During COVID-19 they used complete safety measures, home quarantine, temperature check, etc. My bond with my colleagues/nurses is just amazing. When I started the job their guidance helped me a lot.They dont put us down even if we are different/new, they treat us the same no matter what. Had hired a nurse from them to take care of my uncle and aunt. They arranged for a nurse within a day but the one they sent in the name of certified nurse did not even know the basics of nursing, how to measure vitals, administrator medicine on time.Not just that, the place we had given her to stay was made a mess out of and when she left she also stole things from home.When I informed the Sattvic management about this they did not even care to take any action.I had paid them in advance for 7 days of nursing care but stopped it in 2 days, I was assured of a refund but even after constant follow up for 2 months there is no response.In Summay, they are very unprofessional and untrained. Refrain from opting their service.

Great service very humble, genuine people and experienced staff they have been in the industry and i recommend each and everyone and mostly u can trust them.

They are not at all professional, they just keep avoiding you if they cannot get you a caregiver. Simply intentionally they won’t pick up your call and respond to you. They don’t pay attention to patient party’s anxiety.They send me a guy for a day, nextday that guy didn’t come and when I was calling them they were intentionally not picking up my call. I suggest stay away from this center, they will initially tell you everything nice.Also some of the 5 stars are given by their staff only.

Horrible services , never pay the salary in advance. They keep harassing you and will leave u without any service for weeks together! They dont even respond to phone calls once they take the money. Also their attenders are cheaters and run away without informing.
