I studied in this school during 1969 to 1974. I completed my SSLC and stood 2nd in the school. This was one among the very few schools in Bangalore which had Tamil medium up to 7th Standard in those days. Though the locality around the school was not well maintained, Inside the school everything was reasonably neat. The education given, the teachings were excellent. The morning prayers, games, PT time, Drawing classes, teachers from various subjects like Science, Mathematics, Tamil, Kannada, Kasthuri madam for Hindi, HNSeshadri , R.L. Shivalingaiya, My class mates, Class teachers everyone were excellent. Last but not the least, the school management was very good and collected meagre amount as fees. I respect Mr Sadasivan the Head master, though I never had the courage to meet him face to face.

I just have visited this school today and here is youll get Primary, High and University all in one place Government Educational Institute.
