Dont trust the agency. One fraud they wont giving salary for staff, they are not having experience person. Bad behaviour they are showing. People dont trust the agency..

One star cos cant give zero! They have no experienced ppl n they sent home someone whose only experience was selling vegetables in Yeshwanthpur market! That lady had no clue how to look after a baby n she lacked basic hygiene ..she had lice and dandruff which she passed on to my baby and I am still struggling to get rid of it for my baby..nanny had no manners and would ask family and personal questions..thry dont do background checks and send ppl with zero experience..the first one ran away in a day and second ones experience is mentioned above..it was hellish experience and would never ever recommend this agency ever

We tried to engage an attendant for my father and it was an absolute disaster! They sent an attendant with zero experience and he just ran away after a day without informing. Health heal was not able to arrange another one the same day which was the main reason we engaged them. We were so frustrated that we decided to not go with them. The whole reason one engages agencies is that we have uninterrupted service.

The organisation is good. They are prompt in giving a replacement when you request for.The one drawback is their inability to release salaries to their staff In a timely manner. This leads to their team member who is placed at homes very disappointed and having to chase their finance teams for their salaries. There are delays of almost a month. They need to fix this and ensure that their teams is paid promptly - especially as the clients release payments promptly.

We have been using a caregiver provided by them for my mother, since the last ten months. If one girl leaves another girl is sent to us promptly. The rates charged is high. The sad part is that the girls are paid only half of what we give the organisation. We pay the monthly charges before the date given to us. But, the girls do not get their promised salary on time. Most often, they are denied their salary for many months. As the caregivers are from the small towns and poor, they are unable to fight for their rights. They are exploited. My heart really goes out for these young people who support their families with their salary. Hopefully, one day, the organisation will be trapped in their own misdeeds.

We availed health heal services from October 2016 to august 2017 they are very professional, efficient and dedicated. their quality checking process is excellent. the coordinators use to visit our house every week to understand how the patient is doing. I strongly recommend health heal to my friends and relatives. Keep helping people who are in need .....

Good, cooperative, humane approach to the issues.

The service is deteriorating especially in last 6 months. In the last one month I had 5 replacements in which 2 ran off and one stole money which company refunded. Currently I am without a person. They are not even training people now. All of them complain about their salaries

Terrible service and very rude staff. 4 months after the patient passed awaythey still do not give the refund. They send a cheque and it bounced 3 times.Horrible staff . Once money taken is never returned even after the patient passed away. be very careful in understanding their terms and conditions.

The service was very good till a year ago. We have been utilising their services since 3 years. It hasnt been good experience since 1 year. They dont provide substitution promptly. Even if they provide, the caretaker is not competitive enough to take care of the patient.

Bogus home health services. Sent a driver pretending to be a qualified nurse. On questioning him he said he has studied only 10th standard. Beware of the company and its exorbitant charges .

I had hired a wheelchair for my grandmother aged 90 yrs for a week. We paid 2k as advance and 500 as tariff for one week. Accidentally the wheelchair was exchanged in Tirupati Temple. Hence we returned HealthHeal, another wheelchair. The only change was, out of the pair of footrests, one of them was missing. Meaning, only 1of them was available. These people charged me ₹1500 for 1 footrest was missing.Sundar, the director, is not at all accomidative and so is his team, Abhilash, Yatish. When the director himself isnt, expecting his peers to be, is foolish. I had a very bad experience with health heal. Will never recommend anyone this company.

This was my first experience, actually I have taken this number from my friend,first time am really wory to take employee,,but when I was experienced with healthheal employee,I was happily working in office,,they are really adjustable, flexible, responsible and good care giver,,,so my mummy will go sometime from malleshwaram to electronic City to my sister home,but these employees will come anywhere with my mother.,.When I was gone through some website feedback I was scared because of some negative ,,but with confident am saying this was really good service,,but may be some problem it may,,but I really appreciate this employees and coordinators response,and company.if I faced any negative also surely I will update here,,but till date no complaint,I am really happy with this service.
