I am owner who have rented the house in nestway. My tenant is vacating house, & last 1month I am connecting them thorugh their contact center phone, email but no help. They have not paid the of this month rent , I dont know how will adjust any loss against the security deposit . My rating is poor as none of my email, contact #, even ticket has helped me to connect with them. poor owner

I took a house recently I.e 7th September 2021These guys don’t respond after you pay. The house has multiple issues and the relationship manager doesn’t even pick your calls after you make the payment. Guys, I regret this decision and I sincerely hope more people don’t fall for thisI am still staying in hotels and wasting money because Nestaway won’t do anything.Avoid at all costs. Save your money and please spare your mental health.

I rented a property from NestAway HSR. I stayed in the appartment for 6 months, I faced a lot of issues during my tenure. NestAway never responded for anything. But they call every month to remind about the rent payment. They call multiple time just to do that.I vacated the property 1.5 years ago. I am still fighting with them to return my security deposit. I visited the branch for more than 10 times. Very very unprofessional behaviour. They never respond for any calls or emails. I am still awaiting for them to return my security deposit.NEVER EVER RENT FROM NESTAWAY. A GROUP OF FRAUDSTERS.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NESTWAY EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY.STAY AWAY FROM NESTAWAY.

I was facing some issues after my move out from the property. Even after two months they did not returned the security deposit into my account. I called the concerned person multiple times but there was no response. Finally I wrote an email to #Manjula R. regarding the issue and she contacted me on the same day and started with the process, she smoothly processed the issue with constant follow ups and the payment was credited in my account within a week time. Overall it was a good experience with Nestaway.

I have lived at Nestaway’s Elegant Leeds Apts in Cox Town, Bangalore for more than an year. Its a beautiful and safe apartments for girls, in a family kinda neighbourhood setting. The place is very safe and the owners are very compassionate and considerate. Selvaraju Uncle is always there to support and assist in times of need. Overall its was a good experience. Nestaway has been prompt with their services.

I wish, could rate them negative. The worst service company ever came across. Am speaking as the Owner of property. First of all who is the person-in-charge is never known. There area mangers keep on changing frequently. Customer care is not reachable. We never receives rent on time while upon checking with tenant he say already paid by due date.Further i have raised ticket to off-board the house but no response or acknowledgement.Dont know how they have 4 start google reviews. Please never avail any service either as owner or tenant.

Fraud company. I am yet to receive my advance money back from them. Had vacated 5 months back. Visited their office 6 times. No use so far.You will not get your advance back on time.Also these people will change the terms suddenly and unilaterally. Like suddenly they changed notice period from 30 days to 45 days.Worst thing is that to visit their office you have to take leave as their timings are in such way.Stay away or you will loose your peace.

Dear Nestaway Authorities, this is a very bad practise by you all to cheat people.. This is not fair and will lead to shut down the offices.. I was residing at Sai Krishna Paradise electronic City phase, 1 Doddatoguru for 2years and after that due to covid situation had to move to a smaller house, due to high rents... So during December had informed the owner and the Nestaway authorities not to increase the rent as I will be moving out.... January contacted Francis and told him will move out and asked him for the formalities.. He said that I can contact Salman and gave his contact details... Also advised that I need to serve 45 days notice period..Early Jan started calling Salman on the number provided by Francis... He received my call spoke to me and said will help me getting a new house for lower rents.... Then I refused and said will find one but asked him to guide me thru the exit process. He said will call back and for 2 days never returned my call. I had to call him again and again. He said he is in traffic, and sometimes in meetings and on Saturday when I called he was rude and said he is with family will return my call next day.... However days passed there was no call from Salman.... I had to again call Francis... But he refused and said I have no clue about exiting and Salman is the concerned person for exiting.... Again I had to call Salman on a Sunday...After several calls he finally picked my call and said call the customer service.... I said just to direct me to customer service it took so many days for you..... Is this the kind of service Nestaway provides.... This is very unprofessional.... He also directed me do this do that on Nestaway app and hung the call.... As directed by him I have updated on Nestaway app for exiting.... However wanted to inform the authorities so sent an email to Francis, Salman and the owner Mr Sushil in the month of Feb 2nd 2021 stating I will be vacating and will serve notice period of 45 days.... No one responded to my email.... The owner responded Francis to help me on exiting.... Even after the mail I did not get any call or response on my email. I was still waiting and called them several times.... But no response.... I still wrote another mail mentioning my phone number to be called..... I did not get a response or a call.... My only communication was the owner and informed him about the happenings and attitude of Nestaway.... I had served 45 days and called the owner to check who should I hand over the keys to.... It was the 19 th March we vacated the house.... Mr Sushil the owner of the house called me to tell that I can hand over the keys to Antony and also shared his contact number wide watts app.... So I called Antony before vacating and told him to collect the keys on the 19th March... He luckily picked my call and said will come at 6.00 pm on 19th .... The house was cleaned very neatly and was waiting to hand over the keys. Till 8.30 pm no one turned up and Antony did not pick my calls .. I informed the owner about the same.. I received a message from Antony saying he cannot come today and was stuck with some personal work.... I forwarded the same message to the owner... The owner requested to hand over the keys to the neighborhood... So the keys were handed over to the neighbour and asked them to inspect the house... The house was very neatly handed over to the neighbour.... Now my fixed deposit of 60 k is still not returned to me... When I enquire with the owner he says that the amount was not taken by him and Nestaway has it... Till date they have not returned my money... What stupidity is this... Holding my deposit and not paying it is a nuisance.... I visited their office at HSR layout during March end and it was closed... The security had humanity and better than the staff of Nestaway.... He said they are closed for 10 days due to a staff detected Covid + however he asked me to enter details in his register and assured that some one will call me..

Ive raised 3 tickets, call customer care every week, and every-time they say it will be process soon. The area manager, Mr Subash, Promised me to complete the process but after 3 weeks he said to contact customer care and stopped replying. Highly unprofessional and cheat brand. If you’re looking for a property, DO NOT use NestAway to get one. They will onboard you very quickly but then after a couple of months start charging you for unnecessary things and then when you want to move out they’ll create chaos. I moved out of their property in December 2020 and still have not received my deposit back. I have tried reaching their customer care on different forums like their NestAway CC tickets, email, Twitter and yet they have not taken any measures to return my money. Their exec Manjula R has been ineffective in escalating my Compalint and NestAway recovery team exec Vijay G keeps giving new deadlines to the owner to refund money without even discussing with me once. From the reviews I have been reading of the company, they do this with all tenants where they don’t return the deposit for several months all together.Save yourself a lot of trouble and harassment and #StayAwayfromNestAway!

July 27th update:Nothing has changed. On the brightside, I have gotten better at multitasking while waiting for the bucket to fill lol.Received a Call from another one of their customer care teams. Said he will call back in 48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago.July 3rd update:Move in checklist still in rejected state. Freezer door still missing. Plumbing issues to the point where water trickles and i have to plan my showers. Water geyser hasnt worked since I moved in.Main door keys have still not been provided.Ac still needs repair.Rental agreements are archaic and provide no recourse to tenants.I have withheld rent for june and july. I received a prompt call asking me to pay rent but when I asked about all the other issues, they, again, promised to call back in 48 hours. That was 4 days ago.Will be sending a legal notice via an advocate.JAN 17th UPDATE: I should make a blog eh?The move-in checklist is still in the rejected state. I guess Nestaway is not bothered at all. The water motor literally breaks every 5 to 6 days. This is after I was told they spent 3k on repairs. I call bull.The fridge did not have a door covering the freezer part and they had the gall to ask us to pay for the part. Meanwhile the move-in checklist is still in the rejected state.There is so much sand in the plumbing that half the house does not get running water.To give credit where its due, they did switch on the lift. Everything else in the building is derelict.Re-uploading pictures. Dont know what happened tot he old ones.NOV 30th UPDATE: I got an electrical shock due to water leakage from an electrical socket for which I raised service tickets 2 and a half months ago.Sept...(Tickets numbers at the bottom. Dont ask for them)I raised service requests with Nestaway and they have yet to take any action.When it rains, the whole area smells of sewage, the electrical sockets leak and water pour out of them with a high risk of short circuit or electrocution.The house is not clean at all. All the positive reviews seem to be internally created by Nestaway Employees.I have multiple issues with this company. We booked a place, and were hoping to move in within the next 2 days. Upon visiting before our move in, we saw numerous issues which have still been not fixed despite having repeatedly reminded the guys in the local office about it.- Curtain rods are missing- All the exhaust fans in the house dont work- Painting has NOT been done- Every single switchboard has an issue- Its extremely uncleanWhats the point of paying for any convenience if there is no actual convenience as such ?Why are my painting charges equivalent to one entire month of moving out! I got a quote from 2 different contractors and both gave me half the price ! And why should I pay painting charges if my own move in has not had painting done ? Half of my walls have marks and scratches - what happened to the last painting charges taken by Nestaway from the previous tenant ?I would be sending a legal notice to Nestaway as well as complaining on multiple consumer forums regarding this. This extortion needs to be reported on social media as well !

Hi,Choosing Nestaway houses good just forget your Deposit and go for it - you wont get back your deposit, months and months you have to wait.Now coming to my issue,Nestaway handed over the flat to owner, mails and calls happened, from October 2020 onwards paying rent to the owner till here no issue,From Nestaway - you will receive your deposit 24 to 48 hours.5 days, 10 days, 1month, 3 months,Still waiting not received my deposit.Raised many tickets and you will receive a call but no use ( this is refund deportment issue you have to raise other ticket ), but still no use,You can see the my recent ticket number and time and date, (CC_08473975) they just dont care about customer pain.Why am I posting this review because, these kind of mental suffer if you want choose Nestaway houses.

I sincerely wish there was an option to rate negative. It’s been more than 5 months I have vacated the accommodation and there is literally no response over calls mails and even after visiting the office personally.The security deposit is still held with them. After talking to few other residents similar to be I understood that this is nothing new and it has been their practice to with hold residents deposits without retiring from that start. If you are such an unethical organization and need to loot the money to survive mention in your contract that it’s a no refundable deposit.I suggest and warn everyone to stay out of their filthy business and never get an accommodation here until and unless you want to forget about your money or give it for free.

Do not rent with them. They are frauds. They will take your money. Loot you on top of it and never give a refund. Customer support is pathetic. Stayed with them for three years. Vacated a year back because they increased rent in middle of agreement. Its been eight months and after hundreds of calls, mails and tickets I am yet to receive my refund. In refund too they did fraud. Deducted money without any proof.If you are already living in a house with them, make sure to have your money back before giving keys and DO not sign on any paper without correct info. Worst experience with this organization that is super prompt in asking, reminding, and collecting payments, but absolutely rubbish when it comes to providing even basic service such as cleanliness and drinking water set-up. Every organization managed to get their customer care office working despite the pandemic but not this horrible organization. No amount of words can express the frustration & disgust Ive felt for this company, and this is from someone whos been living in all sorts or accomodations since 15 years. Don’t go for their services, They are doing frauds or scam you can say. They know how to take money from tenants inform of security deposits and maintenance but they will not give any services and when you will opt to move out, forget about the security deposit you given to them, they will not give you a single penny back.Even if u tweet to them and tag their CEO, after that also you will not get any reply.

Horrible experience, no one to listen we cant talk to anyone and nest away team will not respond. Charging half month worth Rs. 4.3 K extra, refund is still in progress. I just cant understand how #nestaway is still getting the lead. Pathetic situation here. I feel like lodging FIR against these cheap company, no value, no culture. Have lived in Nestaway house for 1 year. They are just there to loot you. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.1. They deduct almost entire security deposit amount at the time of move out. Fortunately we got our apartment back, since we are at HSR layout and I could visit the office many times. They did not do any maintenance of the apartment. The grill was broken, tap was broken and see how they repaired. The kitchen was infested with cockroaches. All utensils, pillows, bedsheets, pressure cooker gone, washing machine damaged. Owners please do not give your apartments. Tenants, please do not rent from Nestaway. They will not return your money back and deduct money for maintenance.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I rented my house in Bangalore through Nestaway and tenant just left the house 2 months back, I called and mailed Nestaway multiple time no one is responding. I myself provided 2 tenant leads to them in email and still they didn’t updated me anything. Almost from last 1.5 month I am trying to call them and they are not picking up the calls and no response to my mails as well. I fed up and initiate off-boarding process, even still no one replying to my mails and calls. They are not at all transparent and trustworthy, asking me to return complete deposit almost 42,000 and paying back very less to tenant almost 11000. I have no issue to return the deposit but at least send the picture that no damages in the house and rerun the same to tenant what they are getting from me. No one is there to talk about why it is like this what is the breakdown of the cost.With this kind of behaviour they broke my trust. I don’t even have trust if I pay them the deposit back they will return my flat keys and successfully off board my property or not.Their excuse always is that it is because of pandemic. I can understand that you can not find tenant, getting challenges because of pandemic but ignorance to the client who are giving them business, breaking the trust of the clients, no response, no transparency can not be because of pandemic !!!Dealing with nestaway is feels like throwing your head on wall and no response is coming out.i am completely stuck and don’t know how I will complete my house off boarding with these Guys. Do not rent with Nestaway as theyre highly fraudulent and opportunistic. Customer support is worst. Theyll charge you loads of money and services are not worth at all. If you plan to off board, they will make you run behind them to get your own deposit. Inspite of months long of chasing, its not guaranteed that youll get your money back. They play with contract as per their benefits. Most of the positive comments are fake here. Check out their twitter handle to get real story.Theyve kept bouncers only to deal with people who want to push hard to get their money back. After relentless follow-ups received a refund of security deposit with a deduction of over 10k. Now I am again trying to get the settlement copy and all my efforts are in vain as nobody from Nestaway bothers to answer. House inspection was done while vacating and no damages were reported. I have a service ticket CC_08435460 whose status is still In Queue for over 2 weeks and I escalated 3 levels.Also, we were asked to vacate during the lock-down by the property Owner as Nestaway was not paying him the rents.So, my suggestion is to simply Stayaway from NestAway, good for your money and also peace of mind.

Worst Service, there is no resolution on my service ID CC_08436555, CC_08421143.Its been more than a month since I moved out, still no refund of my deposit.Nestaway is telling owner should refund my deposit, owner is telling he is not aware of any such process.Either you talk to owner or pay me the deposit.Its not a small amount, Ideally Nestaway should pay it with Interest.Nestaway is headache for owner and tenant both. Running behind Nest-away past 1 month to return my security deposit (37400/-). This is not a small amount and its our hard earned money.No one is returning to calls, helpline number closed, no updates on tickets, APM dont even bother to pick up the call. I stayed with nestaway for a year. My bad experience started with movein itself. I was promised a clean home. But property manager is very careless and didn’t bother to ensure house was cleaned to satisfaction. I paid from my end to get it cleaned. Very bad experience from the property managers. Nobody takes their job seriously. Owners are fully involved in the everyday affairs. Deposit refund is not received yet, its already been two months now I moved out. Still waiting. Few nestaway officials left the company once they knew that this company is fraud. Others have just left us high and dry by switching off their phones. These guys are frauds..I am a home owner. Everything was ok in the beginning when there were tenants. With the pandemic, some tenants left. And now Nestaway is coming up with fraudulent ways to take money from owners e.g unexplained charges on statements, double fees for things which I did not agree to. They do not respond to queries on email when asked about these charges. And their phone support is always busy.

My House inspection, Moving out and Hand over keys everything happened on Aug-19 itself. But still I see there is no update in my dashboard. It still says the Property manager will visit them on Aug 19 which is already over. Property manager has confirmed that he has updated everything from his side.Its already been 6 days, A call center is non operational, I have also raised two Customer Care requests (#CC_08436567, #CC_08436839) escalated three levels still I see no updates in them. In my dashboard a half generated Settlement Recommendation Report which shows irrelevant amounts as Pending dues.Can the Nestaway Team please do the needful (Generate Final SRR removing irrelevant deductions displayed) and get back to me as soon as possible.I had no option left other than posting here because i havent received any updates from your side after so many attempts to reach you.As a customer who uses your service, I think you shouldnt give me a painful experience to remember forever.Thanks.

NESTAWAY has been the worst experience of my life. Its been 10 days that Ive moved out of the property, inspection also was done twice reporting no damage at all. Now, i have not yet recieved even a single amount from my deposit. No one answers calls from their team. Plus they are adding random charges on the dashboard. Going to sue them. The worst experience ever. I was a tenant for almost a year at Bangalore location. I vacated a month ago. The moment your move out is updated in the app, they disable the option to view service requests / dashboard. There is no option to even see the security deposit refund status. Its been over a month and when i enquire the customer service, they informed that the owner has not refunded security deposit yet. The owner has confirmed that the security deposit has been transferred to nestaway a month ago itself. Such a fraud company wherein the property area manager / zonal managers dont even respond once the tenant moves out and literally there is no option to contact them. Irresponsible people,I took a house with nestaway like couple of months back. I clearly asked the person who assist me to see the house for a car parking space. he said I can park it anywhere since the building on the deadend side of the road. However now the people who stay next to my building they claim them as previous owner of the building which now nestaway is taking car of .they abuse me and tried to hit me with a stone and broke my car door (which I have uploaded here) , if the company cant take the responsibility for tenants safety, Im definitely gonna file a case against this company.

Today I have called your area manager Mr. Sudhakar +916361828043, +919902734004One of the rudest and one of the arrogant fellow. He up front said if you want to leave. You can leave the property. I forcefully did internal transfer because of him. And I didnt do it by my own choice. While leaving the property. Pathetic service. They are not responding to phone. Earlier 30 days notice period in agreement, now they are sending mail with 45 days. they are deducting money for 45 days. No response and nobody is there in customer care. Company is shut down, but existing customer money had been stuck. Very bad service. I will take them in Consumer court for non sense deduction of money. They had not refunded my rent deposit from last 5 months. Thousands customer are suffering. Nothing good in my brief experience with Nestaway. Its been stress, disappointments, unresponsive customer care, staff that ignore your calls or block you. They are only good at taking money. If you have any difficulty in making a payment, you might have about 5 of their personnel calling to assist you with the payment process; but the moment they succeeded in getting the money from you they all disappear and never take calls. Very irresponsible!!! They charge you mercilessly for no reason. They take your money for services they never rendered. Its all money money money for them. Greedy and lazy. Someday everyone will see what Nestaway really is.
