I stayed there for almost 2 years, the owner guy is the worst, he is all about money, just because a person said he will pay him more he said that i need to shift to below floor, and dont even talk about cleanness thats a dump even the washing machine is about to explode, and the wifi is like it exists and at the same time doesnt exist

Very neat and clean with all essential amenities. Situated in a very good locality with all essential shops nearby.

Okay we can stay

It’s a paying guest accommodation with types of sharing and no food at all. Price range varies as per sharing type selected.My opinion about this PG is best as it doesn’t have any food options. Most of the PGs offer food but of not good taste and quality, where tenants usually end up eating outside which results in more expenditure.

Good location. can stay in 1,2 & 3 sharing. all basic facilities except food and laundry are provided. regular cleaning, safety and security are pros of this place

A Very Good location.. u get everything nearby... supporting staff.... facilities provided are excellent.

Seems to be very secured place to stay. Only and one suggestion is that laundry facility has to be implemented.Very supportive staff and Management.. all the very best ..

Let me get straight to the points about this place:1. ROOMS are located on 3rd & 4th floor of the building & lift service is available.2. PG with Only Accommodation and No food.3. Aquaguard is available on 4th floor, so problem of drinking water.4. For 2 sharing its 4750/- & you have to pay advance 2months rent before, which will be refunded while leaving PG (500rs maintenance charge will be deducted from Advance)5. You have to pay extra 300rs/month for washing clothes in washing machine.6. Parking is available but only limited space is available.7. Cleaning is done only once in a week.If you want any more clarification you can jus ask me down here..
