I have been working at HealthAsyst for a long time now, and am thoroughly enjoying my tenure here. As the name suggests, we work here on products related to Health domain, whether as a vendor to USA health clients, or on our own products. It has given me opportunities to grow in my role these years. The working environment is positive, friendly, cooperative and well knit. They have a open door policy, so that you can reach out to anyone. The work form home timings are flexible and managers are very understanding and supportive. The management takes continuous inputs from employees and tries to improve the processes to make it more employee friendly. Healthasyst so far has been able to build good rapport with clients with whom they work, as a result the projects stay for longer periods, or we get more projects from clients.

I am working as a Software Engineer in HealthAsyst. It was a virtual process from interview to on-boarding, which was very quick and good.The work from home timings are very flexible. The team is very helpful and responsive.The management conducts various informative and management skill sessions for the employees. Also various virtual fun activities are organized.HealthAsyst has a positive and healthy environment.

Its been 10 months since I started working as a Senior Software Engineer in HealthAsyst. The on-boarding process was very smooth and very welcoming by the HR team. No replies from them.You need to go through 5 rounds...no proper response when asked how 4 technical people cleared your rounds and the last one was rejected without reasons where HR team had messed up with some other interview round.. Had read similar review before but thought one of a kind until experienced it my self... Very bad on the company part.
