SCAM ALERT!!!Unprofessional and money minded fraudulent behavior. Distasteful experience.They take pride in lying to the customer to just get them to visit a property. Once they get to know that you take time to finalize a property (which one should, as it is a well thought through decision unlike buying tomatoes and onions), they give you no attention or help. Also, this is the best part they under-quote initially and once you reach the property, the information you get would be suddenly the price increased and the difference would be of 15-20 L. Once they know that your budget is not significantly high like way above 1 Cr, they would not even respond to you.I had contacted Proptiger in December 2019. After allotting a sales agent, they met me to understand my requirements. I had to follow up every week before they started sharing details of properties. A property that they quoted 88 L initially (and on their website) suddenly became 1.05 Cr when we reached the place. When I expressed disinterest, their attitude changed and was disinterested to share further details of other apartments. Now this is the best part, they would inform that they would provide cab facility for pickup and drop. Once you show disinterest for the first property you visited, they would come up with excuses to not pay for the return cab trip. Shameless!

Good experience with sales team, went ahead and took assistance for home loan as well but later on realised it will be a horrific experience. Bank representative issued an insurance policy without my consent and since then (3 months now) it has been really hard to follow up and get a proper response. Though PropTiger confirmed me not to worry about that but it has been around 3 months and I have to follow up multiple times with banks team personally to get the issue sorted. Even no assistance for handover of the flat citing issue with builder not giving them credit. Its totally business where once you pay for something there is little chance that the other person will hear to your problem even if you have email communication. I got around ₹40000 extra discount from PropTiger but got the handover delayed and mental trauma since last 3 months. Finally not a good deal as have to pay extra rent + continuous follow up with them (definitely not worth it)

Here I went for interview!!! Seriously I have experience in real estate...but at the last round...a guy from outside Karnataka who is the head of this office...rejected me... pathetic I must say!!! I met one of your relationship manager Mr Subhendu in Bangalore regarding a property. For me and my friend the experience was really good, he was very professional and soft spoken. I am happy with the service of proptiger, and Subhendu keep up the good work.

Got massively cheated by proptiger on a purchase. Agent committed a cash back amount but company refusing it saying no records of it. Beware everyone. If you do engage with them, make sure you have all discussions and commitments on email, else youll suffer later. Ongoing issue for more than a year now.Customer support is also very poor. I wrote to them first time via Twitter, took them a week and a reminder to revert.

Really bad experience with Proptiger. I purchased a property through them, it has been 4 months and they are not paying the promised cashback. They even issued the cash note, but now not even responding to mails and calls. Please stay away from these fraudsters.

PropTiger is very unethical and never keeps up the promises its sales agents make during the sale of the apartment. I am following up with their customer care for 7 months now and they say the same answer. I would suggest people to think twice before using PropTiger for property search.

For discount note 4954, Proptiger has not yet processed the loyalty cashback. They were part of the negotiation with builder where they promised they will provide a 40825 cashback into my bank account. Its been 9 months. Agreement is signed, more than 30% of the value of the house has been paid. Proptiger is still delaying saying they havent got commission in full from builder.Please treat this is extremely serious and Urgent. You cant hold the customer hanging for your internal matter with builder

Beware if u are going for an interview.I had been there for an interview, i went on date n time scheduled by them, they made me to wait for 3 hours, later a guy called me in n started interviewing me, after 20 mins of discussion, he told our HR is not there today so come back tomorrow.( Earlier they had told me only one round of interview will be taken by HR). So if there is no HR why did u call me for an interview, why did any random guy would take my interview? Unprofessional fools.

Mr. Prashant Murdeshawar, I have seen your review. In what sense you are telling that Proptiger has cheated you. For which property you have enquired through Proptiger. Thousands of Proptigers happy clients wont say anything bad about them. Because they help people to buy a good property with better pricing. Because, they are not selling one or two units in a projects.They sell multiple inventories in one project and supporting the builder. When they support the builder, they give additional discount to Proptiger clients. This is a simple logic who can understand easily. So, please stop your un ethical statement towards Proptiger.

They are agent they take commision from builder and cheat us while negotiation.when they already have tie up with builder obivously they talk from builder side cheat you in price and take commission.false commitment liers
