Management havent supported even they would disconnected WIFI, electricity, water connections if not paid rent in the notice period and sent goons to take rent. For them doesnt matter deposit amount infect threads to vacant the property.They support only local people and those are more powerful

There are the worst management n no life security. As committed, wont return deposit amt. They have kept some goons people n lets start the fight without reason instead of taking action ahead of them, colive management supports them. They are making more unnecessary charges in the invoice to make money only.

Good place to stay. Its clean, the caretaker Hemlal, is a sweet and jolly man. The property manager, Mr. Vanu, is considerate and actively works at solving the tenants issues. Food is provided on premise, though the taste can be better.

Well maintained property with good environment.

This is one of the best place to stay. Its very safe, I loved their services. The precautions they are taking in the current time is awesome. This place is very clean, they take good care of hygiene.

Vary very bad one....if wil not paid means in lockdown they will get out luggage...he is talking so rud name is yoganand..no cleaning. Maintenance very worst one no internet..all fake

Fraud company fraud people. They wont return your caution depositService requests are never responded to. Pathetic service. Please dont fall for all the marketing. Hundreds of people are still waiting for the caution deposit from colive.

The guy name Shrujal from Colive promised many things before taking money and denied later on after the checkin, now not picking the calls also.Guys dont stay with colive.. right now I am staying with them, if u have any issues later on they will not respond properly.. once they got money they will not listen to you...worst service I have ever seen in Bangalore..they will not even pick your call.. they will promise you so many things but once they got the money they will start ignoring you...Bed bucks are there and they are not listening at all....Dont believe them guys , at the time of checkout they will not refund your deposit.

The property is big n spacious.the community is well maintained & people are very nice & supportive.Hope to come back soon
