Pure nati yummy taste gowdru hotel

I found a cockroach roaming on our table, although the place looked clean and that definitely was a big turn off. Very average naati food. I tried out the Mutton Beegara Oota and I have to the say the Mutton Masala as well as the small amount of biryani rice were both average in taste and lacked the spicy kick and these are the main dishes. I have tried out quite a few places with great Naati food but I definitely cannot recommend this one if you are looking for spicy naati mutton/chicken meals. Food is filling although mutton oota is overpriced in my opinion. The Ragi Mudde with the Gowdru special chicken masala is good though. Avoid this place if you can.Visit for:1. Naati food which is not very spicy.2. Ragi Mudde and their special chicken curry or Mudde Oota which is priced very well.Avoid because:1. No amazing spicy naati biryani/curry.2. Average taste, overpriced.3. Cleanliness is an issue.

Yeah I liked it here. We tried plain Biryani rice with chicken chilly, chicken lollypop, Special Boti fry and Brain fry! The rice was apt. Quantity was not too less nor more.Tasted good.Loves the social Boti fry. It was very good! Lollypop with 5pcs and it was good as well..Chilly chicken was spicy a bit.Its a normal hotel with a good karnataka nati style dishes!Parking for two wheelers and four in front and in side lanes. Nice Non vegetarian restaurant in Indiranagar, nice Location, the food was very good be its Ragi mude, with mutton gravy , pepper mutton gravy was too tasty, u should also try its mutton biryani it was yummy 😋, its an good option for your family at affordable price, highly recommended Go for it.

This is one of my favourite restaurant in bangalore. I really enjoy my mutton Briyani and my white rice with chicken masala. Jai karnataka food.

Its open at 7 am on Sunday and you get idli, leg soup, biryani and chicken/mutton fry. Leg soup is the best in the locality. Mutton biryani is ok type and the quantity is also less for the price. 4 wheeler parking is difficult.

Small outlet... neat and clean....Good service provided...Mutton Pulav was excellent.. Ragi Ball... Brain fry...Boti fry and ..Mutton liver ....were must try...... And most important was the Rasam they give... Never miss it... Overall my rating would be 4.2 out of 5...

Food is overpriced. They have started scamming customers lately. The quantity is really bad.

I wanted to try some natti style and I found Gowdru hotel in Swiggy. Without 2nd thought, I ordered from this hotel.I ordered: Biryani rice, Chicken 65 dry & Mutton chops.Biryani rice was cooked to the exact consistency and with needed ingredients. However, it was bland but went really well with non veg gravy. They also had given raitha. Chicken 65 dry was great. They also had added egg white to enhance the flavour. It really made a mark. Mutton chops gravy was savouring more of cinnamon. Slightly oily gravy, but mutton in gravy was cooked thoroughly and it was soft.They serve varieties as per the menu, as it was online order I couldn’t order other dishes.Altogether it was tasty food!!

Unbelievable food. Mutton ribs, mutton kheema balls are too good. Spicy Karnataka gowdru style food.

Good taste. The quantity could be better for some dishes for the price range. You get about 5-6 small pieces of chicken per dish. Its better to eat at the restaurant than get parcel.

The food is good. It seems a bit overpriced though as far as I have explored the nearby similar food options. Combos in the evening and breakfast seems to be good.

The idli and curry is amazing here. Very spicy ( thats what I love about it) so carry a few tissues as youre going to need it. 10/10 would recommend any day

Love this place. Mutton biriyani and mutton based dishes are absolutely amazing here! Must go. Chicken is good too. But especially good for mutton.

Naati style spicy 🔥 food made with lot of pepper and spices in proportionate mixture to get the perfection in the taste! Softest meat, especially the leg soup just melts in your mouth. Prime location and mornings are best since the road gets busier during the latter part of the day.Thatte idli is extremely soft but the regular idlis were a little harder. However, the taste of the meat and gravy nullifies this totally.

Food is okay but pricing for a beegru oota is higher comparitively for what you get

Went for Dosa and mutton masala but ends up with Thatte idly and mutton masala. Idly was so soft and mutton masala was very good. price wise mutton masala was little bit higher side.

I had been searching for a good place to eat leg soup and I couldn’t find any good place at reasonable price and a very good taste then I saw gowdru hotel and we went there at 7:00pm as we entered I couldn’t stop smelling the aroma I was absolutely amazing then we ordered two leg soup and pepper boti and chapatti the leg soup was just speechless it was just amazing please try it you are also going love it and the total cost was 400

This place comes in as one of the top ten Biryani places in bangalore.Ambience:Just a regular hotel with few tables & chairs. The place is not crowded. Not many people will be there.Service:Staffs are attentive. Service was quick & fast.Food:We ordered Chicken Biryani & Mutton Chops.Chicken Biryani is average. But the portion is very less. THats why We ordered for one portion of Plain Biryani Rice.Mutton Chops were tender, juicy and flavourfull. I think this is their best dish. Portions were good.

I dont knw what makes him n how he feels like charging so much for such a unsatisfactory food ..60rs for a plain soup ...95rs for plain Briyani I curse this establishment sud go loss n shut down soon..

Wow the place to taste some authentic ragi mudde and some traditional mutton delicacies. They also serve idli and paya soup thrice a week which is a must try dish. Staff at Gowdru hotel are very cordial and good at understanding customers needs.

Worst Biryani made from Pure Dalda low quality meat low quantity high cost .Extremely arogant owner who does not care about anything and low quality service which shows the quality of food they serve .Its not a Gowda hotel but a Looter hotel .As I soon as I entered there were only 2 to 3 people at 1 pm and my thinking was right .They are misusing the Gowda name .Do not waste your money .If you visit once you will never go again .

I landed up at Gowdru Hotel for lunch, with one aim. Mutton+Mudde.I ordered in Mudde+Mutton Fry+Mutton Masala.The spice levels in the Mutton fry helped clear my nose😬, good quantity, Mutton was well cooked, not too soft, slightly chewy. The gravy with the mudde was bliss.I had quick service, probably I walked in early and very less people around. Saw a few delivery boys too, hence if any day am lazy and I have cravings, Ill order in. The place is neat and clean and parking isnt an issue on the main road. .My total damage was 400/-.I have to head back soon, theres lots on the menu. Oh and yes, my house is just round the corner, so....

Price extremely high for the quantity and quality .....taste was somewhat okay but not worth the price..

I visited this hotel five time after shifting hotel just two times but when Im taken persel, rice is not hot he giving rice me be afternoon priper rice because Im buying persel evening dinner time, when I was had offternoon time one time only okay okay test, & service but today I buy one mudde uta but rice is gone, boild ege is not clear removed, grevy, rasam, all full cold test was worst, I not able to have I theow the food feeling felt & very sad 😔 please guys if went to the hotel have it there, but diced it I never visite that hotel, I dont like

Small cozy 90s style hotel with not more than 7 tables. Best for their authentic Karnataka cuisine. Inexpensive and the service is amazing. It is hidden in a small lane and is not a posh place. But must try for food lovers. Value for money. 250 for 2 (non veg)

I loved the taste of food but pricing is bit high and very poor service on afternoon times due to too many visitors. They should provide more guys to productive services. The guys are actually trying to do the best but forgetting to deliver the full services which actually the customers deserve.

One of the only authentic Malnad style hotel in the area. Its located in a small road beside the axis bank atm infront of Aishwarya bar. You should definitely try out thier authentic gowdru style mutton biryani and mutton fry. And of course mudde and chicken saaru :)

1 extra * for the Name. But let me tell u 1 chicken Biriyani is 175 rs... Its not worth for the quantity and the taste served... may be the Brand they want to creat in the area. The dining area is clean because newly opened. there is no separate parking space, wheel chair can access inside. Nothing special about.

Authentic Karnataka Gowdru Style food. Excellent taste. Little expensive for the quantity. Dont try Biriyani, its total waste. Not to beat Muslim or Hyderabad Biriyani. Boti, Mutton, Chilli Chicken, Thale Maamsa are items not to miss
