Giving stars to them is bit tricky. They are worth a star more with variety of display. They are worth a star less in terms f assembly of bike and its service. Dont get carried away by what they suggest. Do your background research thoroughly before finalising to pick up ur bike from here.I am writing this after picking up 2 bikes from them. Both are good. But, I would have had better choices in that price range. They often mislead you for their sales.If you have finalised your brand and model, then you can pick it up from them.Regarding service, there are better guys around.

This guy is cheater, he tell one price including accessories and then later said out of stock take another day, when we went another day, he is asking money and laughing at us. How arrogant, not picking call also. Dont ever buy anything from this shop, pathetic cheap people

No much collection of firefox cycles . Got cycle whatever availble on display ..no quality complete checks before delivery .Did notice quality issues like sticker torn weel tags cameout after first use.

Very very worst experience. At the time of purchase seller even dont know to adjust brake, hand bar and other accessories. There was no mechanic at that time. So I had to take not fully ready bicycle. I am so disappointed. I fitted them in external shop. They will try to sell their stock but be clear about your own choice and do your own research.

My cycle was running perfectly before service. After service I was not able to ride my cycle. Worst service. I gave my cycle again to them, but they dont know to fix the issue. So they suggested me to sell the cycle and buy new one.

We went to buy firefox cycle, person who was in showroom not even talking neither he showing any interest to sell the cycle. He was seated in corner place not telling about the cycle modules.... Very dissatisfied.
