him critical. In ICU they monitored with full support and in second day his breath pattern got changed. We dont know why this happened and what made this happened. On the same day they told to give ventilation since his breath pattern wasnt normal. Third day ICU doctor told me that my father condition is getting detoriating and there is no improvement at all even with full medication and support. Fourth day he left us because of septemic shock. Still we didnt know what went wrong. I suggest you guys not to recommend this hospital for any treatment or emergency. I lost my father now unknowingly.

Needs to tune up. Expectations from people of area are high. Can do better.

I here by experience a very worst treatment in this hospital pls beware of the icu incharge doctors here they are cheaters and the medical shop which they are running are looting people who have admited here the cost of medicine are higher then the other medical shop so plz dont be a part of this cheating mamata hospital

I had a very bad experience with this hospital when my wife was admitted there. They are not all professional and the way people there talk to you will make you doubt their abilities. I preferred to discharge with in a day and consulted another experienced physician. After looking at the kind of treatment the hospital gave for previous day he taken by surprise. I happened to discuss about this hospital with a local person and he also gave me very grave feedback. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone on my personal experience.

They ll loot money as much as possible . Whatever medicine you buy will be looted again sent to Pharmacy . Same thing ll be asked to buy . Never go to this hospital.

Doctors and medical faculty is very good. But the Management and reception people are horrible at their service.. Wasting time and gossiping is what they utilize time at.. The star is only for the good service that the Medical faculty is doing..

Worst hospital ! They are looters . Dont visit in any serious condition .Met with small accident with small wounds . They put cream and charged me 500 and told me to come next dayNext day with same procedure same cream and they try charge again ! In 50rs cream they use 2 drops and charge you 500!Very rude staff !Be aware !

Its a maternity hospital. Ease of access for 9th and 4th T block residents of Jayanagar. Can visit for minor to moderate emergencies.

I will never visit this hospital. My wife had a small wound on her leg and the doctor insisted us to go for a small surgery.I just rejected her opinion and went to other doctor who treated the wound with antibiotics and ointment.

Beware! These PPl Charge Rs.500 for Just an Xray. Above that Consultancy Charges Extra...IF you really want to visit ask the rates and then Decide...

Very bad experience with Dr.nandita hegde very unfriendly and she was not ready to understand or help me with my problems ,she gave some antibiotics when discussed with her that I was on other set of antibiotics for other problem and how too much of antibiotics will interact .she was least bothered and said nothing will happen and when asked her can I call her and tell the name of other antibiotics she said she cant answer any call very rude behaved doctor .she dint even diagnose my problem ,and charged 500 Rs without doing any treatment.Worst hospital and cheaters
