Aadhar Updation is done here on token based system. I arrived at 2:40pm for Adhaar Mobile updation, got token- waited for 1 hour and got it done. Sometimes they refuse to give tokens if queue is long.Staff is friendly & a bit moody. Can be more better.

Small Post office with limited Staff typical Govt setup. However the staff is supportive in their capacity. There is only 1 teller for any service & they Should increase the staff atleast by one more Teller.

This is the complete procedure for changing your aadhar card phone number and biometrics only ---Office is only open for aadhar update from Tues- Fri from 3:00 - 4:00 , The token is issued 30 mins before 3:00, so u will have to be here by 2:30 or beforeFor changing aadhar phone number and biometrics u dont need any documents except the person holding the aadhar card and the original aadhar card

Govt post office. Staffs do not Care about electricity consumption. Happy to have all lights on even during afternoon.

Worst people, They dont care what you are saying. My courier was cleared by customs. The are asking 4K to hand over the courier. Asked them for customs bill copy. they gave me a hand written peace of paper and say this is it, pay and collect your parcel. Worst service and people.

It is a pretty small post office but it has all the facilities. You can post stuff and can also have a savings account or insurance and other banking stuff. The staff is also friendly and supportive.

Its not a POST Office but a Pick Up centre literally. Shameless fellows ! They Will never deliver your parcel at your home.and ask you to come over to their office,and wait for 2 hrs for the postman to get ur stuff. Do they think customer will not be having any work and wait for postman for hrs, instead they can maintain some timings for picking up parcel rather waiting all day.

I need to go to Post Office every time when ever any parcel come for me. No one want to deliver the parcel. If I dont go there, they will show undelivered status and returned it.This post office employees are worst.

Worst experience, this Post women doesnt know anything, I was waiting since 2 hrs. To give complaint about my acknowledgement that I didnt receive this the 3rd time Im here to raise complaint, but that lady is busy only taking parcels.... Making me to wait, and saying I dont know anything ihaveto ask someone how to do it😡

On the Begur Post Office website the timing shows for Friday is 9am to 5pm. They said closed at 4:30 PM. Poor Service.

Technically Out-classed staff.Can be described as arrogant and pushy no matter how soft and courteous we speak.My apartment is literally beside a landmark and they cant find it with 2 delivery failures. Google map directly displays my apartment on typing the name of it. Being in postal business, they are unaware and uninterested in new developments. They dont want to know anything more than they already know. They really dont fit in todays world without leveraging technology. They dont call, they dont enquire, and when we call, they burst out for their incompetence.Im not sure why out govt is still running Indian post in cities. Even my first time Amazon delivery came without any call or issues. All the lazy people settle in Indian post -- no delivery business, it runs as a collection point. When I tried explaining the guy by calling from the post office on where to find my apartment his first response is denial -- its not there. They deny a big building existence which is a little visually obscuring. They dont enquire -- ego issues. Finally, I ended up arguing in their denial and got my package and left that good for nothing place.

Had good experience. Was waiting for my passport and when called their landline, the prrson Mr. Ramayya was polite in response and explained the problem. When I went to pick it next day, it was done in 2 mins despite thier loads of mail around for sorting.

They are not giving good service

They have returned my package saying door locked. I was available at my hom 24/7 and the delivery wad not attempted only. Tried calling like 10-15 times. No response. Need to complain to the prime minister directly.

Had a mixed experience+Relationship based staffYou can meet and update the post man in person about the requirement-Might be for the 1st time - Location finding can be an issue -However, its on the main roadYou need to carry change currency (esp coins)

Absolutely irresponsible staff, went in to enquire aadhar card arrival, the response was not at all professional, in fact the post woman did not even check against the details provided and simply brushed aside the request with a standard answer that they would deliver as soon as it arrives!

Not delivered and they lied by saying they came for delivery. We were there all the time.

Bad customer service. Postman wont come to your house for delivering your post and if they deliver the post it will be laying on the road, known people who ever see it becomes a postman and bring the post for you. Really a shame to have a post office.
