I went for Aadhar card, I reached there around 8:30am. I waited till 9 the lady came ,then 15m everything was done. It was nice experience. Nice people

All Service is available like Aadhaar Enrolment and Correction, Ration Card Enrolment, Karnataka Aarogya Health Card Enrolment service, Bwssb Bills, Electricity bill, Mobile bill accepted here.

The bangalore one, malleswaram team telling we are not doing any Aadhar and PAN based services.

After too much running finally I got my aadhar updation at this centre.Not much of crowd reach early with necessary documents and a pen to get things done quickly.Only 1st half they work so before 11am if u reach ur job will be done.

Here for year 2021 BMTC student bus passes are being issued.

Still lack in attention towards poor people, they dont even help them out to fill the basic form.

Manpower shortage. Person who is sitting without work will sit for entire day and finish their working hours. Administration should look into such issues which should be helpful to citizens.

Today I Came Here For To Update my phone number only. But there people said me today office is closed. This is not a gud customer service in this office Iam really very disappointed 😞 simply wasting time and money of public its better than to open, close always and forever not gud people and staffs

Variety of services provided. However do remember while paying bills there is some delay in transferring amount to concerned service provider. Bangalore One settles on weekly basis. So if you are paying bills near the last bill payment date just avoid paying here.

They just open the centre in the morning and sit for gossiping. Other than that no other work is done here...

The staff here is good and helping you need to go there around 8 am for tokens . its also open on sunday friday is their week off

B1 malleshwaram branch such a horrible service center its better to close it rather keeping it open for fun..The staff are so rude and idiots, no manager to control r to plan the staff n der work..They take random decision for giving tokens..Anytime u go there they tell u come tomorrow it is full..

Good citizen service centre with nice staff. Located opposite to Malleshwaram 18th cross play ground. One can pay almost all necessary bills like electricity bill, mobile bill, water bill, property tax etc. They also sell government subsidised led bulbs and tubes. Work timing is upto 7pm.

This is a aadhar center. The aadhar updation/registration starts at 9 AM. They provide up to 80 tokens per day. There are 2 counters for faster process.

This is the largest bangalore one centre that I have visited till now and their service os better when compared to their counterparts.The employees provide royht information and work happens at a speed little above average. A variety of services are available here. There is enough seating space.The place is clean and enough parking spaceI came here for making bmtc pass but it was tediously slow. Their systems are outdated .

Most helpfull people and best place to update details in your adhar card

Staff are rude, lethargic and negligent. For each and everything their answer would be come tomorrow or some trivial reason. They act like typical corrupt employees. Very sorry state of affairs.

Customer service is better compared to other B-One centres.

Not much of an help regarding Aadhar, typical Government like office when from sweeper to Manager all are guaranteed to be rude.

Absolutely horrible citizen service. Wrong information is given every single time. Wasted my time. Completely useless. Employees here seem to know nothing.

They have no idea how to communicate with people and the office opens after 11 even though its at 10.30

This is very hopeless service they are giving to the customer I visited to update my Aadhar they told one day network issue when I went next day they told staff is in leave I visited next day they told staff is not available he went outside only they are doing time pass not helping to the customer I had to waste four days still my problem not solved look into this issue solve the problems Bangalore one.

Mentioned timings are from 8AM. But no single official or employee available. People standing in queue with no one to attend. Worst experience. Citizen service centre which is of no use.

I am a senior citizen,Now after seeing the remarks made so far,i fear to go there.If you are not able to serve the public properly why keep such staff,Why not Mr.chairman BWSSB look into this matter and take immediate action on such staff,pl do not bring bad name to government,under which you work.

The staff are extremely unhelpful, and do not even accept a passport as ID proof for an Aadhar Card. Id give less than 1 star if possible

Visited for voter ID but they said software issue and advice to call 3 days later....Am calling them almost daily..No one picks up the call...Worst people.
